Spa Hotels in Chengde

I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

帶爸媽出門旅行，住的好非常必要～早在幾年前朋友推薦了圍場休浣假日温泉酒店，這次必須要打卡（≧ｗ≦） 酒店外觀氣派典雅，大堂很明亮乾淨，當天晚上的前台工作人員熱情周到，還忙保存了在貴賓樓打包回來的飯菜，還介紹了非常好的特產店✌︎˶╹ꇴ╹˶✌︎ 房間的風格偏古風，床也很舒適，衞生環境都很好，尤其是淋浴花灑，洗澡很舒服，可以緩解舟車勞頓。 酒店還贈送了温泉票，但時間原因放棄了。 打卡了休浣貴賓樓，手把羊肉、奶茶都很香，特別最愛蒜泥羊肝，羊肝切的很厚實而且菜量都很大，簡直是寶藏餐廳，根本不用出去找飯吃，酒店餐廳就很有特色，口味也好！ 早餐種類很多，也富有當地特色，煎餅出奇好吃😋 總之，以後如果去塞罕壩玩，還選這家酒店🏨

帶長者住了兩天，感覺相當的不錯。房間很寬敞，乾淨，而且長者🧓的房間向陽，十分的光亮和温暖。早餐也很不錯，尤其是中餐廳的飯菜很可口，就是量真大，吃不完。沒得説，給個五星好評。

前台辦理入住超快，還主動介紹周邊美食，房間衞生也很乾凈，前台還特意給找了觀景房，早餐種類多到吃不完，都是現煮的麪條和餛飩，超級美味！下次回來還住這裏！

酒店的服務真是太棒了，從入住到退房客房服務員服務特別好，特別是前台的小姐姐特別熱情，房間的清潔工作特別細緻沒有一點灰塵，還有早餐特別棒👍🏻！洗澡也是免費的，浴區還有免費的水果可以吃，還有兩個大池子孩子可以在裏面游泳，這是我住過最好的酒店！

🌟 令人驚喜的寶藏之選（優點） 這家酒店真是十一假期純度假放鬆的寶藏！它帶來的體驗遠超我的預期，讓人忍不住想推薦。 • 超高性價比的套房體驗： 用 500 多元的價位，能住到寬敞舒適的套間，性價比簡直爆表。對於帶孩子的家庭來説，這是絕對的首選！ • 家庭友好設施： 酒店泳池開放到晚上 9 點半，讓孩子能盡情玩耍。游完泳後，孩子回到房間直接累趴入睡，為家長省了不少心。 • 重視顧客體驗： 儘管入住第一晚發生了一點小插曲（房間出現“不速之客”），第二天酒店經理的處理方式堪稱完美。我能真切地感受到酒店對顧客反饋的高度重視，這種積極解決問題的態度值得點贊。 💡 提升管理和效率的建議 雖然整體體驗很好，但從處理突發事件的過程中，我也留意到一些可以優化的地方，這將是貴店邁向卓越的關鍵： • 突**況處理流程（效率與一致性）： 針對頭天晚上的問題，第二天上午的解決過程略顯缺乏章法，顯得不夠流暢。建議酒店未來能為突發小情況制定更快速、更一致、更標準化的應急解決思路，以提升顧客滿意度。 • 一線經理授權（決策與時效性）： 站在顧客的角度，等待解決是一個耗時且影響心情的過程。作為直接面對顧客的一線經理，建議授予他們更大的權限來處理一定範圍內的突發或投訴事件，減少“事事上報”的流程。在當下顧客普遍比較挑剔的情況下，快速響應和即時解決是避免差評、維護酒店聲譽的最佳投資。

這次在北方的森林體驗感很特別，先後遇上陰天下雪與天氣放晴，兩種天氣都有不一樣的美。雪天山林雲霧繚繞，彷彿置身仙境；晴天視野開闊通透，陽光灑在林間格外治癒，隨手一拍都是大片。還幸運參與了青團手作。服務態度與品質都很不錯，需要的物品及時送到，早餐很不錯👍 管家周姐更是本次入住的一大亮點，貼心熱情，服務細緻周到，有任何需求都能及時幫忙解決，讓人住得非常安心。 美中不足的地方也有幾點：一是私湯升温速度偏慢，等待時間稍長，建議提前公示泡湯注意事項，例如泡湯的時間，酒後不宜泡湯等提示；二是紙巾質量一般，體驗感有待提升；三是民宿限定活動沒有提前告知，在園區偶遇服務人員才得知有音樂會，對於行程安排來説有些倉促。另外，民宿位於村裡，周邊沒有便利店，晚上完全無處購買所需用品與簡餐食品，建議在每層公共區域或前台增設自助商品售賣區方便客人應急。園區面積不算大，建議多增加一些互動性活動，提升遊玩趣味性。同時，目前沒有專業規範的停車場，地面硬化不足，遇到雨雪天停車和行走都不太方便，希望後續能儘快優化。整體而言，環境和服務都很加分，瑕不掩瑜，值得推薦！
