„Spacious room with nice views (although there is a lot of future development around that may block views). Staff were generous and friendly. Breakfast was varied and the on demand noodle station and egg station was a highlight. Pool was a nice amenity and the laundry room was very useful. Was not accustomed to the people smoking inside in the dining room which did not seem to align with the wellness/health aspect of the space. The design of the rooms also did not have windows which made the humidity above 84%. Thankfully you can ask for a dehumidifier if needed. The beds were very comfortable. It would be nice if they had bikes or scooters to rent on site (or provided shuttle service ) as the hotel is a bit remote.”

„The staff at this manor are friendly and helpful. Greeting us with warm smiles and genuinely giving us good advice and tips when we needed information to plan the itinerary. Special thanks to Alice and 西瓜.
西瓜 helped my kids to make the fragrance sachet, it was a fun experience. The afternoon tea was a nice touch. We hope that they can also provide guests with more alternative non-diary options aside from soy milk e.g. oat milk. The kitchen staff actually fry more noodles after knowing I wasn't able to take the fried noodles as it ran out.
The photography team with 萍萍老师 and 3 free photos bundle were also a plus as my kids enjoyed themselves, wearing the nice outfits and beautiful view of the mountains. The photos were beautifully taken and it is hard to select only 3 free photos. We ended up buying all the photos.
We enjoyed the stay and appreciate the staff's warm smiles and greetings. We will recommend this hotel to our friends. Thank you.”

„Zarezerwowaliśmy dwa pokoje razem na majówkę. Ten był na 8. piętrze, z pięknym widokiem, ale bardzo żałuję, że go zarezerwowaliśmy; poczułem się oszukany.
1. Gospodyni najpierw powiedziała nam, że na molo jest kontrola ruchu i nie możemy wziąć taksówki, więc musimy iść pieszo.
2. Poprosiliśmy hotel o pomoc w rezerwacji samochodu. Trasa miała ponad 6 kilometrów i początkowo zaproponowano 120 juanów, a później 180 juanów za odbiór. Najgorsze jest to, że najpierw trzeba przejść co najmniej 2,2 kilometra.
3. Z powodu kontroli ruchu, kiedy dotarliśmy na molo, zobaczyliśmy kierowców oferujących nam podwiezienie do hotelu za 15 juanów od osoby, ale wahaliśmy się, bojąc się, że dostaniemy czarną taksówkę.
4. Pojechaliśmy więc autobusem turystycznym na parking dla turystów (15 juanów dla dorosłych, 10 juanów dla dzieci), a następnie taksówką za 100 juanów dojechaliśmy do hotelu. Kierowca taksówki powiedział, że na molo są samochody za około 100 juanów za sztukę i zapytał, dlaczego nie zadzwoniliśmy do środka… Zaniemówiłem.”

„Przyjazd do Yangshuo z dziećmi i wybór Jueshan Inn to był strzał w dziesiątkę! Jechaliśmy samochodem, a hotel dysponuje ogromnym, bezpłatnym parkingiem z mnóstwem miejsc. Hotel znajduje się w samym centrum galerii Dziesięciu Mil (Shili Hualang), tuż obok mostu Gongnong. Do przystani Qing'e Ferry Terminal to zaledwie 10 minut spacerem, więc z dziećmi nie trzeba daleko iść, żeby popłynąć na spływ bambusową tratwą. Lusterko nieba (Sky Mirror) na 7. piętrze to nasz ulubiony punkt, dzieci bawiły się tam wyśmienicie. Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój z dwoma łóżkami, był bardzo przestronny, czysty i schludny, dzieci czuły się komfortowo. Obsługa w recepcji była superuważna – wiedząc, że jesteśmy z dziećmi, proaktywnie przygotowała dziecięce kapcie i szczoteczki do zębów. Śniadanie było bogate, pierogi z kumkwatem były pyszne, a herbata Luo Han Guo smakowała wybornie! Gorąco polecam!”

„沒怎麼在網上看到這家店的推薦，是我自己在平台上找到的，本來是衝著優惠價直接下單的，不過到了民宿之後非常滿意，可能因為是25年新開的店，裝修很新，很乾凈，房間明亮整潔，智能馬桶電動窗簾，還有大屏電視都可以使用，升級的房間面向馬路，本來以為會很吵，老闆還貼心的準備了耳塞，實際上晚上10:00後很安靜，一點聲音也沒有。酒店位置也挺好的，租個小電動去細西街或者遇龍河都非常方便。
總之是下次還會住的民宿！”

„We originally booked four night stay, however we cut our stay short by two nights. The reason are the following the food is not too fresh and lacks variety.
The service is not exactly good, we had to ask twice to get towels. Furthermore, when we asked for two extra bottles of water, we were told we need to pay for it.
I think the above is totally not acceptable for this type of hotel for this price.”

WwxhereThe view from the room is excellent, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a picturesque view of the Yulong River and its surrounding landscape. Parking is available downstairs, and there are slow-charging stations. Rice noodles are served for breakfast. The staff are very welcoming. There is an elevator connecting the floors, and the rooms are tastefully designed throughout. As a guesthouse, it offers excellent value for money.

3. Tak zwany KTV w hotelu jest naprawdę mały. Nie ignoruj głównych potrzeb tak zwanych pobliskich punktów sprzedaży. A projektor na wielkim ekranie wcale nie jest wielkim ekranem, ściana jest za wąska, a żeby oglądać filmy, trzeba mieć wykupione członkostwo. Mimo że członkostwo jest zapewnione, filmy są stare, a poza tym nie pasują do promocji i są tylko sztuczkami.

AAntonrdlvThis is genuinely one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. From the moment we arrived, the overall experience was nothing short of exceptional.
The standout feature of this property is undoubtedly the world-class service. The staff operates at the highest possible level of hospitality, demonstrating an incredible attention to detail. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and their personalized approach made our stay truly unforgettable.
When it comes to dining, the daily breakfast is excellent and provides a wonderful start to the day. However, there is some room for improvement regarding the lunch and dinner offerings. While perfectly fine, the afternoon and evening menus simply did not quite match the luxurious, five-star standard set by the rest of the hotel.
Fortunately, this minor culinary drawback hardly impacted our trip. The hotel is conveniently located just a 10 to 15-minute trip away from a wide variety of fantastic local restaurants, making it very easy to find great meals nearby.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its breathtaking atmosphere and unmatched customer service. We are already planning when to return!

VVidicationThis hotel was not my original choice because to be quiet frank, the hotel looks a bit eery from the pictures then i happened to see that they’re just awarded one michelin hotel star. It changed my mind.
And what a good decision to change my mind.
There’s nothing spooky about the hotel, the vibes are warm. The design is minimalistic. The breakfast is good.
The room is huge, the amenities are grown alchemist. They thoughtfully put outdoor and indoor sandals for you to wear in the room.
They gave a free photography service and it turned out quite nice.
Very happy with the result.
Even if you travel to Yangshuo, this is the hotel you need to book!

NNorwegian travelerThe Hotel and Service is great! Especially for families. But one major issue for us is that they live stream video of all the guests in the swimming pool area from 19:00-22:00 each day. They live stream it to ** (Chinese version of TikTok) for commercial purposes. For us, this is very unusual and feels like an invasion of privacy. And there is no proper coffee for breakfast, but with the great service, you can ask the staff at the reception to order coffee delivery from a local shop. And you refund them for using a Chinese delivery app we foreigners don’t have access to. There is a giant crane towering over the property at the moment. My guess is that it will stay there at least until November 2026, but that’s just a guess based on current construction. Except for the negative, this hotel is solid and has great service. I definitely recommend it.

ممحم الدوسريZ dołu naszych serc już za tobą tęsknimy. W czasie naszego pobytu nie byłeś tylko pracownikiem hotelu – stał się jak prawdziwa rodzina. Zespół recepcji, personel bram, kierowców golfowych, personel spa, opieka domowa i zespół restauracji (z chefem) pokazały nam niekończącą się dobroć, uśmiech i opiekę.
Każdy wniosek, nawet przez WeChat, został odpowiedzialny z cierpliwością i miłością. Nigdy nie czuliśmy się odrzuceni, a to dało nam tyle spokoju i szczęścia. Hotel był bezpłatny, wygodny i naprawdę czuł się jak dom z dala od domu.
Specjalne podziękowania dla dyrektora generalnego, którego przewodnictwo było wyraźnie odzwierciedlone w ciepłym gościnności i wysokich standardach każdego pracownika. Rzadko widzimy cały zespół tak motywowany i zjednoczony, aby sprawić, że goście czują się w domu.
Ze względu na Ciebie odkryliśmy prawdziwe serce chińskich ludzi – ich ciepło, szczodrość i piękne uśmiechy. To była nasza pierwsza wizyta w Chinach, ale na pewno nie ostatnia. Panin Hotel będzie zawsze naszym pierwszym wyborem w Chinach.

TTravelwithTBeing a solo female traveler can be a little daunting sometimes but the service provided at the hotel made it feel like I was warmly welcomed into Yangshuo. They assisted with finding guides for various activities and even went as far as trying to accommodate a late spa booking. The room had a beautiful bathtub in the middle of the sunroom and a lovely view of the mountains. The booking of the room came with unlimited coffee, 50 yuan off the spa and Thai tea. It was one of my best solo adventures. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to experience Yangshuo!

PPeggy ChowThis room is a traditional Chinese style and decor is quite outdated. There's smoking smell in the room and we must use the air-conditioner to exchange stale air. Carpet is stained and lightings difficult to control. We love the split type air-conditioner which we can control the temperature as we like. It is very important because we must close the window at night due to noise outside.
Another positive feature is the wooden bathtub. The stopper leaks a little so we use plastic bag to stop it from leaking when we use the bath.
Customer service is excellent and they make sure we get the right service every time.
