This is a good hotel in a convenient location. The staff was remarkably proactive, they even helped us with our laundry needs before we could inquire. And their service shines: when I left an item behind, they immediately helped locate it and arranged to have it shipped out to me. Truly above-and-beyond service that I greatly appreciate.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Even though communication in English wasn’t always perfect, they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their kindness and effort truly made a difference and made us feel very welcome. The hotel was clean, cozy, and well-located. Overall, a great experience — we’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport. There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance. It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room. The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee. The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service. The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request. 酒店位置便利，步行6-10分钟可到最近的地铁站，16-20分钟车程可到萧山机场。 小吃店、餐馆、便利店、超市和药店都是在步行距离内。 酒店设施齐全，设有餐厅（只提供早餐）、自助洗衣房和健身房。 我住的双人房舒适宽敞、干净卫生，房间内所有必需品一应俱全，如吹风机、电水壶、冰箱、杯子，还有免费矿泉水和咖啡。 前台的小哥哥和小姐姐们都很亲切友善，服务态度很好。 美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

Scholars Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay, especially if you're visiting Zhejiang University or the Wulin Square area. The rooms are clean and quiet, with a nice blend of modern comfort and traditional touches. Service was warm and attentive, and check-in was smooth.

房間很暗，雖説為了可持續發展，但這麼暗真的大可不必。而且療愈酒店為什麼就不能讓朋友們來入住呢？實在搞不懂為啥房間都是大床房，雖然都是獨棟式，但比想象中小得多，卧室基本沒什麼走動空間。大冬天的卧室其實不夠温暖，加了個取暖器分分鐘起夜的時候被絆倒。那個單獨的茶室也沒什麼必要，還不如改裝成另一個卧室。朋友洗澡的時候説水冷的不得了。 酒店打車不易，酒店好像有一輛還是兩輛車子，但大部分時間沒空載客人出入。。。所以根本沒法去周邊的莊園和水庫逛。酒店提供的活動是固定時間的，配合不了就衹能錯過。 因為出不去就衹能在酒店用餐，餐食價格不低但味道着實一般，就是家裡用現成醬料炒出來的味道，也兼顧不了色香味😅。 感覺酒店整體主題不錯才被吸引入住，但真的定價過高也達不到在酒店就能放鬆療愈的目標。

The hotel's location is truly excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the West Lake and adjacent to the Intime Mall—perfect for exploring Hangzhou. We stayed in a suite (Room 1602), which was very spacious and comfortable. However, we did experience a minor issue with the air conditioning, which stopped working in the middle of the night. The biggest letdown was the breakfast service during the October Holiday. While we understand the hotel was at full capacity, the breakfast experience was a complete nightmare. The restaurant was severely overcrowded, with more tables crammed in than the space could comfortably hold. To our surprise, staff were asking guests to share tables with strangers. With large banquet halls available on the same floor, it was frustrating that a more suitable space wasn't opened to accommodate the crowd. For future peak periods, the hotel should either find a better way to manage breakfast or consider not offering it, as the experience was so unpleasant we would rather skip it altogether.

Miałem przyjemny pobyt w Atour West Lake! Staff byli przyjazne i pomocne, zwłaszcza gdy miałem parę paczek potrzebowałem, aby zebrać. Lokalizacja była 10 minut spacerem od najbliższego metro, ale ogólnie proste. Czułem się bezpieczny jako podróżnik, ponieważ mają ścisłe zasady dotyczące gości wizyty, aby chronić gościa tutaj. Housekeeping również było świetne i miałem komfortowy pobyt w czasie mojego tam, zdecydowanie rozważyłby wrócić tutaj, aby pobyt :)

房間都在獨立別墅裏，整個環境安逸舒適。房間給免費升級的，很大，有獨立陽台。冷氣和熱水都很好。 前台衹要有一個人，旅客多時需要等。早餐比較豐盛，可以去露台或草地上吃，非常貼近自然。入住後可在湖邊欣賞夕陽，酒店湖邊是一個自由營地，草坪很大很開闊，漫步時有英式莊園感覺。附近有熱氣球基地，啤酒小鎮也不遠。

Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. I unexpectedly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I booked it last minute because of the location, price and it had a bathtub. The room was super spacious/clean and the location was perfect. Close to the metro and lots of food and shopping options around. In addition the breakfast was better than expected with lots of decent options in the buffet. Overall would recommend and definitely will stay here again.
