our stay has been an exceptionally pleasant experience. From the room to service attitude and communication efficiency to the entire process, everything was truly satisfying. The staff were attentive and patient, handling issues quickly and professionally. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations and is one I would highly recommend.

The location is excellent, situated right at the edge of the ancient city. Cars can stop directly in front of the hotel, making it very convenient, and the ancient city is easy to explore on foot. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality of 阿柳, who kindly arranged complimentary transport from our previous hotel and to the airport. He also patiently explained the walking routes using a map of the ancient city and thoughtfully warned us about common shopping traps. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating, and they even sent us off with gifts on the day of departure. Highly recommended!

As designers ourselves, we truly appreciated the thoughtful colour schemes, lighting choices, and smart conveniences throughout the space. Features such as the fully automatic toilet, comfortable shower, and stylish humidifier added to the sense of luxury and refinement. It is this meticulous attention to detail that truly sets this accommodation apart from others. Location: Located in Yuhu Village, a charming Naxi village, the setting is both authentic and peaceful. The village atmosphere, friendly locals, and lovely coffee shops and bakeries make it a joy to explore. A particular highlight is the close-up view of Yulong Snow Mountain, which adds a breathtaking natural backdrop to the entire experience. Customer Service & Staff: The customer service was outstanding. We received thoughtful, personalised tips and guidance to make our stay in Lijiang as enjoyable as possible—far from generic recommendations, the suggestions were clearly tailored to our personal interests and needs. The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and generous, and they genuinely make you feel welcome. It is evident that they love what they do, and that passion translates into an atmosphere where guests truly feel valued. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. We were deeply touched by the manager’s generosity and thoughtful parting gifts. Stayed here for 4 nights and 3 days with a family of 4. Arrived at night 10pm+, and the staff of Ju She The House (Inn)were actively checking with us on where we are and if we would require any assistance in carrying the luggage’s to the inn. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. And the customer service and support provided by the lovely staffs of Ju She was also top notch. They even made extra effort to help prepare some simple and early breakfast for us when we had days whereby we had to set off from the inn very early in the day to sightsee. They had a chat group that includes some staff of the inn, in which we could freely and easily request for any assistance when needed, and the staff were all very nice and polite when assisting us. They also had daily complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and a small Chinese dessert soup with reminders in the chat group, which was a very lovely and sweet addition to our stay at the inn. Will definitely come back to stay again when we come to yunnan for our holidays. Kudos to all the friendly and lovely staff at Ju She The House. :)

Przemyślany projekt, nienaganna czystość i ciepła gościnność zajazdu sprawiły, że nasza podróż była niezapomniana. Nie możemy się doczekać powrotu i gorąco polecamy Mu Xue Oriental Inn każdemu, kto odwiedza Lijiang — czy to ze względu na kulturę, wygodę czy wygodę, to miejsce ma wszystko! This gorgeous hotel at the foot of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, exceeded my expectations! Very friendly and helpful reception, and as a foreigner who cannot speak Chinese, I really appreciated everyone’s hospitality, including the owner who speaks English. My room was beautiful, and equipped with all amenities needed. The location is great, close to many attractions and it was surprisingly easy to get a taxi each time. The vibe of the hotel is truly unique - quiet, solitude, happy farm-style! The animals all have their own little “hobbit houses,” and are living their best lives at this beautiful, clean hotel. Furthermore, the snacks and afternoon tea was delicious and presented very well. I had so much fun doing the travel photo shoot at the hotel, and watched in awe as the sun rose over the mountain very morning.

Zarezerwowaliśmy trzydniowy pokój w hotelu z widokiem. Znajduje się on w połowie drogi na szczyt Lion Rock, bardzo blisko koła wodnego. Widok jest niesamowity, a w pogodne dni widać ośnieżone szczyty gór. Restauracja na piętrze pełni funkcję tarasu widokowego, a śniadanie było bardzo relaksujące. Było pyszne, różnorodne, a makaron ryżowy dorównywał jakością tym ze słynnych internetowych sklepów z makaronem ryżowym w starożytnym mieście. Obsługa była doskonała, z pomocą w bagażu, zorganizowaniem transferu i zamówieniem posiłków. Absolutnie niesamowite!

The guesthouse has a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to the center of the old town. The owner was incredibly welcoming, offering to help with luggage and providing travel tips. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. Although it's on the street, it was very quiet at night; the attention to detail was excellent. My stay was perfect for a few days, and the value for money was fantastic. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lijiang!
