After being in the cold weather all day, the best part was relaxing in the clean, quiet, and spacious hot springs. Highly recommend!”

„Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan.”

„Everything perfect apart from the location! I visited here with my family, and enjoyed ourselves with lots of things to have fun. Gentle staff with smile, clean facilities, nice breakfast, and indoor even outdoor spa!! But I don't understand some guys were smoking in the indoor pool right in front of their kids. By the way, good experience!”

„An old hotel past its grandeur days. A little expensive for an old facility. Room is big though. Staff don’t work in unity. Front desk and concierge don’t work as a unit. Didn’t see the concierge after the initial check in. Front desk do not know when concierge will come in. Frustrating for guests who need the help of concierge. Being friendly to guests is not one of the work ethos of all the front desk staffs. Hot baths was good though.”

„The Chang Bai Shan hot spring hotel is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to visit! They have public hot spring pools that are clean with great amenities.  Around the hotel there is a ‘walking street’ with a great selection of shops within walking distance of the hotel, with a grocery store, a couple of restaurants and a gift shop.”

„The hotel is in a great location, close to many good restaurants. The hot springs, both indoor and outdoor, are a highlight—very relaxing and well-maintained. It’s also a family-friendly place, making it a great choice for those with kids. The room was generally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, but it can get quite crowded and busy, which might be a downside for those who prefer a more relaxed morning. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent hot spring facilities!”

„Hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Hotel was empty when we (family of 4) arrived. We were not aware of an on-going fire drill and because of on-going construction, we mistakenly thought the hotel was closed. Hotel staff appeared as we were about to leave to make other arrangements. The hotel manager provided us with a translator and profusely apologized for the miscommunication . Rooms were exceptionally clean and breakfast exceptionally good. Location was ideal...close to the hi-speed railway station and downtown. We give this hotel and staff 5 out of 5 stars.”

„i'm not chinese and cant speak chinese so i can't communicate with front office to pick me up from trainstation so i use taxi from Changbai train station to this hotel with cost 100 yuan. when arrive, a young chinese women in tradition korean custome greeted me so well. she try to communicate with me and friend by wechat. made me so impressed. i went ski and the receptionist arrange ski class and ski suit rental for us. variety of breakfast :) hotel arrange bus to send me and my friend to next hotel. that's so lovely :) thanks so much from 泰国人”
