Bathroom divided in tube/shower, toilet room and make-up space. Breakfast with a great choice of Chinese food. Just a few things related with international breakfast. The hotel is located not directly to many shops and restaurants. We took a taxi to the recommended restaurants and scenic places.”

„Pobyt na cztery dni. Pierwszy dzień 1409 pokoi jest zbyt kolorowy i stary. Kolor kanapy jest bardzo niespokojny z podstawowym kolorem pokoi. Drzwi szafki nie mogą się poślizgnąć. Wanna jest dobra i oferuje jednorazowe torby do kąpieli, ale temperatura wody jest bardzo niewygodna. ”Na szczęście” klimatyzacja nie jest ciepła, a następnego dnia miała szansę przenieść się do pokoju 1311. 第一次去金山嶺阿那亞，從去年就看過金山嶺，一直沒去，今天剛從金山嶺阿那亞回來，給我的感受非常好，在哪過了一個愉快的週末，沒讓我失望；金山嶺阿那亞比秦皇島阿那亞服務好很多，也許是秦皇島的阿那亞已經做起來了，去的人也比較多，知名度高；不過去了金山嶺的阿那亞還會讓我再去第二次、第三次。首先先説前台管家敬涵，我訂好闌山公寓酒店之後就有相關工作人員聯繫我，之後就是管家敬涵跟我聯繫加微信，告訴我到阿那亞如何到酒店，路線怎麼走，都很詳細，很貼心！根據她給的路線沒走一點點冤枉路，感謝敬涵🌹。還有就是到了酒店辦理完入住，進到房間眼前一亮，餐桌上放着小零食和飲料，還有園區手冊，有餐廳的介紹還有園區景觀；燒水不是水壺而是能調節温度的電熱水瓶，冰箱裏還放了幾瓶飲料；還放了咖啡和茶包，很貼心的還有餐桌，茶几，牀頭櫃，衞生間都會放抽紙；礦泉水也給的很充足，不夠和管家敬涵説了還給送到房間🫰！這次出遊是一次完美愉快的體驗！還會再去。再次謝謝敬涵❤️

原想訂阿那亞找女兒一起，由於五六滿員，找位置離阿那亞酒店很近的地方，是23年新民宿，從圖片看還不錯就選了，入住後相對滿意，如圖一致，有陽台是賣點，院內有水景特別好，提升品質，就是衞生間乾濕不分離，上下水管道水聲極大，需要改進會更好！

帶爸媽出門旅行，住的好非常必要～早在幾年前朋友推薦了圍場休浣假日温泉酒店，這次必須要打卡（≧ｗ≦） 酒店外觀氣派典雅，大堂很明亮乾淨，當天晚上的前台工作人員熱情周到，還忙保存了在貴賓樓打包回來的飯菜，還介紹了非常好的特產店✌︎˶╹ꇴ╹˶✌︎ 房間的風格偏古風，床也很舒適，衞生環境都很好，尤其是淋浴花灑，洗澡很舒服，可以緩解舟車勞頓。 酒店還贈送了温泉票，但時間原因放棄了。 打卡了休浣貴賓樓，手把羊肉、奶茶都很香，特別最愛蒜泥羊肝，羊肝切的很厚實而且菜量都很大，簡直是寶藏餐廳，根本不用出去找飯吃，酒店餐廳就很有特色，口味也好！ 早餐種類很多，也富有當地特色，煎餅出奇好吃😋 總之，以後如果去塞罕壩玩，還選這家酒店🏨

臨時預訂的這家賓館，沒想到性價比這麼高，前台小姑娘説話很温柔，很有耐心，還主動幫我們拿行李送到房間，告訴我們住宿客人可以免費在洗浴中心洗澡，介紹男浴有泡池，泡泡池子可以解乏，看着她一臉真誠的樣子覺得特別可愛[愉快][愉快]房間挺乾淨的，床也挺舒服，總之，住的很舒服滿意！

酒店的服務真是太棒了，從入住到退房客房服務員服務特別好，特別是前台的小姐姐特別熱情，房間的清潔工作特別細緻沒有一點灰塵，還有早餐特別棒👍🏻！洗澡也是免費的，浴區還有免費的水果可以吃，還有兩個大池子孩子可以在裏面游泳，這是我住過最好的酒店！

週末帶爸媽來隆化泡温泉，看到酒店是今年新開業的所以立馬訂了，整體設施很新，院裏有國網的充電樁很方便，負一樓的温泉區以及頂層的露天温泉泳池都值得體驗，當然希望水温更熱一點就好了。含的早餐不錯，挺豐富的，午餐晚餐單點也是量大價格不貴，整體體驗不錯，爸媽也很滿意。

I don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and fresh air, and both the facilities and cleanliness are impeccable. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. Overall, the service was satisfactory. However, I have to complain about a front desk staff member who answered the phone between 7 and 10 PM on the 31st. The first time I reported the washing machine wasn't working, she actually told me it was leaking and advised me not to use it. I ended up fixing and using it myself. The second time I called about the shower water not getting hot, her response was even more ridiculous: she told me to just keep running the water until it got hot. I wasted nearly half an hour, and the water never got warm. In the end, a housekeeping staff member came and simply inserted the gas card, which solved the problem. What's worse is her terrible attitude; she was argumentative and refused to admit her incompetence in handling issues, acting as if she knew everything. She definitely deserves a bad review! On another note, the hotel is very close to Jinshanling Great Wall, which is absolutely worth a visit!
