„第一次來高原，入住當晚有些輕微高反，頭痛得有點難受，還好酒店有提供氧氣。 服務員非常貼心，看到我們不太舒服，主動泡了熱騰騰的紅景天茶送到房間，還輕聲安慰我們説這是正常現象，吸上氧、多休息就會緩解很多。第二天早上退房時，又特意問候，感覺很暖心。 酒店本身也很不錯，房間乾淨温暖，彌散式供氧讓人睡得很踏實。早上拉開窗簾就能看到雪山，景色很美。 對於擔心高反的遊客來説，這裏不僅住宿舒適，更像一個在高原上的安心港灣。很感激他們的及時幫助，讓我們的稻城之旅順利了許多。”

„川西到麗江途中特意加了稻城亞丁，一直想來的地方，酒店也是臨時定的，很超預期，第一天晚上到的非常晚，加上高反，下車的時候感覺不是很好，前台一個藏族姑娘小小瘦瘦的主動跑出來幫我們拎了兩個大箱子，真的非常感謝，而且因為太晚了沒吃飯，小姑娘還給我們專門燒水泡麪，非常感謝信，所以必須很認真的給酒店特別是前台小姑娘點個贊，稻城的美景是一直想來看的，但是酒店的細心與貼心給這次旅途增色不少，必須給個手工五星好評和感謝”

The hotel's signature hot spring is very good, and the hot water in the room is also hot spring water. After washing, the skin is smooth, and there is no sulfur smell, because it is a metasilicic acid hot spring? In the plateau area, there are three low, medium and high temperature pools. After a day of playing, I came back to soak in the hot spring to watch the stars, and applied a small mask. The experience was not too comfortable~ The hotel service is also very considerate.
