Świetnie się bawiłem w Hard Rock Hotel Madrid! Pokój był przestronny, stylowy i super wygodny, z świetnym prysznicem i wystrojem nawiązującym do muzyki. Jedzenie było pyszne, zwłaszcza śniadanie w formie bufetu. Lokalizacja hotelu jest idealna. Jest blisko popularnych atrakcji, a pobliska stacja metra ułatwia poruszanie się. Personel był przyjazny i pomocny, a całe doświadczenie było zabawne i relaksujące. Zdecydowanie zatrzymałbym się tu ponownie!

Very impressive! Friendly service. Room was a very good size for our family of 3 adults. Breakfast buffet was excellent!! Location was very good walking distance to many restaurants and stores.

This is a serious complaint about the restaurant Market of this hotel. I stayed here for three days this time, every time I sit there for more than 10mins just to wait for service. Others western tourists got served the water immediately. The waiter also did small talk with them, but me? Totally ignored by all the waiters! I have to call them, after I just ordered the sandwich then the waiter grabbed the menu from me! I have to chase him to ask for tea!

After traveling extensively in China, returning to Spain highlighted some noticeable differences, particularly in Madrid. While the city and its infrastructure may feel a bit outdated compared to other global hubs, the Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá was a decent and comfortable place to stay. The hotel’s location is its strongest feature—it’s directly across from Chamartín Train Station and its adjacent subway station. While the train station and subway facilities are not the most modern or impressive, the convenience of being so close to transportation hubs is a definite plus. The street leading to the hotel is a bit unusual, set on a slope, but it’s manageable. The room was clean and functional, though slightly dated. The beds were comfortable, albeit with older spring mattresses that could use an upgrade. Despite the slightly worn feel, the room provided a comfortable space to rest after a day of exploring or work. The standout feature of this hotel was undoubtedly the breakfast. It was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to different tastes. It was easily the highlight of my stay and set a great tone for the day. The service was also pleasant and friendly, which is a nice touch, especially given the sometimes lackluster service standards in Spain. The staff were helpful and made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, while the Hotel Madrid Chamartín Affiliated by Meliá may not be the most modern or luxurious option, it offers good value for its location, a comfortable stay, and an exceptional breakfast. If you’re looking for a convenient and reliable place to stay near Chamartín Station, this hotel is a solid choice.

Niedawno zatrzymałem się w hotelu Puerta América i miałem mieszane doświadczenia. Projekt hotelu jest zdecydowanie jego główną atrakcją — każde piętro ma unikalny styl stworzony przez światowej sławy architektów, co sprawia, że ​​pobyt jest wizualnie ekscytujący. Pokoje są nowoczesne i przestronne, a ja doceniłem dbałość o szczegóły w wystroju. Było jednak kilka wad. Obsługa, choć uprzejma, wydawała się niespójna. Zameldowanie trwało dłużej niż oczekiwano, a obsługa pokoju wielokrotnie się opóźniała. Ponadto, chociaż hotel szczyci się swoim luksusem, niektóre udogodnienia wydawały się nieco przestarzałe, szczególnie biorąc pod uwagę cenę. Lokalizacja jest nieco oddalona od głównych atrakcji turystycznych, co jest świetne, jeśli szukasz spokojnego pobytu, ale nie jest to idealne miejsce dla tych, którzy chcą być w samym sercu akcji. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, Hotel Puerta América to stylowy i wyjątkowy hotel, ale są obszary, w których można by wprowadzić ulepszenia, aby uzasadnić koszt i ogólne wrażenia.

Największym rozczarowaniem jest brak sauny. Śniadania są w porządku, mało urozmaicone, ale i tak smaczne. W porze lunchu nie ma żadnego jedzenia w zasięgu spaceru. Bezpłatny transfer lotniskowy i 10 minut spacerem do najbliższej stacji metra. Ogólnie w porządku na kilka nocy między lotami.

-The hotel's location is excellent for those interested in visiting Madrid's most iconic sights. Everything is within walking distance, allowing you to plan routes that cover the most representative sites. -Breakfast is not included, but we recommend it. It is varied, well-stocked, and the restaurant staff are always willing to help. Having breakfast allows you to make the most of your morning visiting places of interest. -The hotel is not new and this is noticeable in the details, but all the amenities work without any problems. -The terrace is a great place to end the night (it closes at 2 AM). It is intimate, quiet, and has good views.

We came to the apartment at 3pm (check in time) and found out that a cleaner was still in the mid-way of cleaning. We talked to reception who immediately sent one more cleaner to help and said the apartment would he ready in 10 mins. We got into the apartment like 20 mins later and felt like that the floor might not have been mopped. I stayed there for 5 nights and found that the sole of my slippers were blackened, which always left dirty slipper print in washroom after shower. We had stayed in a 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms apartment. The furnishing however was very strange. While the master bedroom was equipped with 2 single beds placed together, the other small bedroom with only sliding door was with a double bed! My friend stayed in a 2 bedrooms 1 washroom apartment got a much better configuration which is a normal double bedroom and a twin room (as advised in website). Besides, the living room was a bit dark. On the whole, the stay was still fairly satisfactory. Reception staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Provision of basic cooking essentials including oil was good. Stuff in cleaning kit and toilet paper however was inadequate for a long stay. We needed to go to reception (opens only 0900-1700) to get additional supplies. Wish the cleaner would stock the place according to stay duration of the guests. The apartment is situated in a very convenient location. 5 mins to Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 mins to Atocha train station, 2 mins to Carrefour Express, 7 mins to Lidl supermarket. There is also another big supermarket Dia nearby. Above all, the building provides free luggage storage facilities in 3,4 & 5 floors. You need €1 to operate the locker but you can it back when returning the key. That’s real convenient.

Czystość: Bardzo czysto, ale wyposażenie jest nieco przestarzałe. Okolica: Cisza w weekendy; w pobliżu znajduje się duże centrum handlowe, w którym można zjeść i zrobić zakupy. Co ważne, śniadanie jest bardzo ekonomiczne i oferuje doskonały stosunek jakości do ceny, ale należy je zarezerwować przy rezerwacji pokoju.
