"Disgusting hotel! Filth everywhere! The grounds are very small and unkempt. The staff is unfriendly and sullen, as if they were serving time. Rooms are quite spacious, with a bathtub (I haven't seen one in a hotel in a long time), and not a single hook for a towel in the bathroom. The soap dispensers on the wall barely work, and the water pressure apparently depends on how many people are showering at the same time. The restaurant is a nightmare! Everything is disgustingly dirty, including the rims on the cups; the machines for filling up with water and drinks are all stained and clogged with fingers; it seems no one ever cleans or dries them. The food is tasteless, with very little choice. The same old thing. Anything with seafood is even scary to eat under these conditions. There are pieces of shellfish in the rice with mussels! The fruit looks like it's home-grown, maybe someone stops by the market on their way to work. There's no bottled water, so you can only get it in a cup; the water from those dirty cars smells like metal. Carbonated water will do. We bought regular water at the store. The children were nauseous, vomiting, and had diarrhea. Breakfast starts at 7:30 a.m.; entering the restaurant 5 minutes earlier and simply sitting on the highway is not allowed; you'll be kicked out. All-Inclusive beach: If you take this package, you'll have the opportunity to relax on uncomfortable plastic sun loungers by the sea and use an umbrella, but sun loungers without mattresses require an additional fee of 3 leva per sun lounger. The water slides on the beach, included in this package, operate at the discretion of the beach staff. After a week at the hotel, they never worked. They only started setting up the slides after I emailed the hotel, claiming they were providing false information when selling the package and were deceiving the customer! The hotel manager recommended considering other, more expensive hotels if I didn't like anything. I've never heard a more unprofessional response in the hotel business. Bulgaria doesn't have a private beach; the paid and free ones are separated by a rope along the shore. This means that even if a sunbed is on the front line, you can't be the first; someone with an umbrella and a blanket will always be ahead. They strictly monitor who can use the sunbeds and who can't. They even pick on you if you invite a friend with a different bracelet to sit on the sunbed and talk. Parking: paid, 20 leva per day. Parking is under a barrier, not on the road. This is the only plus. Although cars scratch in this parking lot, it's impossible to make ends meet, as there are no cameras. There is a safe box in the rooms, but of course, it's a fee. The pool near the hotel: shabby old mattresses, small pool. The building has 9 floors, and the elevator is a long wait, sometimes even during rush hour (for food), and it often breaks down. The path to the sea is long and has many steps. Going down is fine, but going up is a challenge. Not suitable for older people. The sea is fine and clean. There are waves in the afternoon, but it's fine for children. The beach is dirty, covered in cigarette butts and cups. Vacationers: Mostly from Ukraine and Romania."

"Hotel i jego wystrój wiekowe. Materace w łóżkach z wystającymi sprężynami (przynajmniej nam taki się trafił). Dziecko dostało coś jak łóżko polowe z dodatkowym materacem, który cały czas się zsuwał. Łazienka wymaga zdecydowanie remontu - kabina prysznicowa oblepiona. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Ręczniki białe i czyste. Kuchnia smaczna, śniadania angielskie. Obiady i kolacje lepiej - zróżnicowane, czasem dania były zimne. Pizza robiona na miejscu. Ciasta i owoce ok. Basen malutki, leżaki niektóre przy basenie połamane. Dookoła basenu jakaś zielona chyba wykładzina (miałam wrażenie, że czym się można zarazić idąc boso). Zdecydowany plus dla obsługi hotelu! Sympatyczni, pomocni, uśmiechnięci!"

"To był mój trzeci pobyt w tym hotelu i zdecydowanie najgorszy! W przeszłości dawałem temu hotelowi 5*, teraz dałbym mu tylko 2* Mieszkaliśmy w pokoju 1123 i kiedy weszliśmy, pokój był niezwykle zimny, dopiero kiedy poszliśmy spać zrozumieliśmy dlaczego *PLUSZKI* Zostałem ugryziony co najmniej 70 razy, a najsmutniejsze jest to, że hotel musiał o tym wiedzieć i mimo to umieszczać gości w pokoju. Pluskwy były na wszystkich etapach cyklu życia od małych do dużych, więc hotel musiał wiedzieć! Poszedłem prosto do recepcji, a sprzątaczka była bardzo pomocna i miła, dała mi trochę kremu, ponieważ zacząłem mieć reakcję alergiczną, na szczęście miałem też tabletki przeciwhistaminowe i pomogła nam przenieść się do innego pokoju. Jedzenie było poniżej standardu i zimne przez pierwszą część tygodnia, ale w drugiej połowie zrobiło się lepiej. Zewnętrzny basen miał zielone algi wokół basenu i na dnie basenu, więc słaba konserwacja. Smutno patrzeć, jak ten hotel podupada, wiem, że to był koniec sezonu, ale jeśli chcesz być hotelem 5*, musisz utrzymywać standardy przez cały czas, kiedy jesteś otwarty. Nie odwiedzę go ponownie i nie przeproszono mnie za ukąszenia pluskiew."

"We stayed here at the end of September for 5 nights. The hotel was quiet due to it being the end of their season which meant a lot of the local shops, bars and restaurants has closed (no fault of the hotel, we didn’t do our research and assumed the season would continue into October - something to be mindful of if you’re booking in 2024). The food and spa were the highlights of our holiday. The spa staff were super friendly and helpful and we made sure to make use of the facilities and treatments on offer. Would recommend the Turkish bath, it was incredible! The price of the treatments were so cheap compared to the U.K. you can pay cash or card which is handy too. The food was so flavoursome and we had something different each night. If you’re a fussy eater or expecting 20+ difference choices this isn’t the place for you. There was enough choices but each dish was delicious and the cakes were little mouthfuls of heaven. Overall the hotel was very modern and clean and is in a great location to walk to the beach. Even with it being quiet we felt extremely safe strolling around. Down by the beachfront there are some lovely shops and bars, it’s a lovely easy stroll. We took the 409 bus into Varna (approx 45 mins journey) and hired electric scooters to explore. We’d recommend wandering the garden, it’s beautiful and lots for kids to do. The staff were generally very helpful, a big shout out to Vanka (I hope that’s how you spell it) on reception who was extremely helpful in trying to sort an issue with our transfer back to the airport. Only negative experienced were the cleaners were slightly rude and staff weren’t always at the bar around the pool, we imagine this was down to it being out of season. We would definitely return to the hotel and make the most of the spa and facilities again next year. "

Nie mają żadnego rozwiązania problemu, tylko wzruszyli ramionami i powiedzieli, że to nie mój problem. Mają wysokie ceny za złe usługi, znajdziesz chrabąszcza w recepcji. Na pewno tu nie wrócę, jestem bardzo zły na wszystkie złe usługi."

"Zarezerwowałem pokój w tym hotelu dwa razy, wiedząc, że ma 14 pięter i dwie małe windy. To nie wina hotelu. Tak go zbudowali komuniści. Skontaktowałem się z kierownictwem przez WhatsApp i pracownica, Ewelina, przyszła się ze mną spotkać. Dostałem pokój na parterze. Pokoje mają doskonałe meble, balkony, a jedzenie jest normalne, chociaż jest dużo ludzi, uchodźców z Ukrainy i dużo dzieci. Jeśli problem z windą zostanie rozwiązany, ocena będzie wyższa. Życzę wszystkim pracownikom hotelu wytrwałości. Pracują za dwoje."
