Hotele w: Aluohai Plaza/Songyu Ferry, Xiamen

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, overall experience was positive room and staff is what you would expect for a hotel like this. Location wise is the only downside, it’s quite inconvenient if you are used to taking public transit in China, you’ll definitely need to take a Taxi or DiDi. The hotel breakfast I found was pretty underwhelming compared to other hotels I’ve been to in China. Yes there’s a lot of options but the taste was underwhelming. They have à la carte options which I found to be more enjoyable compared to the buffet style breakfast. The pool and gym was nice, there’s a lifeguard on duty, not much to add, you do need a bathing cap like all other pools in China, the gym is pretty limited but decent for a hotel. If you’re in Xiamen, you could consider booking this hotel for the views and nice hotel amenities. But if you prioritize location, I would consider other options on Xiamen island.

此行最讓我驚喜的細節，莫過於專屬的免費停車位。 對於自駕出行的遊客來説，這簡直是天大的福利！在停車費高昂的廈門，能擁有這一方免費的天地，瞬間卸下了所有旅途的焦慮。無需四處尋找車位，無需擔心高額開銷，愛車有了安穩的歸處。這種“隨手停車，安心出發”的底氣，是這家酒店給予的最高級別的安全感，完美解決了自駕遊客的後顧之憂。

酒店位於嵩嶼碼頭樓上，位置極佳，從鼓浪嶼遊玩回來，下了船馬上就能上到酒店，省了不少力氣！周邊不遠也有餐飲、購物場所。建議開車到遠一點的當地居民小區樓下吃飯，比較實惠。 房間設施新，三層露台海景房景色很nice，每晚看對岸的燈光秀，可以到晚上十點。酒店前台美女服務熱情，打掃衞生阿姨主動認真，一併表揚！對自駕人羣友好，有自己的專屬停車場。酒店有電梯，適合長者出行。

Room was very clean and had a great view. Loved the bathtub. Very good price for what you get.

In the end, the hotel provided me a dessert that I originally should have given me, and I felt a little better. ---♡♡♡ A hotel that keeps saying it can't be done. Since the lounge was under construction, I heard that lounge benefits were available at the cafe on the first floor, so I made a reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told number 3 that they couldn't do anything because the lounge was under construction. They gave me the key and told me I could go up, so I asked them if they had forgotten anything, and they answered no. When I showed them the hotel reservation conditions, they gave me a name tag and two snacks as a special gift. In the end, I went out to eat, and when I asked again, it turned out that I had given the wrong answer. They say they can give you cake, fruit, and coffee just within three hours. I'm full, but it's amazing. The weather was 30 degrees and the swimming pool was under construction so I couldn't use it.

To be honest, the hotel was really decent and what you'd expect of a property of such calibre. Unfortunately, two weird aspects stood out: 1) Hotel has no customised fragrance to it like you'd expect of a Hilton sub-brand or simply a 5-star property. 2) The weirdest part was that the service provided by the concierge was worse than the housekeeping staff - it's actually appalling! For some reason, none of the concierge staff offers a smile and amicable service expected of the service industry. They speak monotonously and with a face that exudes a disinterested look. At this point, it's more weird than upsetting that there's no service. These two areas aside, room is actually really well equipped and what you'd expect of a 5-star property.

這次入住體驗真的超出預期！酒店環境乾淨整潔，房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全又貼心，床品柔軟舒適，一覺睡到天亮。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住高效快捷，細節處盡顯用心。地理位置便利，出行方便，周邊配套也很完善。整體氛圍温馨舒適，性價比超高，無論是出差還是旅行都很合適，下次一定還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦！

這個房型雖然是無窗房，但是空間還是比較大的，有24小時空氣循環，還好不會悶。床墊有軟的和硬的。特意請服務人員幫忙找了張稍微硬一點，腰痛人士睡不了軟的啊啊！從地鐵站到酒店步行8分鐘，交通還是很便利的，還有贈送早餐，價格也不貴，性價比很高。

樓下有吃的和小超市，走去地鐵站也不遠，還算方便。 本來有個湖，景色還可以的，可惜被對面大樓擋住，但價格在這，也沒關係。 房間衞生表面是乾淨的，拉開抽屜就不乾淨了。比較滿意的是電視下那個小櫃子，可以讓電話充電，也有藍牙音響功能。淋浴間的門是壞的，關不上。洗髮水比較劣質，洗完頭髮很毛燥。最氣人是那個洗衣機，弄了很久才正常運作，兩天都是這樣。洗衣液沒有的，要自備。 問房東要兩瓶水和一個捲紙，給了我兩個捲紙，笑si😂

首先，感謝前台小姐姐。直接免費給升級了房間。房間大了一圈，體驗好非常好，服務也很周到。 來之前看評論説吵鬧，個人認為還好，沒有那麼誇張。品質還是可以的。樓下就有吃飯的地方，也很方便。
