„Pls be mindful Hotel require deposit 100k IDR. When check out, the hotel will check the room first before u get your deposit back. Need to wait around 10mins. Can say cheap rate hotel with 2 breakfast just around rm125 per night. I chose this hotel bcos i arrived Batam night time, so no need fancy hotel hehe. The hotel is not shoplot hotel, the whole building is the hotel. At night quite noisy, not sure why, maybe there’s event at the ballroom hotel. The toilet room is average (quite smelly maybe bcos old hotel), not suitable for fussy person. Same goes to the bed and bed sheet. But the room is so spacious and have kiblat sign (for muslim prayer). Breakfast spread also average, suitable if you not eat much. But still have egg station. Nasi goreng, meehon goreng, cereals, also have. Overall still ok if you stay 1 night.”

„The hotel is a bit old but is convenient and near Batam Ferry Centre by a few mins ride. The room is clean but the safe deposit is not working. Breakfast is not a lot but is good enough to include in the hotel fees which is cheap since i only stay one night. A lot of tourists using the pools especially the kids. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful too.”

„Had a wonderful stay! We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade by the friendly front desk staff, Syaiful, which made the experience even more special. The location is super convenient, with plenty of food and massage options just a short walk away. Breakfast offered a good variety and the Indonesian corner was a lovely touch. It would be even better with menu descriptions for guests to explore more easily. We also celebrated my husband’s birthday during the stay, about 6–8 F&B staff went the extra mile, singing birthday songs with such warm hospitality. Loved the hotel’s live band performance in the evening too, as it really added a great vibe to the overall experience. Would definitely come back!”

„Concierge service is excellent! Service staffs in the hotel are really helpful and attentive. The room worth the price, water heater is working well, water pressure is excellent. The edges (especially the floor, door and wall) might need some maintenance. Their mattress is great and comfy, just the pillows can be better. „Everything at the resort was incredibly systematic and well-organized, resulting in a completely frustration-free stay. We arrived at 12 PM and were pleasantly surprised to receive our room for an early check-in at 1 PM after a minimal wait! We opted for the 6-activity package—a great value according to my husband—which included a fantastic 2-hour karaoke session and access to the kids' indoor playground. We highly recommend the 6-activity package; it kept us thoroughly engaged throughout our 3-day, 2-night stay. The resort's punctuality was excellent: our in-room couple's massage therapists arrived exactly on time, and the fire for our 6:30 PM outdoor BBQ was already set up by 6 PM. The sound proof is not so good especially when the kids sleep at the teepee materials but when they are tired they still can fall asleep fast just that the next door kids wake up so early. Have to expect sound as it is glamping.”

We spent four wonderful nights here and left with nothing but great memories. The resort is brand new (still in soft opening), and it shows in the best way: everything felt fresh, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Rooms: Our Deluxe King room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. Housekeeping was attentive throughout our stay. Location: Right on the beach, with the ferry terminal just steps away — incredibly convenient for a getaway from Singapore. The grounds are lush and beautifully landscaped, and the beach and pools are a real highlight. Dining: We ate across several of the resort's restaurants. Port 19 was excellent for a relaxed dinner with great grilled options, Yokatta served genuinely good Japanese food, and Soñada Beach Club was the perfect spot for a sunset dinner right by the water — the setting alone makes it worth it. Staff were very accommodating with a food intolerance, always happy to suggest suitable dishes. Spa: We had three treatments during our stay, and the therapists were skilled and professional every time. The spa itself is a calm, beautifully designed space — a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. Service: Being a new property, a few small things came up here and there, but every single time the staff resolved them impeccably and without any fuss. That kind of attentiveness says a lot about the team. Overall: We felt genuinely well looked after from check-in to check-out, and we'd happily come back. Highly recommended for couples looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape from Singapore.

Check in was smooth. Villa was big, love the spacious living room. Unfortunately need to improve on housekeeping cleanliness. There was a standing stack of cigarette ash left on the dining table beside the pool. There was unwashed coffe stain on the rim of the coffee mug, no stirrer was provided for the coffee and tea satchets, not thoughtful. We hardly use the 3rd floor so cant comment. You need to move the furniture yourself if you wanna sit outside on the 3rd flr. Master bedroom was huge, with view of the sea. Toiletrie, dental kits were provided. The toilet door was abit faulty, could not close properly..sigh.. Bathroom wall looked mouldy/ dirty. We were greeted by thunderstorm the next morning, the wait for buggy took more than 15min in the morning--breakfast peak + inclement weather. Water started seeping into the 2nd flr landing during the pour, and water was dripping from the bathroom...itz crazy..fortunately we were checking out that day already.. Cant comment on other facilities as we didnt get to try..will i go again...maybe after their next round of refurbishment.

Our stay at Natra Bintan was such an amazing experience for us as a couple 🤍 We decided to go on a weekday, and honestly that was the best decision because the whole place felt so peaceful, calm, and private. The atmosphere was very relaxing with beautiful views and a quiet environment perfect for escaping from busy routines and spending quality time together. From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well prepared for guests. What we loved most was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s not just about the stay, but the feeling you get there slow mornings, relaxing walks, enjoying the lagoon view, and having peaceful moments together without rushing anything. This beautiful destination is conveniently accessible with a 75-minute ferry ride from Tanah Merah, Singapore 🇸🇬, or a 20-minute trip from the Telaga Punggur ferry terminal in Batam to Tanjung Uban, as well as a 60-minute journey from Tanjung Pinang Island. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Outstanding Hospitality from Beginning to End** This was one of the best family holidays we've had. From check-in to departure, every interaction with the staff was sincere and heartfelt. You can tell that everyone genuinely enjoys looking after guests. A special highlight was the spa. My mother enjoyed the 90-minute full spa experience after the reception patiently explained the different packages to help us choose the most suitable treatment. The Chinese-speaking masseuse was exceptional and made the experience incredibly relaxing. Our daughter also had an amazing holiday. She loved Earth Basket, where Kiki made the visit engaging and fun, as well as the watersports, especially her first-ever banana boat ride, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. We also joined the complimentary stargazing sessions on both evenings. Idu and his colleague on one night, and Rusdi and his colleague on the next, shared fascinating knowledge about the moon, stars, navigation and astronomy. It became one of the most memorable activities of our stay. The front desk team, especially Haykal, Feronica and Gian, were always quick to assist us through WhatsApp and in person. Breakfast had an excellent variety every morning, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and immaculately maintained. Finally, a heartfelt thank you to Mustika, whose leadership and personal warmth were evident throughout the resort. Seeing him personally come over to bid us farewell before we left for the ferry was a wonderful way to end our stay. The Residence Bintan delivers genuine hospitality in every sense of the word. We would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Bintan and look forward to coming back again.

The hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and dirty when we were there. Kids walking around at the breakfast area and jumping in and out from the pool to breakfast area. No proper towels provided for the pool. My room is clean but face a block of construction wall which looks really eerie at night. I think they are in the midst of extension their hotel. Blackout twice but power came back fast. Despite the small imperfect, it is still a very comfortable hotel which I will go back to in Batam.

The staff were the highlight of the stay — consistently polite, humble, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout. Unfortunately, the villa itself was quite run down and appeared to lack proper upkeep and maintenance, which was disappointing given my expectations. There is insufficient power plug for phone / tablet charging. The breakfast spread was decent, with a reasonable variety of options to start the day. Overall, while the service was excellent, the condition of the villa fell short of expectations. Would I return? No.

New carpet flooring, pillows and new shower head.. with rain shower... Love the water pressure Breakfast was good.. packed with guests but managed to get place for breakfast Network was not good.. even smart tV was down.. Receptionist need more training... Dunoo how to answer enquiry. Cannot check in early .. Ohhh yahhh the door got no security latch... Not a fan of
