The hotel is still in the soft opening phase. We have received a very warm welcome and enjoyed the very good service from the reception. Probably the best hotel in Pakse, good breakfast with fresh made noodle soup and eggs. We enjoyed the warm outside pool and decided to extend our trip. Overall everybody is very service oriented and we would like to thank the entire team for making our stay an enjoyable one!

Clean room with hyper comfortable beds. The common bathroom is perfect. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Personnel with small care and very arranged.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The two reception staff, the gentleman and the lady at the front desk were truly outstanding. They were so welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm attitude made me feel right at home and left such a positive impression. Thank you both for making my stay so enjoyable!

ห้องพักดี นอนสบาย ทำเลดี อาหารเช้าบุปเฟด์อร่อย แต่มีสองวันที่อาหารเช้าแย่มาก ให้แบบ a la cart รู้สึกไม่พอแล้วก็การขอเพิ่มเป็นเรื่องยุ่งยากมาก และไม่ได้เพิ่ม แค่ไข่ดาวยังเป็นเรื่องยุ่งยากมากในการขอเพิ่ม ถ้าไม่พร้อมเรื่องอาหารเช้าไม่ต้องรวมในราคาห้อง ควรให้เลือกได้ว่าจะเอาอาหารเช้าด้วยไหม แนะนำให้ปรับปรุงส่วนนี้

เป็นโรงแรมที่ทำเลดีมากๆ มีATM กับร้านอาหารข้างๆเพียบ พนักงานบริการและดูแลดี เข้าไปในห้องดูสะอาด เรียบร้อย แต่ขอหักดาวเนื่องจากพอได้เข้าพักแล้วเจอสิ่งที่ไม่อำนวยความสะดวกเยอะมากๆ 1.ทีวีดูไม่ได้ เปิดช่องไหนไม่ได้เลย เรียกพนักงานต้อนรับมาช่วยจัดการก็ยังดูไม่ได้อยู่ดี 2.รีโมตทีวีไม่มีถ่านเลย 3.น้ำแอร์ไหลจนน้องพนักงานที่เข้ามาทำทีวียังทัก 4.ตู้เย็นใช้งานไม่ได้ ลองเสียบปลั๊กทุกช่องแล้วก็ใช้ไม่ได้ 5.ในห้องไม่มีเก้าอี้ให้ตามในภาพ ตอนซื้อของเข้ามากินเลยนั่งกับโต๊ะข้างเตียงแทน 6.ในห้องน้ำ เวลาอาบน้ำแล้วน้ำไม่ระบายเลย น้ำเอ่อจนถึงส้วม 7.ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงเลย เวลาคนเดินคุยหน้าห้องได้ยินหมด + มีคนเคาะประตูห้องข้างๆตอนเช้าก็สะดุ้งตื่นนึกว่ามีคนมาเคาะห้องเราแต่ไม่ใช่+เสียงแอร์หรือเสียงเหมือนก่อสร้างด้านหลังได้ยินดังมาก อันนี้อยากให้เป็นการติชมเพื่อก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์กับผู้เข้าพักและโรงแรมในภายภาคหน้านะคะ ชอบน้องๆพนักงานมากค่ะ บริการดี ช่วยเหลือ แล้วก็พูดไทยเก่งมากๆค่ะ

Lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo dobra, choć jest nieco stary, pokój typu deluxe jest czysty i przestronny. Klimatyzacja jest bardzo wydajna, a ciepła woda jest w porządku. Znajduje się naprzeciwko najpopularniejszego sklepu spożywczego w okolicy obok jest bardzo klimatyczna restauracja. Na ukos skrzyżowania znajduje się kawiarnia francuska, jest gabinet masażu laotańskiego z bardzo niską ceną, ale bardzo pracowitą obsługą. Do mostu na rzece Mekong niecałe 500 metrów od hotelu. Pod mostem znajduje się także duża świątynia Wat Luang. Pobliski targ nocny (targ) znajduje się około 600 metrów. Krótko mówiąc, wszystko tutaj jest bardzo wygodne. Hotel ma również swój własny makaron sklep (bardzo znany lokalnie) i kantor. Kurs wymiany RMB jest lepszy niż oficjalny.

The hotel was greatly situated on the island. They arranged everything for us including transfers back to Pakse. We hired bikes at 30,000kip each for 2 days and this was great fun. The hotel also did all of our laundry at a fee but it was beautifully clean! The hotel restaurant did amazing food and we particularly liked the breakfast! The pool and amenities were great and we loved our room and balcony. Would highly recommend this!! :)

Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit dans cet hôtel mais c’était très agréable de pouvoir se rafraîchir dans la piscine après un long voyage en minibus, chambre spacieuse moderne et pour une fois des oreillers de bonne taille qui nous ont évité de nous réveiller avec un torticolis, la salle à manger est très confortable avec ses grands fauteuils nous avons même pris le dîner sur place car les alentours n’étaient pas très avenants.. le petit déjeuner était à la carte, un buffet aurait été mieux pour éviter des longues attentes quand tout un groupe passe commande avec plein d’exigences particulières en anglais au pauvre serveur laotien qui n’a qu’un vocabulaire restreint ….

An extremely emotionally & physically warm & peaceful relaxing environment with friendly happy & smiling employees offering everything I could need on site, despite the small amounts of unnecessary stress caused only via other visitor's lack of respect towards me instigated in such trivial ways that the build up of them led to the type of agitated state of mind I arrived here in & was hoping to avoid!! ✌😇👌
