Beside a daily tax fee of $55, that was never mention, they put a hold on my card for $200. A day for amenities or daily charges, TOTAL $800 BUCKS MANDATORY. I was not on property to use any unless it was to sleep in my room. So on check out they informed me it would be FIVE TO TEN BUSINESS DAY BEFORE THEY RELEASED MY $800 DEPOSIT. Now they have had my money for five days & now they want to keep it for another FIVE TO TEN DAYS.. WHO DOES THAT???

超五星級的酒店，眾多美食餐飲令人目不暇接！光顧二星米其林意大利美食餐廳三次，不同的美食和甜品，帥哥美女服務生眾多。

In a word, I had a comfortable time. The reception was very kind to try make arrangement about my request. There is no complain for my room except window(It was not cleaned enough). I was surprised that there is a microwave oven in yhe room. In addition, I think this hotel has many other strong points (for example, the location near beach, complimentary breakfast and so on)

Hotel and staff was excellent. However the walls are thin, you can hear everything. Please don’t clean at night while people are trying to sleep

We found this resort to have everything we needed to have an excellent vacation. The majority of the staff was very welcoming and courteous every time we had any encounter with them. I found the bartenders at the lobby bar not so friendly. It was hard to get their attention and at times felt I have been overlooked. Otherwise I have all good things to say about this resort. I would definitely visit this resort again. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

I was given an old room that had 20coats of paint to mask the black mold . You could smell it . I checked in at 7:30pm, by midnight I had a sinus infection . I asked to change room at 6:30am. The receptionist put me in a different new building. It help but the black mold had done its damaged, I had sever sinus cold for 4 days with chills and now I’m dealing with a bad cough with chest pain.  When booking ask to be put in the newer building that has 5 floors. The staff is really nice sadly my stay was bad since I was given a room that should have been gutted instead of masking the mold behind the new paint.

Çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Şehir merkezine biraz uzak ama hiç sorun olmadı taksiyle veya otobüsle kolayca ulaşılabiliyor. Okyanus hemen otelin önünde çok keyifli bir tatil oldu.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 5 nights. We loved the choice of restaurants, pools, shops, the stunning beach (definitely opt for a sea view room!) The resort is huge. But then it’s balanced out by lots of choice. A few niggles eg. Charging extra for beds next to the pool - these were often left empty (as were all the cabanas) so felt like a waste. They high daily resort fee should cover these costs. Or just have all beds the same good quality?! The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Just missed things like… a sanitary bin by the toilet, amenities beyond shampoo and soap, no cosmetic removal pads, no spare toilet roll. No notepad and pen even - just basic amenities you’d expect in a standard resort, let alone a high end one. All in all, it’s a fab place for couples, families with all ages of kids, it’s great for hosting work conventions - they racially have it all, all in beautiful surroundings!

To bardzo małe mieszkanie, ale wciąż całkiem wygodne na kilka dni w Nassau, jeśli tylko przejeżdżasz. To cicha okolica. Sklepy i restauracje typu fast food znajdują się w odległości 10-15 minut spacerem. Znacznie wygodniej jest wypożyczyć samochód, ponieważ przed domem jest mnóstwo miejsc parkingowych. Duża łazienka wyposażona jest w prysznic i umywalkę. Kuchnia wyposażona jest w garnki i patelnie oraz ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, który można również wykorzystać do zaparzenia herbaty w torebkach. Do dyspozycji gości jest również kawa, herbata, płyn do mycia naczyń i płyn do dezynfekcji rąk. Cały dom jest nieskazitelnie czysty. Na podwórku znajduje się mały trawnik, ale nie jest on przystosowany do relaksu. Niespodziewanie brakuje stołu jadalnego, ale są dwa składane stoły na komputer przenośny, które można wykorzystać jako stoły jadalne. Przestrzeń w salonie jest bardzo ograniczona, więc trzeba uważać, żeby niczego nie przewrócić. Łóżko wymaga naprawy lub wymiany. Materac, choć nieco wąski dla dwóch dorosłych o przeciętnym wzroście, jest dobrej jakości. Sama rama łóżka jednak dawno powinna zostać wymieniona lub naprawiona. Gospodyni skontaktuje się z Państwem telefonicznie z wyprzedzeniem i pozostawi jasne i pomocne wskazówki, jak znaleźć dom i wejść do niego. W razie potrzeby zorganizuje również odbiór i odwiezienie. Chociaż pobieżne i nieuważne przeczytanie opinii sugerowało, że wybraliśmy niewłaściwą okolicę i apartament; chcieliśmy bardziej tętniącej życiem lokalizacji i bardziej przestronnego zakwaterowania, wszelkie niedogodności zostały zrekompensowane dbałością o nasz komfort! Podsumowanie: Zakwaterowanie jest bardziej odpowiednie dla studentów lub osób podróżujących samotnie z wypożyczonym samochodem, przyzwyczajonych do amerykańskiego stylu życia. Wyjątkowa gościnność to wspaniały bonus!
