PRACE W TOKU... zarząd się zmienił i wprowadzono pewne ulepszenia, choć obiekt zdecydowanie wymaga gruntownego remontu. Kilkakrotnie nocowaliśmy tu na imprezach sportowych; za tę cenę jest w porządku. Pokój był czysty, ale mógłby być lepszy. Śniadanie było w porządku, ale wybór świeżych owoców i sałatek owocowych mógłby być lepszy. Personel był przyjazny i pomocny. Niestety, nie ma stacji ładowania samochodów elektrycznych.

The property is nice and located a bit outside the city center, but transportation is easy to find. Unfortunately, our first night was disappointing. We had booked a Premium apartment with a balcony and a bathtub, expecting a queen-size bed as we were a couple. However, we were given a room with two single beds and no bathtub. When I requested a room change, the receptionist informed me that it wasn’t possible that night and couldn’t guarantee a proper room for the following days. Surprisingly, he mentioned that having a bathtub is optional—even if you pay for a room with one—which felt misleading. To make matters worse, the room we received smelled slightly of moisture. Thankfully, the next day, a new receptionist was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue, moving us to the Premium apartment we had initially expected. This room was fantastic, with a lovely view of the garden and swimming pool. Despite the rocky start, the rest of our stay was enjoyable, and the staff were attentive and helpful after the initial hiccup.

It was ok for the price, very minimalist, the walls need an update they were all dirty and peeling and stained . The bed and cushions were very comfortable, good breakfast. No extra cushions or blankets

お部屋は清潔でとても綺麗でした。お掃除のスタッフがずっとホテル内を清掃していて気持ち良く滞在できました！ 窓からの眺めはイタリアの少し田舎街の風景です。 朝食はとても美味しく毎朝お腹いっぱいに頂けました。 スタッフも優しく気のきく方が多かったです。 ランドリーが無いのが残念でした。少し歩いた所にコインランドリーがありました。 イタリアに行く機会があれば是非泊まりたい宿です！

Podstawowy hotel z niesamowitym personelem, czystymi i przestronnymi pokojami. Miałem szczęście, że złapałem pokój narożny, więc miałem duży widok na Mediolan. Stacja metra znajduje się zaledwie 3 minuty spacerem od hotelu (czerwona linia M1). Ogromny supermarket (COOP) po drugiej stronie ulicy, w którym można kupić mnóstwo jedzenia i napojów. Hotel posiada również własny mały sklep z przekąskami w recepcji i oferuje śniadanie w formie bufetu. Pokoje wyposażone są w jedno gniazdko do ładowania 2 gniazda USB (niestety nie działają w moim pokoju) Duża łazienka Duży telewizor

Zatrzymywałem się w hotelu Glam wiele razy. Z pokoju widać Dworzec Centralny, co jest bardzo wygodne. Personel recepcji jest bardzo przyjazny i można przechować bagaż, jeśli przyjedziesz przed godziną zameldowania. W okolicy hotelu znajduje się wiele miejsc, w których można zjeść, a spacer do katedry w Mediolanie zajmuje 10 minut.

Świetny hotel, tęskniłam za nim, kiedy przeniosłam się do innego hotelu na wakacje. Dobre połączenia komunikacyjne, bliskość metra i okolica w pobliżu parku są dobre. Przy głównej drodze w pobliżu hotelu znajduje się wiele sklepów i restauracji, z których niektóre są otwarte do późna. Śniadanie było całkiem dobre, ale mogłoby być lepsze i mieć większy wybór. Pokój był ładny, jedynymi ulepszeniami byłyby większa lodówka (w środku była mała), większy prysznic i potencjalnie lepsza klimatyzacja, ale działała bez zarzutu. Łóżko było idealne jak na pojedyncze łóżko. Świetna obsługa i personel, zawsze mili i pozytywnie nastawieni. Dobrze oświetlony pokój, możliwość otwierania okiennic. Miłym dodatkiem był fakt, że hotel jest przyjazny dla środowiska.

Facilities are good but services are typical Italian... Being an international chain the service quality should be prioritised. English communication is not enough at all, and certain employees/waiters show no politeness so a shame on the overall experience during the stay.

The position is not bad, just near the motorway. The check-in was quick, though they didn't explain to me that if I had big baggage, it was better to get in from the main entrance and not from the back of the car park, because I had to make a plan with 20 kg of baggage per arm. Unfortunately, I didn't sleep because the room temperature was too hot without the possibility of adjusting it, which is dangerous for both the mucosa of the eyes and the nose for everyone. Sorry.

Great hotel in terms of the cleanliness and design. Staff can be more helpful and friendly. No water available in the room though, would have been better if there were adequate amenities. Location is not super central and good enough to access Central Area with ample transportation means.
