This Hilton is just like all the other Hiltons— clean, comfy, and tidy all around. Friendly staff made everything smooth, and the location was nice, right near all the main sights, shops, and more. We grabbed burgers at the downstairs restaurant— it was really tasty and with good service! I recommend for a hassle-free stay.

Great place for an overnight stay in Windhoek. The room was lovely and the food in the restaurant was quite good. Reception was very helpful and helped us book a 4am airport transfer to meet our 7am flight. They also prepared a travel breakfast pack for us. A very comfortable and easy stay here.

We had a wonderful experience at the Mercure Hotel Windhoek. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

To miejsce jest gem - wygodna lokalizacja w bezpiecznej / spokojnej okolicy blisko centrum miasta, czysty i przestronny pokój z kuchnią i naczynia do gotowania, bezpłatny i bezpieczny parking, pożyteczny i przyjazny właściciel, przystępne ceny. W tym miejscu nie ma recepcji. Aby się zameldować, goście muszą umówić się z właścicielem przez telefon lub e-mail przed przyjazdem. Ponieważ byłem na długim lotu i nie miałem telefonu/danych roamingu w Namibii, nie widziałem e-mailu właściciela i zostałem uwięziony poza miejscem bez sposobu na wjazd. Na szczęście pojechałem do pobliskiego hotelu i pożyczyłem telefon, aby zadzwonić do właściciela, a właściciel (który naprawdę mieszka gdzieś indziej) przyszedł, aby otworzyć drzwi dla mnie w ciągu 10-15 minut. Następnym razem, jeśli przyjdę tu ponownie, powinienem skontaktować się z właścicielem 1 dzień przed przyjazdem, aby właściciel wiedział o moim przyjazdu i wysłał mi instrukcje rejestracyjne w czasie.

The property was so beautiful! My husband and I really loved the amenities and location of the hotel, BUT we were not treated very nice by quite a few hotel staff. We observed on multiple occasions white or colored guests being treated with A+ service while we were treated with C+ service. When we first arrived, we went to the rooftop and were ignored by 2 attendants at the bar. When we did get service, it was mediocre and almost as if we were doing the hotel a favor by being there. Other than those unfortunate instances, we enjoyed our stay.

這是我在納米比亞旅遊所入住的第一家旅館，位置在温得和克市區，雖不是一條繁華的大街，但離國家博物館、路德福音教堂不遠，出門比較方便。旅館不大，但有免費停車位。旅館的房子是平房，房間適中，有一個大床，傢俱簡單，但實用，衞生間內有淋浴設施。旅館工作人員態度和藹，服務周到，耐心講解房間內的各種設施和早餐的服務時間。令我感到暖心的是，前台女主人，得知我護照遺失在機場外幣兑換處，立馬聯繫機場，幫我找到了護照，我激動得熱淚盈眶，這可是我非洲之行第一天就犯下的錯誤，若是真的遺失，會給之後的行程造成諸多麻煩。在此再次感謝前台女主人，上帝會保佑您！

房間的床單和枕套跟沒換過似的，建議帶上一次性枕套和隔臟床單，要麼就和衣而睡。為什麼選這個酒店，不是因為它便宜，因為是個人行，可以結交朋友，可以一起去旅遊，結果我住的2天沒有人來合住。附近有超市，價格貴，可以打車到市中心的大超市去採購，那裡便宜，東西新鮮。出租車便宜，準備零錢，他們不接受美金。機場的匯率比市內換錢的地方稍微差一點點，如果換50到100美金就在機場換。從酒店到2公里多點，去市內有坡的地方比較多，建議叫出租車，上車前先講好價格。

Great location: remote, quiet, beautiful view with sunset. Eating is fine and the houses are great! View of the valley, and from inside large and clean. Prima beds!
