Nie było problemu z komunikacją po angielsku. Zaproponowali nam również wiele restauracji i atrakcji, które warto rozważyć. Lobby jest przestronne, z telewizorem i dużą ilością miejsc siedzących. W piwnicy znajdowała się mała siłownia. Mieliśmy komfortowy i wspaniały pobyt w hotelu Lumen.

To mój pierwszy pobyt w tym hotelu. Przybyłem do hotelu bardzo późno około 12:00 z powodu opóźnionego lotu. Recepcja była bardzo sprawna i dostałem pokój bardzo szybko. Hotel jest sprzątany, ale byłem trochę rozczarowany moim pokojem, ponieważ szafa śmierdziała, kiedy ją otworzyłem. Poza tym toaleta wymaga konserwacji, ponieważ uchwyt głowicy prysznicowej nie działa. Może pozostać tylko na niskim dnie, a część silikonu na boku wanny zrobiła się czarna. I was staying here during the power outage, the staff are lovely and really took good care of us. Despite the outage, we still have electricity. Managed to sleep confortably aftwr that long walk fr the city center.

Holiday Inn Express always a good breakfast with sufficient variety of food, drinks and fruits. It is not far from the city center of Lisbon. We just called Uber to and from the hotel and city center and it costed around 20 euros for each trip. However if it provides washing machine and dryer, it definitely adds credit to the hotel.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the moment I arrived, everything felt polished and luxurious. The staff were also beautiful in every way. Kind, professional, well presented, and genuinely attentive. The housekeeping ladies were a true highlight. Always sweet, always smiling, and clearly proud of their work. They made a lasting impression. The rooftop is stunning with breathtaking views and a sleek infinity pool. However, the space is compact and gets crowded quickly. There are only a few sun loungers, with some extra deck chairs added, but it still feels quite limited. The lifts can be frustrating. There are only two serving all the guests going up to the rooftop on the thirteenth floor, so the wait times can be long at busy times. Overall, the hotel gives luxury. Lisbon as a city is definitely expensive, but the level of service and quality at this hotel makes the cost feel more justified. I would definitely return.
