酒店很安全，門口有保安。房間簡約但很寬敞。自助早餐中規中矩。亮點是木瓜，菠蘿和西瓜吃到爽。酒店除了前台，其他客房和餐廳員工都不會講英語（衹會西語）。樓層走廊盡頭左轉有飲水機，儘管房間內貼了標識: 哥斯達黎加是拉丁美洲為數不多的，可以直接飲用自來水的國家。另外，酒店提供免費穿梭巴士到附近的商業街區，需要和前台預約。

It's a decent hotel with a lot of details that aren't quite right. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are excellent. The maid didn't empty the trash cans during our two-night stay, nor was the shampoo ever refilled in the dispenser in the shower. There are no carpets or rugs in the room so you're constantly walking on luxury vinyl plank flooring with wet feet. After you get out of the shower. There are no Kleenex boxes or dispensers in the room, and the TV programming was difficult to decipher, especially the secondary audio program in order to listen to the TV in English rather than Spanish. Also, the closed captioning never worked on the TV

The hostel is very nice and stylishly furnished and is very well located near the city center, so that all the big museums and the theater as well as many bars, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. It is a hostel, so you can't expect absolute peace and quiet, but I didn't find it disturbing. Street noise is negligible. The staff is very friendly and helpful, everything is clean. By car from the airport, the journey takes about 40 minutes outside of rush hour.

The hotel feels old and it feels a little unsafe to go out at night. The hotel is decorated in an old-fashioned style, and the hotel lobby is on the second floor, very retro style. The breakfast is relatively rich, but after two days of eating, I feel that there is nothing to eat. It may be that the Chinese stomach is not used to it.
