You will surprise that in dinner time they provide free alcohol drink including osake . They also have coffee machine  They have onsen small one as well. The price is incredible cheap compared to place surrounding.

攜程敢上架，我就敢下單。結果證實這裏的兩天就是我們北海道之行的巔峯，讓之後在札幌洞爺湖函館的網紅行程黯然失色。 鑒於沒有太多中文評論，如果有感興趣的朋友看到了我就把一些注意事項寫在這裏吧： 交通：營地位置比較偏，我們的方案是從帶廣機場打車去的，最好給司機師傅看看營地的郵編，很順利的導航到達。離開時可以讓前台幫忙叫車。當然，如果有租車自己開去就萬事大吉了。 飲食：攜程上有含早飯/兩餐的套餐，為了防止沒有其他飯吃我們選了早晚飯。早飯在餐廳裏吃，很有特色！晚飯兩天都是BBQ，食物吃着挺不錯的，就是大冬天在外面烤一個小時火還是冷的人夠嗆。建議如果自駕的話可以自己多準備些食物帶去，有廚房可以做飯，當然前台也有冰凍的披薩可以買（自產的冰淇淋相當不錯） 總的來説如果是自駕應該會更方便些（不過我們在雪地上拖十分鐘行李也沒問題）。如果是冬天去儘量白天到放心些（4點就日落了）。可以Google酒店的官網找更多的訊息（有其他的餐食套餐方案）。 剩下的就享受這裏的安寧與美麗吧！我們選擇的是最新的itou小屋，裏面有很多釣魚相關的裝飾和書籍，還可以做魚餌（雖然不會）。來這裏就像小屋的主題一樣，做兩天的wilderness philosopher

Walking distance to all the attractions. Accessible by bus right from Hakodate station. Stayed in the annex building but had enough amenities for guests. Free self-laundry. Simple and tasty, nutritious breakfast. Would go back there again.

This time I traveled with my family, and the hotel was quite nice with very friendly staff. Due to my child's allergies, we couldn't experience the hot springs, which was quite a shame. When checking out, we encountered heavy snow in Eastern Hokkaido, and the bus service was suspended. We're very grateful to the Vietnamese girl at the front desk - she helped us check the bus situation and assisted in booking a taxi to Lake Akan. We didn't miss our subsequent itinerary thanks to her help, and we're really thankful.

予約した部屋のタイプ（タイプＣ）と現地ホテルで用意されていた部屋（タイプＡ）に相違があった（タイプＣの方がＡより広い）。ホテルスタッフに聞いたところ、仲介の楽天トラベルからはタイプＡで予約が入っており、ホテルスタッフが楽天トラベルに確認したところ、この値段はタイプＡしかあり得ないく、タイプＣで販売していたTrip.comがおかしい（悪い）とのこと。まず、ホテル予約で仲介業者がいることが驚きで、それなら仲介業者から予約します（Trip.comから予約しません）。現地ホテルのサービスに不満は無いので３点にしましたが、Trip.comのサービスはマイナス100点です。

Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono’s architecture, environment, interior design, and lighting design were all truly wonderful. We were consistently impressed by the excellence of service, which made our visit even more memorable. The food and beverage service was warm and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The front desk and transportation team were outstanding in assisting us with our trip activities and transport arrangements. Additionally, the housekeeping department did a fantastic job in keeping our room clean and tidy. It is evident that the hardware and software (the staff) at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono are perfectly matched. We are so glad we chose to stay at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono We look forward to returning in the future!

To jest pokój, który sprawia, że dzieci są szczęśliwe! Kiedy wchodzę do sali, jest tam urocze nowoczesne ozdoby i czuwa się bezpiecznie w środku nocy. Nie byliśmy tam, ale na dachu wyglądało, że są ukryte miejsca i barbecue! Nie mogę się położyć, bo czuję, że łyżka pachnie jak kurczak. Więc myślę, że to dobry pomysł, żeby podróżować z babcią, ale proszę uważać, że nie ma tu gorących źródeł!
