My boyfriend and I just had the most special stay here. From the moment we arrived, the wonderful team looked after us and helped with everything and anything we could want. We’d wanted to eat dinner upon arrival, and so they provided some of the nicest Chinese food I’ve had to date! My recommendation is the fried eggs and leek. We were obsessed! 🤤 The room and the amenities were really high quality, and I especially enjoyed the incredible view from our bedroom. Daily, we were given snacks and fruits. The food was so good that we ordered again on our second night. Truly, the food was 10/10!! For the room, everything was clean, modern and worked well. All the staff were excellent, too. Yang Yang was especially wonderful (picture of us together!) and made sure we had the best time. She helped with organising our trip, including travel. She is a warm, kind person who made all the difference to our trip. She also introduced us to 土豆 the cat—he was just as delightful! As a foreigner in China, sometimes it can be tricky to navigate how best to travel certain areas. This hotel and the wonderful people here made us feel at home. Thanks so much for this memorable trip, Yang Yang —and also to all the lovely people there! You MUST stay here for the best hotel outside Enshi Grand Canyon!! 💚

自駕到湖北旅遊，在攜程上發現了這家酒店，地理位置在市中心，停車非常方便，酒店辦理入住很快捷，前台的幾位小姑娘服務熱情，特別是小何姑娘工作態度專注 專業 熱情，服務素養及服務意識極高，得知我們是第一次到湖北旅遊，非常貼心幫我們規劃了行程的景點和線路，樓層的服務人員服務周到。願貴酒店生意興隆，願小何姑娘前程似錦。

I really like this hotel, one of the best if not the best in Shiyan, the staff is really kind and helpful all rhe time, the gym and pool are really good, the food is delicious, have all kind of food in the breakfast and in buffet.

Shangrila in Wuhan is already a bit old, but the overall service is fine and they have a big gym and a nice swimming pool. What bothered me at my stay is, that I bought a 2-day promotion, where not was written that the breakfast is excluded. I had to add four breakfasts for the comfortable stay. Then the difference of the promotion vs current room rate was marginal.

Hotel located opposite the dock and next to Wanda Plaza which saved us the trouble to get a taxi to move around. We took the cruise from Chongqing, needed to stay 1 night and returned to Chongqing by high speed rail the next day. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Got us a 9 seater vehicle to send us to the railway station. The river view bedroom is spacious. Hotel common area has been renovated, lift lobby marble was polished and corridors with new carpets. Bedroom curtains and armchairs are dark brown velvet which i think are old design, replace it with lighter shade of beige will makes it look more modern. The bathroom floor needs polishing & grouting.

Location is at T2 and If you landed in T3 have to walk 10mins to T2 then cross over the road. Their service was very good, room is very clean and breakfast was great too... Will stay here again if coming to Wuhan again

坐世紀遊輪宜昌下船想着會比較累，所以決定在這裏住兩晚休整一下。 因為遊輪是在三峽遊客中心解散，所以我就研究周邊比較近的酒店。當時有三家進入我選擇範圍內的，都是可以看到江景的。一家感覺像高端民宿，最近的是皇冠假日，但是有點舊了！旁邊有個新開的温德姆至尊酒店。我雖然愛住酒店但是温德姆衹聽説過從來沒住過，也不太熟！查了下才得知這家温德姆是温德姆集團最高端的酒店，説是定位超五星的奢華酒店。所以在閨蜜更心儀威斯汀一直給我安利威斯汀的情況下我還是堅持訂了這個酒店，一方面是酒店照片裏江景套房的這個大弧度落地窗實在有點吸睛，另一方面想體驗下一個從未嘗試過的酒店品牌（好幾個文裏都介紹這家是宜昌最新最豪華的酒店）。 這個酒店在三峽遊客中心斜對面，步行7、8分鐘，旁邊就是萬達廣場。 酒店大堂34樓，設計得挺漂亮也蠻大氣的。 從35-46是客房，每層衹有兩個江景套房，分別是11和19，我拍的是爸媽住的11房型，朝西南，缺點有夕照有點熱！我住的19是朝東南，缺點是江景不如11壯闊，因為江中有一小塊灘塗。 房間果真很大，動線設計很流暢，佈局也很合理！客廳的沙發又大又舒服，大弧度的落地窗觀長江眺遠山果真視野特別棒！ 房間設施非常新。兩個洗手間；自動馬桶；衣帽間裏有個化粧台；保險箱居然也有兩個；有三處可以掛衣服的橫桿，客廳和卧室還有兩個掛衣服的衣架子！洗護用品巴爾曼，現在用這個的酒店貌似不多了，很多五星都用國產的了。這裏比較特別的是雖然也是大罐裝的，但是在浴缸邊會配一套可攜帶裝的，考慮很周到！洗漱用品初常規的還提供耳塞、面膜甚至還有卸粧巾！這個國內酒店我第一次看到！ 還有浴巾，大概是住過酒店裡的最大的了，幾乎能把我除頭部全包住了！ 歡迎水果、點心很有誠意！ 迷你吧除一般都會有的無糖和一般可樂、雪碧、啤酒外還有voss的水、巴黎水和果汁、薯片，甚至還有費列羅的巧克力，全部免費！關鍵喝完還補！ 膠囊咖啡、速溶咖啡都有，茶包兩個品牌一個川寧一個是英國的，另外還有兩包當地產的茶：宜昌毛尖和宜昌紅茶。感覺酒店蠻熱情也蠻大氣的，想把更豐富的東西帶給客人！ 健身房泳池沒去看，不知道到底咋樣。 行政廊在45層，中午12點-晚上8點提供小食，這裏的行政廊有點特別，現在很多其他酒店除了happy hour下午茶什麼的很敷衍，這裏下午茶倒是正正經經幾款蛋糕、好幾款餅乾、馬卡龍提供（而且都是酒店自製的，味道很不錯，大部分都不甜）。而且全時段都有6、7種水果提供（其他一些諸如希爾頓凱悦啥啥酒店有三種就算不錯了）。 但是哦，happy hour實在搗糨糊，居然衹提供四種冷肉，熱檔衹有兩個菜：炸雞翅和蔬菜炒雜肉腸，另外一個可頌做的三明治，就沒了！！！而且最奇怪的是我們住的兩晚東西一模一樣！一個菜都不帶變的！！！這真的不行啊，應該要改啊！ 早餐是很不錯的，比常規五星好，甚至可以説比某些奢華酒店都要好！鮮榨果汁、地方特色，麪檔提供肥腸、牛肉、熱乾麪等等！有個檔專門製作現做的粥品，放點魚片、蝦仁、皮蛋、肉絲……做出來的粥真的好好吃！ 中餐廳看介紹是廣式茶點那種，不是在地美食所以我們沒吃！ 服務也非常地棒，特別行政酒廊有個跟我三姑名字很像的姑娘劉彩熱情主動周到，也很細緻！自從我閨蜜手機落在酒廊忘拿，之後每次離開她都會提醒下！我很少給酒店點評打那麼高的分，也就因為行政廊的happy hour供應有點拉垮扣0.5分。哦，還有客房外牆玻璃應該多擦擦，有點臟，影響視野！ 酒店很多方面也比較人性化，除了客房裡給足水外，每層樓的電梯區域都有放很多水供自行取用！酒店有近50層，所以每層電梯等候區還設計有供等候時坐的沙發，很有心了！ 這次入住體驗下來總體非常滿意，跟十年前來宜昌的感受完全大相徑庭！可以説這個酒店用一己之力扭轉了我之前對宜昌不那麼美好的印象！哈哈，愛上一個城可以是一個酒店！推薦來宜昌的可以來住一下！

酒店的房間還挺大的，房間的衞生打掃得也很乾凈。酒店還配備的有洗衣房，健身房，性價比挺高的。前台的鑫鑫和小高很熱情地幫忙退房，有機會還過來入住總的來説還不錯，各方面都還是令人滿意的

The room is very nice, modern and well furnished. The breakfast is not as good as one could have expected. You can find similar hotels in China with way better breakfasts. The buffet had a decent size, but the food's quality was not high. I am also very disappointed by the hotel's gym which was only open until 6 pm due to the lack of staff (as reported by the hotel's reception) which is way too early when you perform a business trip and that you go back at the hotel after 8 pm.

Nice and clean hotel. The best part is that no payment is required to book the hotel. Will stay here again if I ever come to jingzhou.
