Hotele z: Pools w Hubei, China

My boyfriend and I just had the most special stay here. From the moment we arrived, the wonderful team looked after us and helped with everything and anything we could want. We’d wanted to eat dinner upon arrival, and so they provided some of the nicest Chinese food I’ve had to date! My recommendation is the fried eggs and leek. We were obsessed! 🤤 The room and the amenities were really high quality, and I especially enjoyed the incredible view from our bedroom. Daily, we were given snacks and fruits. The food was so good that we ordered again on our second night. Truly, the food was 10/10!! For the room, everything was clean, modern and worked well. All the staff were excellent, too. Yang Yang was especially wonderful (picture of us together!) and made sure we had the best time. She helped with organising our trip, including travel. She is a warm, kind person who made all the difference to our trip. She also introduced us to 土豆 the cat—he was just as delightful! As a foreigner in China, sometimes it can be tricky to navigate how best to travel certain areas. This hotel and the wonderful people here made us feel at home. Thanks so much for this memorable trip, Yang Yang —and also to all the lovely people there! You MUST stay here for the best hotel outside Enshi Grand Canyon!! 💚

The suits are spacious, clean, very well equipped, and with a great view. We enjoyed the stay very much! English communication was possible via Wechat and they were very helpful, especially when we forgot something and then were so kind to send it to our next hotel. All in all, would recommend staying there!

Location is at T2 and If you landed in T3 have to walk 10mins to T2 then cross over the road. Their service was very good, room is very clean and breakfast was great too... Will stay here again if coming to Wuhan again

The room is very nice, modern and well furnished. The breakfast is not as good as one could have expected. You can find similar hotels in China with way better breakfasts. The buffet had a decent size, but the food's quality was not high. I am also very disappointed by the hotel's gym which was only open until 6 pm due to the lack of staff (as reported by the hotel's reception) which is way too early when you perform a business trip and that you go back at the hotel after 8 pm.

Shangrila in Wuhan is already a bit old, but the overall service is fine and they have a big gym and a nice swimming pool. What bothered me at my stay is, that I bought a 2-day promotion, where not was written that the breakfast is excluded. I had to add four breakfasts for the comfortable stay. Then the difference of the promotion vs current room rate was marginal.

Service: Extended stays do not include fruit by default! Even though the booking page clearly stated that fruit was included when rebooking! Items that should have been provided in the room (tote bag, tissues, tea) were not replenished! The room was not cleaned properly! Extended stays already save the trouble of changing sheets and blankets, so to skimp on cleanliness and item replenishment is clearly a matter of attitude! Service has flaws, and management is lacking! The first night's stay was generally very good. Judging from the overall environment, the owner aims to create a high-end brand. The facilities and equipment are fine, but the lack of adequate service is the key factor hindering development! Extended stays have problems with various details! It's clearly a case of starting strong but ending weak! The essence of service in the hotel industry is standardization! Once service is compromised, the investment in facilities and environment is dragged down! This is an objective evaluation!

The overall aspects are very balanced and the living is very smooth. The dining is simple and exquisite, the taste is reliable, and the daily dining is completely enough. The front desk and staff are very enthusiastic and the problem is solved in a timely manner. The room hygiene is quite good, living quietly and relaxing, and the quality of sleep has improved. Nice and clean hotel. The best part is that no payment is required to book the hotel. Will stay here again if I ever come to jingzhou.

I would like to take this time to especially thank Stella Liu who went out of her way to assist us as much as possible! Not only did she help us get a taxi on the evening of Dec. 31, but helped us with the taxi drivers who tried to overcharge us because we were foreigners. Despite being busy, she did all she could for us and we greatly appreciate her attention and kindness towards us. It is people like Stella Liu who make us return to the same hotel over and over again! Thank you very much, Stella Liu!!!
