Room is clean. Location is super strategic, walking distance to the customs. Staff is also very helpful - we ordered a lot of Taobao packages and they helped to search for them and even helped to call the deliveryman when our parcels couldn't be found. That itself is above and beyond their responsibilities. Thank you!

Choosing Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel was the best decision. Every service staff we encountered greeted us with smiles ans patience. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The dolphin-themed décor delighted our child, making it an ideal choice for families travelling with kids. The room felt warm and cosy, with well-maintained facilities. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked very well, and there were thoughtful touches such as children’s toiletries and slippers, showing great attention to detail. The hotel is located within the Chimelong Resort, very close to both the airport and the high-speed rail station. Luggage storage was extremely convenient — easy to drop off and collect at any time, which made travelling stress-free. We had the buffet dinner and OMG I could be eat there 3 days in a row and wouldnt get through all the options. Huge variety of both Chinese and Western cuisine. The butler service was proactive and attentive, sending daily updates on park activities and responding quickly to any questions or needs, resolving issues efficiently. Overall, an amazing experience! both the facilities and service were top-notch. We’re already planning our next trip back!

The location is excellent — right across from the Gongbei Port and just a short walk to Macau’s border, which makes it super convenient for travelers going between Zhuhai and Macau. The area is lively, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and malls nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice city or sea view depending on the side you stay on. The bed was cozy, and all amenities were well provided. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy during my stay. The hotel staff were polite, professional, and helpful, especially at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The breakfast buffet offered a good mix of Chinese and Western options, and the food quality was better than expected. Overall, Charming Holiday Hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and good value. It’s an ideal choice for anyone visiting Zhuhai, especially if you plan to visit Macau too. 🌟 Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers! 🌟

I am very satisfied with my stay in Zhuhai this time. The hotel is close to the Lovers' Road, and it is very comfortable to take a walk and enjoy the sea view at night. The room is simple and clean, the hygiene is very good, there is no smell, the facilities are complete and easy to use. The front desk staff, Micky, is friendly and can solve problems in a timely manner and can speak English wel. The surrounding restaurants are conveniently located, affordable, and have a high cost-to-benefit ratio.

We had an amazing stay over Valentine’s Day. The hotel was beautiful and the sea view was absolutely stunning. The service was very good throughout our visit, and the receptionist was especially friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Overall, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway.

Stayed 5 days at Sheraton Shantou. The breakfast had good variety and the rooms were clean with a nice ambience. Overall, the stay was comfortable. However, service standards need improvement for a 5-star hotel. Firstly, management may want to place greater emphasis on a ”customer first” mindset among staff. On several occasions, staff did not greet guests in the lobby or in the lift. At times, staff would exit the lift before guests without holding the door. While these may seem like small gestures, they significantly impact the overall guests experience, especially at a hotel of this standard. Secondly, the WiFi connection for international mobile phones was very poor. The connection was unstable and slow, which was inconvenient.

Wonderful stay in Delong M Hotel for the Dragon boat festival. Attention to the detail was great the room was very spacious and clean and the beach very close, able to swim made it a very pleasant weekend. The kids love it. And all the hotel staff was very kind.

I found a new hotel for a business trip, and I just booked the cheapest room. I didn’t expect the front desk to upgrade the sea view room for free. It’s so beautiful. The view in the morning is absolutely amazing. My colleagues said that the hotel I booked this time is not bad. I plan to bring my family next time. This room is on the 27th floor. You can see the coastline. Although there is a building in front of it, it does not affect the sea view. The stay is relatively late, and there is a takeaway to go upstairs. It is convenient. The room is clean and the facilities are complete. If you don’t have mineral water, you can ask again, because you have to go to work. So I came back late and checked out, and the front desk directly helped me delay it to 2 o'clock, which was great.

Phenomenal experience. I would describe this hotel as grand, brand new, with amazing views and warm hospitality that goes the extra mile. I have stayed in 3 different hotels so far in Zhuhai and I think this is the best so far. The hotel manager Bonnie was super nice to us, should definitely speak to her on your visit. Will definitely return.

Very nice location facing the harbor and near to Ermalu food stree, anc take a pleasant road along the seaside boulevard. Spacious and comfortable room win a nice view. Breakfast very good. Stayed 2 nights: a very pleasant stay.
