I am very pleased with my visit to Hailiang Plaza Hotel (Zhongshan Road Metro Station). Good location in the center. Nice, helpful staff. Good daily services and cleaning. The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the metro station, shops, and local attractions. This made it very simple to explore the area and enjoy everything the city has to offer. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and ready to help with any request, which created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The daily cleaning service was reliable and thorough, keeping the room fresh and pleasant throughout my stay. Overall, the combination of excellent location, professional service, and friendly hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. I would gladly recommend Hailiang Plaza Hotel to other travelers and would be happy to return here again. Thank you very much for your hospitality and wonderful experience!

What a fantastic breakfast! We were stuffed, and the owner even packed up lots of food and vegetables for us to take home, worried we wouldn't have anything to eat on the road! So kind! The rye bread was so soft, and it was absolutely amazing with the homemade blueberry jam! (I ate three bowls of jam, haha!) The milk was freshly squeezed that morning, with lots of creamy skin. The sausages and pork liver were homemade, so delicious I ate two plates! There were also various kinds of pancakes, including potato rolls—we couldn't eat anymore, so we packed everything up!

A truly bizarre hotel in an even weirder place. Do come if you enjoy a Chinese fever dream of what Russian culture involves, oodles of kitsch and matryoshkas enlivened the odd static shock from the carpet, stay away if the combination of those things does not appeal. Overall a must-stay for any visitor to Manzhouli

房間挺好的 很乾凈也挺大的 也不吵 我比較認床 之前住其他酒店會睡不着 在這第一晚就睡著了 外面都是由機器人送上來 樓道里也不會很吵 洗手間乾濕分離的 最喜歡的就是有個睡眠模式躺床上所有燈都關了 前台小姐姐態度也挺好的

房間除了床及床上用品不滿意，其他都很好。床太軟，床品不是純棉，很不舒服。被子太厚，床頭開關夜間發出的光非常影響睡眠。房間很新，面積夠大，停車方便。固原天盛成段長城很值得觀賞，城中老趙棒骨非常美味。

第一個我們住了有點兒戀戀不捨的酒店，非常非常非常之仔細和乾淨，能感覺出來他們真的有很認真的做酒店服務這件事情，一進門就能感覺到整個環境和氛圍非常舒服，提前準備了歡迎水果＋小零食＋包包＋月餅＋冰箱貼，提供24小時粥道的用餐，有專人送到房間，所有洗漱用品，一次性的很全，非一次性的都做了塑封處理，能看出來非常乾淨，早餐豐富＋好吃，有種吃不夠的感覺，有當地特色的奶茶，羊肉湯，低温牛肉，用餐過程中小姐姐又送了很多月餅（中秋節當天），酒店自己做的，很漂亮，也很好吃，還提供自助的當地奶製品小零食，總之屬於意外之喜，非常滿意

GGuest UserBusiness Trip: Fantastic location, within walking distance to the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing exceeded my expectations. The front desk service was efficient and welcoming, and the executive lounge offered a wide variety of breakfast options. Overall, it's excellent value for money. My top choice for business travel, I'll definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserWhen visiting Manzhouli, you absolutely have to stay at the Matryoshka. The newly opened Building A didn't have any king-size rooms, which was a bit confusing, so I booked Building B instead. While the facilities are a bit older and less modern than Building A, it's still quite good overall. The hotel's amenities, such as restaurants, cafes, recreational facilities, and supermarkets, could be improved. The public areas are filled with small shops selling Russian products, making it feel a bit less like a hotel and more like a tourist attraction. Overall, I recommend it; it still has its own unique charm.

AAnonymous UserI rarely leave reviews, but this time I absolutely have to complain! While the room was spacious and the hot water was decent, the attention to detail was severely lacking, and there were serious safety hazards. The room floors and stairs were incredibly slippery with no anti-slip design whatsoever. The shower drain was extremely slow, causing water to overflow and spill everywhere. As a result, I accidentally slipped on the stairs, leaving my tailbone in excruciating pain and unable to move, which completely ruined the rest of my trip! Furthermore, the Wi-Fi was constantly cutting out, the bedding wasn't clean, and some hangers were broken. Basic amenities like tissues were not provided, indicating a general lack of care that doesn't match the hotel's supposed standards. Most appallingly, the service response was utterly inadequate; the hotel showed absolutely no reaction or concern after a guest (myself) fell down their stairs!

The front desk helped me check for available rooms and checked me in, allowing me to get a good rest so I could enjoy my afternoon outings. The environment was great, and the room was quite clean. The room was well-soundproofed and had good light blocking, making it a quiet place to rest. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

GGuest User1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. So it may be that I didn't encounter the kind of front desk who actively upgraded the room as mentioned in the comments. 2. Not only was there water in the kettle, but the bottom of the kettle was also very dirty, see Figure 4, which is not even as good as ordinary hotels. 3. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things. 4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room. In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing.

GGuest UserThis is a grand five-star hotel, very large in scale. The breakfast spread was quite generous, but it was incredibly crowded, likely due to the May Day holiday. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel's security and service staff were also very attentive and helpful. Our room was in the second building, and I'm not sure if there's a restaurant downstairs, but the hallway, and even our room, had a strong hotpot smell. Even after a day, our clothes still carried the odor. I hope they can address this issue in the future.
