帕米爾高原的體驗遠超預期，包括2段3晚在塔縣雪山皇冠的住宿。幸運的被升級直麪金沙灘和雪山的房間，盡享日出日落。高原酒店該有的一件不少，意外居然還有面膜。自助洗衣房設備之多是我多年旅行之最，多日南疆土裡奔波這太重要了。大美新疆，原來旅行條件這麼棒了

Very nice hotel and new and clean. Excellent parking area right in front of the hotel. Rooms were big and clean and great staff too especially the cleaning staff who were kind and friendly and immediately catered to every need. Would definitely stay here again if passing by. Highly recommend

這是這次最貴的一間。物有所值。 1.位置獨佔優勢。在唐布拉孟克特服務區內。左手是餐廳，右手是加油站。加油站簡直大加分。出了酒店右手就是孟克特古道入口，往蜜蜂小鎮方向開車10分鐘馬路兩邊就是兩排吃飯的地方，個人覺得比蜜蜂小鎮好吃，還近。 2.服務熱情。車剛停在酒店門口，管家小姑娘就迎出來了。行李箱全程幫忙，免費升級房間，很快就辦了入住。有問必答，不管是有關景區的問題，還是住宿的問題，開發票問題。並且告知出門停車場不收費，出去玩之前告訴我提前告訴她何時幫忙開地暖。晚上睡下了還會問需不需要換厚被子，早上還幫忙把早飯打包送到房間。服務的十分周到。 3.軟硬件靠譜。房間寬敞，乾濕分離，燈光設計合理，床墊軟硬度適中，枕頭有乳膠枕，表揚。早飯部分，相當貼心，早上我着急趕路，帶到車上，走到服務區和孩子一起吃，打開一看真的被感動到了。一份小米粥，一份豆漿，兩個韭菜盒子，三個肉包子，一份小菜，一份紅薯玉米，連白糖都裝了一紙杯。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. They even provided a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long journey. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

🏔️喀什庫爾幹般藍酒店｜雪山腳下，服務超好 海拔3600米，窗外就是雪山，每天送可樂送面膜，服務好到想續住。但地暖熱到睡不着，還不能開窗怕氧氣跑走😅 📍位置：雪山腳下，風景絕了 酒店在塔什庫爾幹，就在雪山腳下。早上拉開窗簾，山就在眼前，很壯觀。 運氣好的話，早上能看到日照金山——金色陽光打在雪山頂上，值了。 酒店在一個集中園區裏，裏面有好幾家酒店。“般藍”這個名字有好幾個——般藍酒店、般藍會所……我們剛來的時候，找了半天才找到辦理入住的大廳。第一次來容易懵。 🛏️房間：地暖熱到懷疑人生 先説好的：房間乾淨，裝修還行，窗外就是雪山，景觀沒得説。 再説不好的（重點！）： · 房間有地暖，而且非常悶 · 沒法開冷氣，房間裏壓根沒空調製冷這個選項 · 不能開窗——怕氧氣跑了（海拔3600米，房間有彌散式供氧） · 結果就是：又熱又悶，晚上睡覺翻來覆去，熱出一身汗 想關地暖也關不了，衹能硬扛，關鍵是睡衣沒有帶短袖。 💨供氧：淡季晚上8點才開始 酒店提供彌散式供氧，但淡季（我們去的時候是3月）是晚上8點才開始，不是全天。 據説是淡季才這樣，旺季可能會全天開。 海拔3600米，比塔縣縣城還高。白天沒供氧的時候，走路放慢點，別劇烈活動。 🤵服務：這是我要誇的 雖然房間悶熱，但服務真的沒話説。 入住期間每天送： · 每人一聽可樂🥤 · 每人一片補水面膜💧（高原太乾了，這個很實用） · 一份果盤🍎 我們是2人入住，每天給兩份。退房的時候，還每人送了一份小禮物。 整體服務：前台熱情，有問題響應快。第一天住下來體驗很好，我們又續住了一晚（本來衹打算住一天的）。 🍜周邊吃飯：不用擔心 園區周邊餐館很多，抓飯、拌麪、烤包子、氂牛肉火鍋都有。步行幾分鐘就到，不用發愁吃飯問題。 ⚠️關於紅其拉甫：我們沒去成 我們選這家酒店，原本是想當中轉站，第三天去紅其拉甫口岸。 結果第三天塔縣突發大雪，路封了，我們緊急撤離塔縣。 不是酒店的問題，是天氣不可控。想去紅其拉甫的，建議多留一兩天緩沖時間。 ✅優點 1. 風景絕了——就在雪山腳下，早上可能有日照金山🏔️ 2. 服務超好——每天送可樂、面膜、果盤，退房送禮物 3. 周邊吃飯方便——餐館多，不用愁 4. 服務態度好——住了想續住 ❌槽點（重點看） 1. 冬季地暖太熱，悶到懷疑人生——沒法開冷氣，不能開窗（怕氧氣跑了），晚上熱得睡不着，翻來覆去一身汗 2. 供氧不是全天——淡季晚上8點才開始，白天高反的人得自己扛 💡入住小貼士 1. 高反的人注意——海拔3600米，淡季晚上8點才供氧，白天悠着點 2. 怕熱的人慎重——地暖很熱，沒法開冷氣，不能開窗，真的很悶 3. 晚上睡覺穿薄點——別指望蓋厚被子，會熱瘋 4. 去紅其拉甫留緩沖時間——天氣説變就變，別卡太緊 5. 早上早點起——運氣好能看到日照金山 6. 面膜用起來——高原幹，酒店送的面膜別浪費💧 ✅總評 般藍的服務和風景，我給滿分。每天送可樂、面膜、果盤，退房還送禮物——這種細節讓人記住。 第一天住下來太滿意，直接續了兩晚。雖然第三天因為大雪沒去成紅其拉甫，但這酒店沒選錯。衹是下次來，我可能會帶個小風扇或者冬季也要帶短袖。 😅

Greatly appreciate the airport pickup even when we arrived at 0100 hour. Hotel staff Alan is so friendly and helpful. He suggested to us a few great shopping places like 香妃 where the locals do their shopping. Emily is so kind to allow us to have late check out. Have a wonderful and pleasant stay in this hotel.

The hotel is new and the facilities are very good. Super close to the Hemu transfer center, only about 100m. The room is so spacious, the lighting is ok and the service is super. Attitude of the hotel’s staff was very pleasant. We went there in early June and the weather was perfect!

This is a newly opened hotel with a great surrounding environment. Right outside the main entrance is an artificial lake, offering a wide, open view perfect for a leisurely stroll or a morning jog. The hotel's interior decor is also very nice, with complete facilities, including a well-equipped gym that guests can use in the evenings. The front desk staff are all attractive and provide excellent service. The guest rooms are spacious and very clean, and the breakfast offers a rich variety of options, including many kinds of beverages. I even captured a beautiful sunset on the day I checked in. All in all, it lives up to its five-star quality and is definitely worth staying at.

We are a family of four currently living in the GCC. The hotel was perfect for our needs. Our youngest really loved the tent and plushies. The downstairs restaurant is very convenient and I really enjoyed the healthy free breakfast with consistent staples and a variety of freah ingredients. It was so colorful! The people who work there are extremely friendly and willing to talk to you help even when there is a language barrier. Top-notch service! There is a kind of mostly concrete park - good for skating or biking - outside as well and many convenience stores to choose from. The street vendor nearby sells lovely grilled kebabs and nan bread.

A charming and stylish manor. I absolutely loved the red earth aesthetic. They have a grape trellis that's perfect for photos – it's such a beautiful spot for afternoon tea. This season is the best time to visit Turpan, it's not too hot yet. The hotel rooms are very clean, the bathrobes are comfortable, and the quality of the toiletries is excellent. It's rare to find latex pillows, so I slept really soundly. The breakfast spread was very generous. It's a really great hotel in Turpan.
