Definitely recommended when having an early flight or late arrival.
Staff is nice and friendly; hotel and area look modern and glass-y, rooms are spacious, clean and lovely, especially the interior design.
They offer a kettle and a bit of tea and coffee.
Depending on when you arrive/book, you may choose between a room with a shower or a bath tub.
Spa area is also available, included for guests staying overnight is sauna and pool. (Massages available at extra cost.)
Towels and bathrobe are available at the site, they also provide drinking water which is very kind.
We would come back here anytime when having an early flight. A great way to start (or even end) a trip.
Great hotel, very close to Autobahn 3. Rooms are excellent and spacious. The bedding is fantastic, guaranteeing a great sleep and recovery from your travels. For late arrivals after 10 PM, they provide a locker code via phone to collect your room card. Shops and a gas station are nearby. I recommend it.
Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój rodzinny i dostaliśmy dwa pokoje jako rodzina z dwójką dzieci.
Czystość w jednym pokoju pozostawiała wiele do życzenia.
Landschaft Top, sehr angenehme Ruhe. Perfekte Anfahrt vor das Hotel. Optisch genau richtig für Menschen die ein Hotel in der Natur mit Ansprüchen suchen. Terrasse, was will man mehr. Check in angenehm, Essen sehr gut. Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Frühstück top und reichhaltig. Lecker!
Top Parkhaus. Cool, an alles gedacht. Genießen sie es
Wir fahren wieder hin. Vor allem die Lage schöne
Bad experience in double charging and then they agreed for their mistake once their Manager was called. Lost atleadt 30 minutes and got delayed for a the meeting
AC not working in the 1st room provided and then had to change room late night
We didn't know that this hotel is a Michelin star hotel until we got checked in. So we had tried all their amenities and services such as their gym and their restaurant and bar.
Their restaurant has excelkebt food but food choices is limited. Their bar is beautifully design but lack of hotel guests because many of us have to wake up early to see the castles and hiking.
Overall it was a very nice hotel, just find the soze of our typical room is too small and price of the room is pricey.
Fantastyczny

The hotel is modern, dreamy and exceptionally clean. I am extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness and Kempinski, as always, did not disappoint at all. Everything felt immaculate and very well maintained. The service at the front desk and concierge was impeccable, very professional, warm and genuinely friendly. Room service and overall service throughout the hotel were excellent as well. The hotel is very couple- and family-friendly, and one thing I truly appreciated was how quiet and uncrowded it felt. Even though the hotel was fully booked during our stay, we barely ran into other guests. The layout and structure of the hotel are very well thought out, creating a calm, spa-like atmosphere where nothing ever feels busy or overwhelming. The spa was solid and offered all the basic, well-functioning amenities one would expect. I’ve stayed at spa hotels with more impressive facilities, but this one still delivers a good overall experience. The sauna area is well done, with different sauna variations available. The outside pool-area could be heated a tad more. Unfortunately, all massages and facials were fully booked and we were unable to get any appointments upon arrival, which was quite disappointing. The location is beautiful, but Berchtesgaden itself doesn’t offer much to do. If you want to eat outside the hotel, you’ll need to drive about 10 minutes downhill to the village/town where you’ll find good local restaurants. Food in the hotel was nothing special and significantly overpriced - although that is somewhat expected at a luxury hotel. The Johann Grill restaurant in the evening was especially disappointing: not tasty and far too expensive for the quality offered! Concierge parking costs €10 for outdoor downhill parking or €20 for the parking garage. The €10 option is more than sufficient as they still bring your car to you. The €20 garage option feels unnecessary. Breakfast itself was good, with a solid selection and quality. However, the service at breakfast was disappointing. We sat for around 20 minutes trying to make eye contact and the staff did not acknowledge us at all. After reaching out to the manager twice, she did try her best to improve the situation, which we appreciated. Overall, a very good spa hotel for couples and families, peaceful and well-designed, but with limited activities in the surrounding area. Three nights are more than sufficient. Despite a few service and food-related shortcomings, the hotel remains a relaxing and elegant place to stay.
Let's start with the spa - an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. From the moment I stepped into the tranquil haven of the Vier Jahreszeiten Spa, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity and well-being. The spa facilities are impeccable, featuring a range of treatments and therapies that cater to every guest's needs. The expert therapists displayed a deep understanding of their craft, ensuring a customized and revitalizing experience. After indulging in one of their signature massages, I felt completely refreshed and invigorated. The spa's attention to detail and commitment to providing a sanctuary of calmness was truly impressive. As for the location, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski is a true gem in the heart of Munich. Situated on the prestigious Maximilianstrasse, it offers an ideal home base for exploring the vibrant city. From the hotel, you can easily reach Munich's iconic attractions, designer boutiques, and renowned dining establishments. The convenience of being able to stroll through the historic city center or simply step outside to admire the beauty of Maximilianstrasse made my stay even more enjoyable. It's a testament to the hotel's commitment to offering guests the best of Munich right at their doorstep. The overall experience at Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski was nothing short of exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and attention to detail throughout the property were all factors that contributed to a memorable stay. The blend of classic elegance and modern amenities created an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere, which I found to be both comfortable and inspiring. In conclusion, Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich is a top-tier hotel that truly understands the art of hospitality. The remarkable spa and the unbeatable location in the heart of Munich set it apart as a destination that caters to travelers seeking a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the best of Munich in a luxurious and welcoming setting.
Stepping inside was truly amazing; the environment is exceptionally nice, the best in the area, and the price is incredibly reasonable. Perfect for a relaxing vacation and enjoying a slower pace of life. It's a lakeside resort with a huge hotel grounds.
A lovely hotel offering full amenities and a wonderful breakfast. The atmosphere is welcoming, the facilities are well-maintained, and the breakfast selection is exceptional—perfect for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Stayed at Le Meridien Munich 2 years ago, and we had a very good experience and sweet memory while staying there. And in this holiday we came back to Munich, bring our whole family to explore more about Munich, and decided back to this hotel, because of the previous experience. And again we all are very satisfied. All the staffs were again very very friendly, the room was very clean, the breakfast super, and the location right in front of the train station. Thank you for making our journey more enjoyable
The hotel looks new and modern, and being part of the Marriott Group, we had high expectations. Upon arrival, it felt more like a city hotel than a resort—small, with nothing particularly impressive in the daytime. Nighttime lighting is nice. The location is okay but not lakefront. Reception is fine, the bar opens only at 5pm, and the sauna is excellent, especially the Finnish sauna with a relaxing essential oil scent, though it closes early at 8pm. The indoor pool is small, but the spa area is relaxing. Room 124 was a corner room with a lobby parking view. Everything was modern, very clean, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Room size is moderate but has all basics, including bathrobes, slippers, towels, and good toiletries. Breakfast is very good for Germany, with hot dishes, a la carte options, champagne, and honeycomb. Staff are attentive and welcoming. Parking at £19 is expensive; including it in the room rate would improve value. Overall, hospitality is good with early check-in allowed, but the hotel feels more like a 4-star city hotel than a 5-star mountain resort.
The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. We stayed this time with a group of >30 people. All arrangements have been taken care well; including meeting room. We plan to come back again next year. Thank you! 👍👍👍 Mohammed, Sebastian, Lena … Vielen Dank! 😊
