3-Star hotele w: Hainan, China

The owners were very helpful , picked me up from Airport although they were not obliged to do so. There were good, cheap price street food choices 500m from hotel . I stayed here twice during two week visit, and they also provide 6:00am airport shuttle free of charge .

Neely renovated. Modern and functional. Big screen tv. Good location short walk to Qilou old street. Good breakfast. Highly recommend

It was nice stay for 1 night transit in Haikou. Their staff especially when check in was very attentive and helpful. We ask for socket adapter, she sent it to our room. 100/100 for their staff kindness. Also the provide free airport transfer, so it was convenience for us. Thank you.

Very friendly staffs !!! Located right in the middle of Qilou Old Street. Room is spacious and comfortable. Down point - You will need to walk in as cars are unable to reach ( can be tough if you have alot of luggages). No Elevators but staffs will help you carry your luggages to your room (I was staying on the 4th floor so some ******* riders arent willing to deliver it to the doorstep). The front doors closes at 12am but they provide you with the pin to enter, so if you oder ******* after 12am you will need to go down and collect your food.

在老街，開車進出非常不方便，門口衹能臨時停車，打車的師傅不願意進來，我們轉酒店還和司機師傅吵了一架，司機師傅説讓我們把行李拉到衚衕口上車。另外酒店房間特別小，開空調冷，不開空調憋的厲害，開窗進蟲子，窗户沒有紗窗，小飛蟲咬的我3點半多了才睡着，被子也不舒服，一點棉沒有粘身不舒服，總是出汗，沒辦法衹能轉酒店。特別要感謝前台的小妹妹：態度好，幫我升級房子，幫我們拿行李非常感謝。

The hotel facilities and room looks very new and clean. Ms Liang was very helpful whenever we see her. From check-in to check-out, we were well attended and taken care of. There’s free use of washing machine and dryer. Breakfast lady was very friendly and accommodating with our orders of noodle soup and fried eggs. Opposite the hotel is a very nice restaurant selling goose meat.

Great apartment for a group level! Walking distance from the beach, great view and lots of shops/restaurants right outside. The host was very friendly and helpful and responds to messages quickly

My stay at the Ritz-Carlton (Sanya Dynasty Scenic Area – Haikou Duty-Free City) from 27–31 December 2025 was thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel delivers a refined, elegant atmosphere that feels calm and well-managed from arrival to departure. The room was spacious and very comfortable, particularly the zero-pressure bedding and memory pillows, which made a noticeable difference in sleep quality. The room design felt modern yet understated, and the mini refrigerator and in-room amenities were practical and well thought out. Service was consistently courteous and professional. Staff were attentive without being intrusive, and requests were handled efficiently. The overall environment felt quiet, clean, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a full day out. The location near the duty-free area is convenient, especially for shopping and short stays in Haikou. While it may not be a beachfront resort experience, it excels as a comfortable, elegant city hotel with strong service standards. Overall, a solid Ritz-Carlton experience that prioritizes comfort, quality rest, and polished service. I would happily stay again.

Holiday Inn Express @ Sanya is a value-for-money hotel accommodation for those who are prudent in managing vacation expenses. Although the building may not be posh-looking, the hotel rooms are basically clean and the customer service staff, including housekeepers, are friendly and helpful. The hotel even has a robot to run errands for hotel guests and I am impressed. Well done, Holiday Inn Express @ Sanya.
