„We booked room 270. The window was large and open, offering a stunning sea view. Although the staff didn’t speak English, we communicated easily using a translation app — it wasn’t a problem at all. Everything was clean, and the room had smart features. There were convenient light and curtain controls right next to the bed, which made our stay even more comfortable.
If you're planning a trip to the sea, this hotel has a truly luxurious view and a perfect location. It was both cozy and elegant. We're definitely ready to stay here again. Thank you!”

Special thanks to Snow Wang, as I have problem getting the ticket to Nan Hu Light Festival. She helped me to booked the ticket and I have a great time enjoying the light Festival and the drone performance.

„酒店位於東經路上安二路，是以前的北戴河電子療養院。位置還是不錯的，距離石塘路和劉莊都不遠。房間應該是新裝修的，比較乾淨。床單被罩也比較乾淨。前台那個男服務員還是不錯的，因為我們到了，上一個客人沒有退房，我們等了大概一小時多，小哥還送了我們一天早餐券。
需要吐槽的是浴室噴頭太垃圾了，不知道是不是堵了，水流稀稀拉拉的。
我住的房間裏有半桶礦泉水，上面還插了一個壓水器，最開始以為是酒店給配的，，一看是半桶水，沒敢動，後來問前台服務員，才知道，酒店不提供飲用水。水桶不知道是哪位客人留下來的。
另外，酒店基本沒有客房服務，住了幾天，需要牙具衞生紙，需要自己找前台要，我住的最後一天，早上不到8點，服務員拿房卡把門打開了，要收拾房間，以為我們退房了。”

No.1, the air conditioner all around the room was not cooling well all the time. It’s hard to fall asleep with no sweats at the middle of night.
No.2, the projector has a bad function in use. It’s totally hard to get connected with your phone or any other smart devices, which means you just have to watch limited programs, not free to choose whatever you want.
No.3, the toilet was not crashing well. Be a little concerned about doing a poopoo.

Location is within 7-10 minute walk from the main Shijiazhuang Railway station! Also can be accessed (about 5 min away) from Xisanjiao metro station.
Both rooms were clean and spacious. However, the traffic in Shijiazhuang can be quite loud, and though we were on the highest (11th) floor, we could still hear the honks etc from where we were. It was less noisy by the time I went to bed, so that was fine.
Still, an enjoyable stay and will definitely consider all other Ji Hotels when I am in China.”

„We came to dive with friends. The hotel is conveniently located; just take the elevator to the second floor to reach the dive shop. The room key is quite unique.
The hotel is new, though there's still a slight smell of paint. The rooms are spacious with balconies, and the bedding is comfortable. The layout is smooth. Currently, there's no dedicated breakfast restaurant.
The location is a bit out of the way, more like a development zone. It's very close to the old town; you can drive there for about 10 minutes to get to many restaurants.”

__ZFB886588****An older hotel, but the facilities are still complete and the room was pretty clean. You can't expect too much from an old hotel. It's best to take a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the station; don't just jump into a shared ride, you might get ripped off. It's just outside the city wall, and I personally think staying here is more comfortable than inside the wall. Among the performances, only the iron flower show is worth seeing, but you absolutely need to get there early to secure a good spot, otherwise, you won't be able to watch. The commercial streets are all pretty much the same!

AAnonymous UserThis is my second stay at this beachfront hotel, and the experience is still absolutely fantastic! 👍 It's so close to the coast, you feel like you can almost reach out and touch the waves 🌊.
In the morning, I love watching the sunrise from bed, as the morning sun slowly rises over the sea, filling the room with a soft, incredibly healing light ✨.
Stepping out of the hotel, it's just a one-minute walk to the beach. You can set up tents for free there ⛺, and I really enjoy the feeling of diving into the sea and embracing the waves – it's a wonderful way to clear your mind. (Oh, and the hotel provides free swimming rings 😉).
Finally, I really want to mention that the owner is still as warm and attentive as ever. Both at check-in and check-out, they thoughtfully offer homegrown fruits 🍉. These small, warm gestures are hidden in every little detail 💛.
Here, you can shake off the weariness of the world and let the sea breeze soothe your mind and soul~ ❤️

GGuest UserThe room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally bright. The breakfast spread was generous and absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even had a robot deliver breakfast vouchers and disposable cups to our room promptly. Even the housekeeping staff were attentive, proactively asking if we needed our room serviced. Complimentary parking was a huge plus. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Vienna Hotel will definitely be my top choice for future stays.

AAishuijuedehulimomoThe environment is beautiful, a true feast for the eyes and a perfect place to relax. It's wonderful for some alone time. There's a pool on the third floor where you can swim while enjoying the lush green mountains and trees, as well as the stars in the sky. Outside the courtyard, you can barbecue and fish. Downstairs, there's a mahjong room and a cozy reading nook. I stayed for two days and didn't encounter any mosquitoes. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a wet/dry separation. Looking out the window at the vibrant green trees instantly lifted my mood. You can even see the sky through the roof! There's a bar area where you can enjoy afternoon tea. The noodles made by the owner were delicious, and the afternoon tea was great too. The cleaning lady was very friendly; she even offered to take me on her e-bike to explore the nearby scenic spots if I visit again. When I checked in, it was raining, and the owner drove me to the station. My first impression of Chengde was fantastic, and I'm already looking forward to my next relaxing trip here.

PpingguopingThe hotel boasts a beautiful environment and fresh air, and both the facilities and cleanliness are impeccable. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. Overall, the service was satisfactory. However, I have to complain about a front desk staff member who answered the phone between 7 and 10 PM on the 31st. The first time I reported the washing machine wasn't working, she actually told me it was leaking and advised me not to use it. I ended up fixing and using it myself. The second time I called about the shower water not getting hot, her response was even more ridiculous: she told me to just keep running the water until it got hot. I wasted nearly half an hour, and the water never got warm. In the end, a housekeeping staff member came and simply inserted the gas card, which solved the problem. What's worse is her terrible attitude; she was argumentative and refused to admit her incompetence in handling issues, acting as if she knew everything. She definitely deserves a bad review! On another note, the hotel is very close to Jinshanling Great Wall, which is absolutely worth a visit!

GGuest UserThe room was pretty good and offered good value for money. The bedding and overall cleanliness were excellent. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. When I checked in, I handed over my ID, and didn't notice until the next day that they had put it in a protective sleeve – that was a pleasant surprise! The room also came with a complimentary fruit platter (just a tiny suggestion, it might be good to check the fruit carefully as I found a small snail on it 🐌). Breakfast was quite varied and delicious.
Airport/Station Transfer: They offer a pick-up/drop-off service to the high-speed rail station, which is very convenient as it's only a few minutes away.

What needs to be complained is still the breakfast. Although it is included, there is nothing left when I went there at 8 o'clock.
