3-Star hotele w: Hubei, China

The stay at Starry Garden is feeling very homely. We appreciated their effect to greet us each time we come back and the facilities at the hotel is amazing. We are surprise with their butler service especially the laundry service really is convenient for us. Overall we highly recommend for staying at this hotel. .

As reliable as always, the Hanting airport hotel was easy to find and provided a no-nonsense experience at the end of a long journey from overseas. The staff can communicate in English; depending on who is there, you might just have to add their account on Weixin to chat. (They confirmed with me, for example, that the front desk was open 24 hours.)

The location is near two metro stations that take to all the main attractions. Plus, it's a walkable distance to 江汉路. The neighborhood was smelly, but I guess it can't be helped. The room was mostly clean, though there could be improvements for the bathroom. Unfortunately, the soundproofing isn't the best, and more sensitive people could really be bothered by all the noise that comes from outside.

Pierwszy zarezerwowany pokój NIE miał okna, co jest tańsze niż normalny pokój, ściana była poplamiona i miała zapach ścieków, ale ze względu na cenę hotelu nie mogę narzekać. W pokoju jest popielniczka, ale poprosiłem o pokój dla niepalących. Hotel oferuje bezpłatną usługę prania na parterze. Lokalizacja nie była zła, w odległości spaceru od ulicy Guanggu, w pobliżu obszaru Włoch i Hiszpanii. Jest lokalny targ i duży supermarket około 8 minut spacerem, można poprosić personel o pomoc.

自駕到湖北旅遊，在攜程上發現了這家酒店，地理位置在市中心，停車非常方便，酒店辦理入住很快捷，前台的幾位小姑娘服務熱情，特別是小何姑娘工作態度專注 專業 熱情，服務素養及服務意識極高，得知我們是第一次到湖北旅遊，非常貼心幫我們規劃了行程的景點和線路，樓層的服務人員服務周到。願貴酒店生意興隆，願小何姑娘前程似錦。

Booked a night with Starway Hotel as I arrived on a late flight. The location is really great, just a short walk (＜ 10mins) from Wuhan Tianhe International Airport T3 Arrival Hall! It is also very near the metro which is so convenient. The receptionist is very friendly and she processed our registration fast with no fuss! The room is very huge compared to a typical hotel! Clean and comfortable! Had a very restful sleep We had breakfast buffet which have a good variety of Chinese food. On top of the buffet, there’s a noodle station where you can order beef noodles, zhajiangmian (see pic) etc. There is even a laundry room with washing machines! Highly recommend Starway Hotel!

I recently stayed at the Ausotel Smart (Shiyan Railway Station) for one night, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers using the railway station. It’s situated right next to the station, making it easy to access transportation and nearby amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful and while it may not have any standout features, it provides good value for money and meets the basic needs of its guests. I would recommend it for short stays or for those needing easy access to the railway station.

這次入住臣際酒店真的超出預期，整體環境乾淨整潔，裝修簡約大氣，一進門就感覺很舒服。房間空間寬敞，床品柔軟舒適，枕頭高度也剛剛好，晚上睡得特別安穩。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品齊全，熱水出水快。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住速度快，工作人員態度都很温和，有問題都能及時解決。地理位置也很方便，周邊出行便利，性價比超高，下次來還會選擇這裏

The hotel price and location were unbelievably good. It is right beside the temple and very close to the subway, shops, and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was varied and delicious. I only wished they would have had coffee. Luckily for me, there was a Starbucks and a Macdonalds very near by.

房間衞生設施環境都還可以，性價比挺好。但是，服務水平實在有待提高。 首先，房間裏衹有兩瓶水，兩個人不夠喝。第二次打電話才送來。我説多拿幾瓶，但是衹給兩瓶。我明確説拿四瓶，依然還是給兩瓶。反正不嫌麻煩，我就多打電話。第二天早上，我跟服務員説，今天麻煩在我房間放四到六瓶水。其中一個服務員以為我走了，用很不屑的語氣重複説，還四到六瓶水。另一個發現我還站在樓道，趕緊説沒問題。 第二，我想電腦連WIFI，電話前台要問名稱和密碼。她居然反問我牆上貼着有，怎麼自己不看。我説沒有，她説那就在門口的託盤下。我看了還是沒有，又打給她問。有這時間第一次直接告訴我多好！（房間我拍照了，你們可以自己看哪有密碼！）我很少在攜程寫這麼多留言，此次就是感慨頗多。我的家鄉，希望酒店服務業的水平能夠更上一層樓！
