New Hotel.Friebdly staff.breakfast was ok.I do not recommend if you dont have a car.Clean and spacious room but sometimes a bad smell in the room i dont now from where maybe from the toilet sink?? Bit far from Bilbao city center but there is a train station 3 min walk if you are a commando!!!

Exceptional Stay at Holiday Inn Bilbao! Our stay at Holiday Inn Bilbao from March 18-19 was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service exceeded our expectations. The hotel provided seamless airport pick-up and drop-off, making our travel stress-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. We were particularly impressed with the peaceful and welcoming environment, perfect for relaxation. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional customer service team—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Buena atención, amabilidad del personal, esta fácil de llegar, con servicios de restauración cercanos. Por poner un pero no había en el baño algún elemento de jabón o similar salvo el jabón con dosificador. Espaciosa la habitación. Confortable. Acceso a la wifi y uso de ordenadores en la sala central, buen detalle. De hecho ya estuve alojado hace un tiempo. Me gusta mucho la zona, para andar , hacer monte.....

Centrally located hotel with a good quality bed and bathroom, our room also had a balcony and daily housekeeping.  Reception staff were friendly and we had the option for free tea and coffee 24/7 at the machine.  Cannot comment on breakfast as we did not opt for it.

Ночевал в данном отеле 2 ночи. Номер чистый и уютный. В душе полотенце, мыло, фен. Чистый и ухоженный. Вообще я остался доволен.

Ottima struttura di charme, finemente ristrutturata a nuovo con materiali di pregio. A due passi dal centro storico, dal mercato della Ribera e dalla metro. Accoglienza ottima da parte della reception con possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio se si arriva prima del ceck-in. Viene consegnata la mappa della city con relativa spiegazione ed informazione salienti sui posti più importanti da visitare.

Staff were really friendly and accommodating. A bit further out from city centre than initially anticipated and not in the nicest part of the city but fairly accessible from the local metro station.

這是一家公寓式酒店，坐落在英國公司旁邊，有地鐵去火車站和汽車站，非常方便。樓下和附近很多餐館。英國公司6層有大型超市可以購買各種食物。這家酒店沒有前台，但是有24小時在線前台。唯一不足的地方是預訂後，沒有收到任何郵件通知怎樣check in。所以我們去酒店門口，按門鈴接通酒店在線服務，給我們發了郵件，給了進門密碼。然後需要在線check in, 可以用郵件的連結或者有check in機器。check in 需要拍預訂者的證件和自拍一張。然後需要填寫所有入住者的證件訊息。check in 後會收到房間號和密碼。進房間後，有welcome gift, 裏面有水等小食。非常貼心。可以下載酒店的app, 就可以用手機開鎖，非常方便。強烈推薦！

La verdad que elevado el precio para las prestaciones que tiene. Se trata de un edificio en el casco antiguo de Bilbao, reformado para el turismo. Habitaciones muy pequeñas sin aire acondicionado y sin ascensor. El ascensor no es tan importante porque las habitaciones están en la Segunda y tercera planta pero el aire acondicionado si que lo echamos de menos. Hace bastante calor en verano y solo un ventilador, puede que la estancia no sea tan agradable. Por otro lado, el estar en pleno centro, como la habitación no sea interior, el ruido de los bares al medio día y la noche es tremendo. La chica de recepción muy amable, la segunda noche al quejarnos del ruido, nos cambió la habitación por una interior que mejoró bastante el tema del precio. Aún así, el precio lo veo desproporcionado

Es un alojamiento muy práctico para hacer turismo. A pesar de no estar en el centro la comunicación es muy buena.  y  es más económico. Disponer de cocina, super mercado y cafetería/restaurante cerca es muy cómodo.
