„Conventient location; 10 minute walk to nearest bus station, and about 30 minutes max travel time to anywhere we wanted to go! Room was clean and compact; but the double bed is quite squeezy if you're fitting two people inside. Buffet breakfast is 1300¥ if you inquire the day before you intend to eat. It is 1500¥ if you buy it on the day itself. Accidentally booked a smoking room; but the staff were kind enough to change it for us once they had a room.”

„A Perfect Business Hotel! The rooms are new, clean, and compact but very functional. The bathroom was spotless and shiny. Personally, I really liked the library café in the lobby — a cozy space available to hotel guests even before check-in and after check-out. It offers free drinks, Wi-Fi, and power outlets. Breakfast had a limited selection, but everything was delicious.”

„I like the design of the hotel building because we can enter from any side of the parking lot. Upon check in, the sign on the rooms were blinking and helped us to locate the rooms easily. Inside the room, you can find almost anything you need to comfort you during the stay.”

„I originally planned to stay at a different hotel, but it was fully booked, so I quickly searched for alternatives and found this one. At the time of booking, there were no reviews on Trip.com, and I was a bit hesitant, but I decided on it because it was very close to the free airport shuttle pick-up point for Koreans. Contrary to my worries about the lack of reviews, the staff were always friendly and immediately fulfilled my requests. Given the typical size of Japanese hotel rooms, it wasn't very spacious, but it was sufficient for two people, and there was enough room to open two 26-inch suitcases. I booked a non-smoking room, and they assigned me a very clean room. When I opened the curtains, I could see the Iyotetsu train passing by. Even though trains passed by, it wasn't noisy at all. The soundproofing was good, so I didn't lose any sleep due to noise. During my 5-night, 6-day stay, I mostly encountered male staff members, and they always greeted me without fail when I came and went, which made me feel they were very friendly. On the day of check-out, I was waiting to store my luggage, and a female staff member approached me first, asked what I needed, and immediately helped me store my bags.”

„This hotel is very conveniently located. It's within walking distance of the ropeway to Matsuyama Castle and very close to trams going in both directions around the city center. My wife and I would definitely stay here again; it's less congested than the Dogo Onsen area. The staff are all very kind. The bed was very comfortable.”

„初めての松山・道後温泉で地理的にも初めてでしたので夜到着して行こうとしたら場所がわからないしサーチしても 道後温泉とは全く別の地域を表示するので到着時大きな障害となりました。　初めての場所で道後温泉にはいるのが 目的で近場を選んだつもりが到着に全く別の場所が表示された時にはかなりパニックになりましたが、どうごやに電話で 連絡をしたら大変に親切に対応してもらい、パニックも落ち着き無事にいけましたし大変にお世話になりました。 このどうごやは趣のある隠し宿で、立地もよく道後温泉から歩いて５分くらいの場所にあり便利な立地にあります。 家族ずれ（特に小さい子供連れ）は絶対ご推奨しません。　 松山にまた行く時は、　どうごやに宿泊します（次回は迷子にならずに行けます）その時はよろしくお願いします。 宿のご主人にお世話になったのに、夜到着で早朝出発したのでお礼を申しあがれなくて、申し訳ありませんでした。”
