Exceptional Onsen Experience and Delicious Breakfast My recent stay at this hotel in Japan was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to every detail with genuine hospitality. The highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the exquisite onsen bath house. Nestled amidst serene surroundings, the onsen offered the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The facilities were immaculately clean, the water temperature was just right, and the tranquil atmosphere allowed me to truly unwind after a day of exploring. Each morning began with their amazing breakfast spread, featuring a wonderful selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were outstanding, and the presentation was as beautiful as the flavours were delicious. From freshly brewed coffee to traditional miso soup, every meal was a delightful start to the day. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, making my experience truly memorable. I wholeheartedly give this hotel a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan. Whether you’re seeking a relaxing getaway, a cultural experience, or just a fantastic place to stay, this hotel exceeds expectations in every way.

Tiny room with an old and very small Queensize (??) bed. Everything seems to be really old, so does the dust in the corners of the room or of the ventilation in the bathroom. Service was okay... we could convince them to leave our bicycles outside the hotel entrance (no way to leave them at the ”luggage storage” inside the lobby). Drinks like coffee, hot chocolate, tea and soft drinks are for free. Microwave free. Also they have a bath house but no sauna for the girls - unfortunately. Best option in town.

Very tiny city and the hotel is just comfortable as its name. Right next to the jr station and offers 800yen for one night car park.

Beautiful ryokan, excellent service, exceptional food. Nice and relaxing onsen both indoor and outdoor. Ryokan also provides shuttle service to the station.

역 근처라 교통편 이용이 편하고, 숙소도 깨끗합니다. 직원들도 친절하고, 조식 서비스도 만족했습니다. 모든 면에서 만족했네요

Hot springs are nice and relaxing. The inner decor in lobby is really special. Although it’s a rather old hotel but the condition is overall well-maintained.

Good hotel warm comfortable bed.But no water inside the room provided.Room small but I could manage.Very Centrally located only 1 min from the train station Disadvantage only 1 elevator but waiting time was reasonable. Breakfast was good but to small to host all the customers. Onsen included and pajamas and slippers provided.

Old but good. Business hotel, convenient ! Nice smell! But curtain is so bright not completely dark, should offer eve cover mask.

중저가형 비즈니스 호텔의 대표 주자인 APA호텔은 가기만 하면 늘 중간은 하는 거 같네요 같은 부류의 리브맥스 체인점과 비교한다면 리브맥스는 신식건물을 주로 사용하죠 APA는 아니구요 근데 서비스 측면에서는 APA가 낫습니다 어매니티가 더 다양하고, 얼음과 얼음컵 제공도 해주구요 방음도 상대적으로 잘 잡혀있네요 다만 구식건물이라 온수 냉수가 분리되어 있어 번거로움이 있네요

The hotel is located right across from JR Saga Station. The staff provides excellent service. The room is spacious enough to accommodate two large suitcases, and the bed is comfortable. Amenities are provided in the room. Breakfast is served in a buffet style. While the selection may not be very diverse, it meets standard expectations.
