The staff were really friendly and helpful, assisting with trips and anything else I needed. The breakfast was excellent, and the room had good air conditioning, hot water, and an elevator—which is great if you have a lot of luggage. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable hotel

Красивый отель в старинном стиле. На шестом этаже ресторан с обзорной площадкой красивый вид открываются на город, завтраки -шведский стол, вечером по крайней мере Сейчас у них happy hour - дают один коктейль бесплатно и так можно посидеть. Недалеко королевский дворец, рядом несколько улочек с магазинами и кафешками. Персонал очень предупредительный, приветливый - постоянно спрашивают всё ли хорошо улыбаются, кланяются, на входе стоит человек двери открывает закрывает. В номере каждый день ходят убираются, полотенца меняют, кофе с водой приносят. Неплохое место.

Отель хороший. Чистое белье ,в номере чисто ,есть все необходимое. Чайник,фен,холодильник. Прекрасно расположен. Обслуживание супер,вежливые и добрые персонал. Завтраки не очень на наш вкус ,но поесть можно.

ホテルのスタッフが丁寧、親切で快適に過ごすことができました。 マンダレーからバカンに移動する手段で、ホテルのフロントスタッフに相談したところ、ドライバーの手配をしてくれました。(OK エクスプレスのバスは、現在、観光客は乗せてくれないそう。) そのドライバーが、本当に良い方で、往復ともに時間に正確で丁寧かつ安全に送り届けてもらいました。 手配頂いたホテルスタッフにも感謝です。

I stayed at Holidays Pier Hotel for 2 days during my business trip on November 2025 . The room was beautifully and clean. The location was perfect with city view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. However, the air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

LLylyLeilaWe came here because we had a positive experience a few days ago. For staying here second time the staff was not that kind like before. We had an early morning bus and didn't manage to book the hotel from the night before, because the bus was supposed to arrive in the mirning. Instead we arrived in the middle of the night. We only booked from mext day afternoon. We arrived to Aurora and asked to book a room from the night so basically 12 hours before our official check in. We said we would pay 1 night extra. The night staff guy just didn't want to work and said there are no available rooms! It was not true. We slept in the hotel lobby, at least he didn't kick us out. Never again!

KKurzaWe loved everything about this resort. The room was spacious, very friendly and helpful reception staff. They were able to arrange a taxi for us for both days to do some sightseeing and transfer to Mandalay. The buffet breakfast was very good and they have a big selection of food for lunch and dinner. The pool and garden is lovely, ideal for the beautiful sunset in the evening overlooking the river.

MMinqianqianI chose Bagan as my first stop for a 5-day trip. After staying there for two nights, I wanted a change of scenery, so I switched to a hotel in Mandalay that a friend recommended as good. However, after just one night, I immediately regretted it and returned to Bagan King. The service there is excellent, and because of its unique location, I didn't want to go around looking for food. The rooftop restaurant is fantastic – I think it's the best and cleanest restaurant I've eaten at in Mandalay. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. The only minor drawback is that the rooftop restaurant doesn't have air conditioning. I suggest they could add some portable air coolers. I rarely leave reviews!

GGuest UserI didn't expect the Samsung hotel rooms to be equipped with bathtubs, and the pool and gym environment was also very good. The room is very spacious and the service is very detailed. The hotel is said to have opened last year. The facilities are newer than other hotels in Mandalay. It feels that it has reached the 4-star standard and will choose next time.
