When I paid it in TRIP it was supposed to be all inclusive even the taxes Thera what I read in my payment, however when I arrived they asked me to pay taxes again because I am Peruvian and I got into Peru . But I already paid taxes. My complaint is basically go both TRIP and IBIS.

The facilities in the room are very limited! Only one socket point at the corner of the room to charge our electronics. Lamp stand is too small with a tiny coffee table where I can literally place nothing else on it. Not much storage space!

Отель очень понравился! В номере очень чисто, было прохладно и мне в течении нескольких минут принесли обогреватель! Постель очень мягкая и комфортная, удалось хорошо отдохнуть и выспаться! На рецепшине молодой человек отнёсся с большим пониманием и терпением на моё незнание языка, общались через переводчика в телефоне . При выезде вызвал мне такси! Питание завтраки, не соответствовали моим предпочтениям, но претензий у меня нет. Рекомендую этот отель!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson RED in Miraflores, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked into the vibrant, modern lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. The design is sleek and stylish, with plenty of creative touches that make it stand out. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze and offering great recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and high-speed Wi-Fi. The location is also fantastic—just a short walk from the beautiful Miraflores parks and oceanfront, and surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. The hotel’s restaurant and bar area had a lively atmosphere, with delicious food and drinks on offer. Overall, I had an amazing stay at Radisson RED Miraflores. The hotel is located right in the city centre of Miraflores. Opposite it is a supermarket. Oir room was spacious. The included breakfast was hearty. Two light bulbs were burnt but the hotel fixed them quickly once we told them. There's also a common kitchen where guests can prepare simple food. Otherwise you can always have meals in the hotel restaurant or cafe.

Greatly appreciate that they let me check in early. Greatly appreciate that they helped me with my luggage. Hotel had filtered water so I saved on buying bottled water. Hotel had excellent wi-fi. Excellent A/C. Plenty of power outlets Elevator was quick. Breakfast is acceptable. Excellent lighting in the room. Nice hot shower. Quiet area. 10 minute walk to Airport Express bus. 15 minute walk to Malecon or Kennedy park. The area feels safe. Oxxo about a 4 minute walk. Safe in the room.

GGuest UserOne of the best Ibis hotels in our S. American trip. It was clean, and everything worked as they should be. We were assigned a room with street view and we liked it. The room was what we expected of Ibis standard. The Wong Supermarket was about 250m from the hotel, otherwise you could have meals in the hotel restaurant, which we did, and was pleased with the food.

The hotel is incredible, the room was superb, extra comfy. The breakfast amazing and the personnel was super kind and always ready to help and gave us a delicious welcome drink and a cake for my husband birthday. The area is accesible to all the nice neighbourhood of Miraflores. Arriving to the airport was a bit of a challenge, as the city is collapsed with traffic, leave with lots of hours in advance. Thanks for such a lovely stay in Lima!

GGuest UserThe housekeeping mad mostly a very good job, the cleaning in my room was good. Shower was also quite good. They had also a massage chair in the lobby, which I really enjoyed. But sometimes they put to much cleanser (chemicals)on that device, so that my shirt and my neck smelled after using, very strong like chemicals. That was bad. Breakfast was tasty.
