Dear Zuri Hotel Team, I would like to share my wonderful experience during my stay at Zuri Hotel on December 8, 2025. The location was excellent (5/5), making it very convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and added great value to our stay. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Zuri Hotel to others. Staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations. Room was tiny but as a solo traveler, I made it work. Location was good, just a short walk to a major street with lots of transport options to the airport or downtown. Best of all, I was allowed to check in early.

Miło jest zatrzymać się w Eurotelu. To jest 1-2 minuty spacerem od plaży, w odległości spaceru od centrum handlowego D'mall i restauracji. Łatwy dojazd główną drogą. Jeśli masz ograniczony budżet i przebywasz głównie na zewnątrz, jest to miejsce godne polecenia. Obsługa jest dobra, a ludzie są mili. Personel od zameldowania do wyjazdu był bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. Są bardzo uprzejmi i witają cię dobrym drinkiem (bardzo orzeźwiającym). Jest dosłownie tuż przy białej plaży, blisko barów i restauracji. W hotelu znajduje się także bar i restauracja… bardzo przystępne ceny. Pokoje są trochę stare, nic nadzwyczajnego, ale ten hotel jest tani, więc nie ma żadnych skarg.

The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making check ins and daily service smooth and hassle free. Rome are clean and well kept, with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. 5 star! and also so the Food so good!

Zbyt głośno, żeby spać. Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój dwuosobowy typu deluxe na 5 nocy między końcem listopada a początkiem grudnia, aby spędzić relaksujący pobyt blisko plaży. Hotel położony jest przy ruchliwej ulicy, a hałas uliczny był wyraźnie słyszalny w naszym pokoju od wczesnego rana do późnej nocy. Nasz pokój znajdował się na najwyższym piętrze, naprzeciwko ulicy. Pierwszej nocy w barze po drugiej stronie ulicy do 2 w nocy grała głośna muzyka taneczna. Dzięki muzyce i hałasowi ulicznemu udało mi się przespać około 4 godzin. Personel był bardzo życzliwy i obiecał, że porozmawia z barem, po czym o 23:45 głośna, dudniąca muzyka została wyciszona. Po trzeciej nocy, po krótkim śnie, wymeldowaliśmy się i przenieśliśmy do innego hotelu, położonego dalej na północ, przy Station 1. Kiedy poinformowaliśmy personel hotelu, że wymeldowujemy się wcześniej z powodu hałasu, zaproponowano nam przeniesienie do innego pokoju, z czego zrezygnowaliśmy. Nie otrzymaliśmy zwrotu pieniędzy od hotelu za 2 noce, których nie spędziliśmy.

I just want to comment about the other stuff, The hair dryer is not working, electric kettle too, the plug is not suitable so I can’t use it to boil the water. They don’t provide the proper adapter. That’s all I can say..

The location was good as its easy access to transportation & restaurants. The hotel kind a look run down. It needs a major update compare to the hotel next door where you have to go to for checking in. The room we had the door smart lock card was not working so we have to move to another room due to lock issue.

The room is good  We like the amenities and good location love the restaurant beside “cafe latte “ the food is good and affordable
