„Stayed at this hotel with my family, we had one room for four people. Overall, it was good, especially the location. It's convenient for both going into the city and getting directly onto the road to Rize. They have their own parking, although it was full, but there are places nearby (houses) where you can park your car. The only downside is that there's carpet everywhere, and it seemed like it hadn't been thoroughly vacuumed. In general, it felt a bit untidy, and the bathroom also. But despite that, the hotel is decent, and I'd recommend it!”

However, be aware of a few things: • You can hear anyone passing by in front of the room — sound insulation is poor. • There is no elevator, so be prepared if you have heavy luggage. • On Trip.com, the standard room was advertised as having a balcony with river view, but in reality, it was a side room with a balcony facing the neighboring hotel, offering no actual view. The hotel staff clarified that only the larger apartment-style rooms have a river view. • I contacted Trip.com for clarification, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a clear response.”

„I stayed at Hotel Marin in Trabzon and would like to share my honest experience. The hotel has an excellent location and offers a very beautiful view, which was the highlight of our stay. However, there were some issues that made the experience less comfortable. During our stay, our room was never cleaned, and the bathroom hygiene was not properly maintained. The breakfast was very basic, with limited variety. Another point is that the room size was much smaller than advertised – it was around 14–15 m², while the hotel description mentioned 33 m². Overall, while the location and the view were great, the service quality, cleanliness, and accuracy of the room description need significant improvement.”

„The size of the room equipment. The girl on the respiratory was very responsive and competent to help us organize a chic trip to Sumelo Monastery. Good breakfast. What didn't like: The uncomfortable location of the hotel, repair work was carried out on the road so the taxi was looking for a very long time bypass. I loved the roof top terrace and the rooms were nice and big, and the breakfast was yum. My only issue was the location, all the restaurants near by are very overpriced and touristy, so you do need to be prepared to walk a bit out of the area for a cheaper meal. First we took a three-day room on our feet. And the reception was very good, and there were great young Syrians, great servants, and collaborators once, brother Mohammed and brother Amin and Cheif, very good Anan. And all of it, take two. They were very treated by Coase, the rooms were clean, and their location was sweet, about two minutes away, walking to the lake, we asked them to have a dummy and a brush, and along the way they went to us. The hotel is very conveniently located: opposite the bus station, where we arrived in the evening from Erzurum, so all we had to do was cross the street. When we passed by this hotel at the beginning of our trip, we saw heavy traffic and were worried about the noise in the rooms, but they put us on the 4th floor, and it was quiet there, and I sleep with earplugs. On departure day, we walked about 40 minutes to the airport. The city center is about 40 minutes' walk away, uphill in some places. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes' walk away. The room is spacious and brand new, and we were very pleased with it. There's a kettle with tea and coffee, and water. The room wasn't cleaned for three days, but I think they would have cleaned it if they had asked. Breakfast starts at 7:30, and here's where the hotel's downside became apparent: since the hotel is opposite the bus station, where many buses from Batumi arrive, Georgian groups of people are present at breakfast. They behave very noisily, even shouting and singing, and it's extremely disruptive. However, they've disappeared on weekdays; apparently, if they do come, it's on weekends. On our last day, we arrived for breakfast on time, but found no food or staff. We were about to leave when a kitchen worker, who had overslept, came running, apologizing and promising that everything would be right away. Thankfully, we had time to wait for her. The reception was very friendly.

The place is lakeside and the mosque, and it's a second view of the bedroom like that, and close to the services. The apartment has all the equipment from washing machines and microwave refrigerator and potassium, and also daily cooking and hygiene tools. And also, the treatment is high-end and quick to respond. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality. The ground-floor suite was very suitable for our mother, who uses a wheelchair. It had two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. The suite was exceptionally clean and had heating for colder weather. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a washing machine and a stove. Anas, who works at the reception, was extremely helpful and cooperative. The location of the apartment was also ideal. It is not down by the lake, so it is away from the noise, but it is not too high up the hill or difficult to reach. It is conveniently located in between. You can easily walk downhill, and on the way back, you can either walk or take a local shuttle. There is also a private parking space for each apartment. We truly enjoyed our three-night stay and had no complaints at all.

We stayed in a suite at the hotel. The view was magnificent. I couldn't take my eyes off the beauty of the Black Sea. We had our evening coffee and breakfast on the terrace balcony. The toilet and bathroom smelled wonderful; it was clean and spacious, comparable to a 5-star hotel. The room was huge. The reception staff, especially the Palestinian child, were so kind, tolerant, and helpful. I highly recommend it. It's very close to the center, a 4-minute drive. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't offer any food or breakfast, but there's a supermarket across the street and restaurants nearby. It's on a busy street with affordable places to eat. We ate pizza for two, bought breakfast items from the supermarket at a good price, and there's a kebab shop right around the corner. We only stayed one night but were very satisfied. I highly recommend it.

I stayed at Hotel Marin in Trabzon and would like to share my honest experience. The hotel has an excellent location and offers a very beautiful view, which was the highlight of our stay. However, there were some issues that made the experience less comfortable. During our stay, our room was never cleaned, and the bathroom hygiene was not properly maintained. The breakfast was very basic, with limited variety. Another point is that the room size was much smaller than advertised – it was around 14–15 m², while the hotel description mentioned 33 m². Overall, while the location and the view were great, the service quality, cleanliness, and accuracy of the room description need significant improvement.
