„All is fine as hotel is clean n tidy. The pick up was good from airport . I was given ground level so no issue with luggage to carry up as there was no lifts at all. Nearby has shop to buy breakfast.”

„Big thanks to Sister Qiu for always responding to our inquiries and to the boss, Hongbo, for the warm hospitality and care. We had a very comfortable and fun four-day, three-night stay (Dec 27-30) in Snow Valley. The warm beds, hot meals, and enjoying all the entertainment activities in Snow Valley and Snow Village gave our group of four an extraordinary winter experience. At Xiongling in Snow Valley, we tried snowmobiling, snow tubing, skiing, and snow drifting (super thrilling!). **Friendly reminder**: Please wear sunglasses, a mask, and a snow hat. This will help prevent the cold snow from hitting your face when you're snow drifting. The snow hitting your face is incredibly, unbelievably cold! For the Yangcaoshan itinerary, I recommend buying tickets for the horse-drawn sled and taking the snowmobile all the way up the mountain. Hiking would be a very long and time-consuming distance. For the second half, we opted to hike down to Snow Village, and the snow scenery along the way was absolutely spectacular, perfect for photos. You can also buy a small sled to enjoy some exciting mini snow runs on the way down. **The only drawback**: The shower head in the bathroom had low water pressure, so it took a bit longer to shower.”

„The hostel its good and clean ... the reception its very friendly and she also speak English... they give free hotel water and normal water .. it was in strategic location.. The only negative its just elevator doesn't work so you need to climb to the 3rd floor and its so tiring 😭 .. Overall very recommended 👌 They also will help for ur luggage to carry on”

„Stay at this lounge while we having early flight in the morning. Bed was just nice for 2 person. Front desk staff was friendly.check in and check out was very smooth and efficient. You can order coffee and drinks in the lounge. They also provide washer and dryer. Amenities was sufficient for short stay.”
