Well, it's still on renovation. So when you enter it, you only see a site on construction. Then you see the elevator who sometimes doesn't close. But the room was OK, it was warm, when freezing outside. Even if the room too needed some renovation. It's still a good stay, and I'm sure it'll be a great stay when the renovations will finally be over, as the neighborhood are really nice. And they accept to communicate with different app, wechat or alipay, which was nice of them, as we couldn't communicate via wechat.

The hostel its good and clean ... the reception its very friendly and she also speak English... they give free hotel water and normal water .. it was in strategic location.. The only negative its just elevator doesn't work so you need to climb to the 3rd floor and its so tiring 😭 .. Overall very recommended 👌 They also will help for ur luggage to carry on

Stayed at Pai Hotel near Sofia Church and Central Street and it was a solid choice. Location is excellent for sightseeing, and getting around by Didi is easy. Staff were patient and helpful during check-in, even using a translator app. Room was simple but clean with daily housekeeping. Lobby has free hot water, a microwave, and luggage storage. Heating was good during winter. Just note that rooms facing the train can be noisy.

Rooms are on the smaller side. But air conditioning and hot water are great. Sheets are clean. Breakfast is decent but basic for RMB 25 per pax. Location is good with many eateries and shop nearby. However, the nearest train station is a bit of a walk away.

It’s 7 days hotel, I don’t know what the premium should be but I would say that the location is great, barely 5 minutes walk to the church. Otherwise the room is basic and old. It was warm enough inside. The downside is that you can hear the people in the rooms next to you even when they are just talking. If you just need a place to sleep while in Harbin this is a good choice in terms of value for money.

I stayed at the Tianzhu Hotel right by the Harbin Railway Station, and honestly, it’s a bit of a toss-up. The location is the only real winner here—being right next to the airport bus and the train station is a lifesaver if you’re hauling luggage or have a super early flight. That part was super convenient. But the room itself? Pretty disappointing. It felt really old and worn out, like it hasn’t been updated in decades. The vibe was just kind of dingy. To make matters worse, the shower was a struggle. The water pressure was pathetic and the temperature was all over the place—either freezing or scalding. It made getting ready pretty frustrating. If you just need a cheap spot to crash for a few hours before a train, it does the job, but don't expect much. I’d probably look elsewhere next time if I wanted a comfortable stay.

We arrived early in the morning, and the owner was very kind and helped us keep our luggage. The location is excellent — only a 5-minute walk from Zhongyang Street, very close to Saint Sophia’s Cathedral, and surrounded by many shopping centers. The place offers good value for money and is a great choice for staying in Harbin. We will definitely stay here again next time!

Stay at this lounge while we having early flight in the morning. Bed was just nice for 2 person. Front desk staff was friendly.check in and check out was very smooth and efficient. You can order coffee and drinks in the lounge. They also provide washer and dryer. Amenities was sufficient for short stay.

Bardzo dobry! Naprzeciwko znajduje się Ha Yiyuan, po przekątnej znajduje się budynek handlowy Toulong, niedaleko Katedry Zofii, tylko dziesięć minut spacerem. Pokój jest całkiem zadowalający, ale chciałbym pochwalić: karta klucza do pokoju i karta dostępu do zasilania są oddzielne, co jest bardzo miłe👍🏻. Nie będzie wstydu, że nie będzie można naładować wszystkich naładowanych rzeczy w pokoju jak tylko wyjdziesz! To trzeba utrzymać! Łazienka jest oddzielona od części mokrej i suchej, a stan sanitarny pokoju i pościeli jest bardzo dobry. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, godny polecenia!
