Clean room & even the pedestrians walkways within the neighborhood. Thank you for hosting us! Definitely recommended hotel!

This hotel is quite close from lijiang ancient city and bus stop station. There are so many restaurants around there, including minimarket and pharmacy. The room size is quite large and more than enough for me, even the view offered is really great. The disadvantage is that this hotel has no lift (only the stairs). Excellent staff that are extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Helped us fix issues with our WeChat by accompanying us to buy a local SIM card, which we are very grateful for. Also helped us plan our day trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and offered free self-service laundry too. Hotel is well located just outside the ancient town and a 20 minute walk from the main bus station. Lots of local restaurants nearby. Comfortable, clean, spacious hotel room. However, while there was no smoking allowed in the rooms, you could still smell lingering smoke there. Not strong enough for us to complain about it, but noticeable when you first walk in. Free water bottles provided at reception.

We had originally booked for 2 people to stay in the queen budget room but when we arrived the host informed us that it would be too cold to stay in that room because the electric blanket only covered half the bed. We were a bit confused because we had booked a room for two people but were being told it was only suitable for one. She ended up upgrading us for free to a really big bed which was really nice of her and it was very warm, even without the AC heater because the electric blanket was really good. We were also able to do our washing for free which was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay but maybe don't book the budget room in winter for 2 people because it will be too cold.
