The room is clean and well-kept. The daikin aircon is cool but a bit noisy.. Not sure if it's the water or heater but showering is quite an adventure. All in all, I am especially pleased with the concierge and the doormen - they are fab, friendly, and pleasant. There's a safe in the cupboard. It would be nice if they have a charcoal bag to absorb all the funky odors from clothing after a night out at A2 food center less than 300 meters away from BCH.

Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou.

GGuest UserWe had have 3 room.. 2 of them not very convenient for us (tripping aircond, electricity not stable, towels not so clean,shower in the bathroom so slow, soap and shampoo haven’t smelled) But the room is very clean Breakfast, fork and spoon not so clean still oily. Overall ..it’s Good for the budget travellers.

李李The hotel is affordable. A taxi ride from Batam Center will soon cost 50,000 rupees. The customer service is very polite. The breakfast was ordered for a breakfast roll of 30,000 rupees and told me to eat at the coffee shop next door. Know if it's delicious. In fact, there are also eating around, you do n’t have to worry about the breakfast. The basic facilities of the room and the fan are not on. It is not very quiet. It is recommended to set a room with a window. I can only use my own traffic. Everything else is ok

The room was comfortable, and everything worked out better than expected. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

IIrvin Jonah CheungIf you are not fussy about a ”right slap in the city” hotel, then this is a perfect hotel for you and your family! The hotel is within walking distance to Melayu Square, Tugu Pencil, Gong-gong building, Jalan Hang Tuah, the newly built coastal bridge, and the main ferry port. The neighborhood is also very friendly and littered with many little local eateries and grocery shops that are not expensive! Even if you want a very good Chinese seafood restaurant, Sei Enam is only a stone throw away! The hotel rooms are very basic and simple and the hotel is not equipped with a elevator, so if you are staying on the 4th floor, you'll have to walk up! Inside the rooms are simple appliances like TV, cable, telephone, drinking cups, bottled water, slippers, cupboards, drawers, hot and cold water showers, toothbrush with toothpaste, shampoo, small bar soaps, aircon, firm pillows, and even a nice bolster for you to hug to sleep! There are unfortunately no water billers nor coffee and tea condiments in the room. Hot and cold drinking water are on level 1 dinning area. The hotel package that I took came with a simple breakfast. The dishes are local and spicy and they are often sprinkled with peanuts. Breakfast come in wrapped up (takeaway) packages with all the pratas sauces, and/or rice in paper and plastic wrappings. Cutleries and plates are available for use. Free flow of coffee and tea with sugar (no milk nor creamer). For the price of about S$26/day, I thought that it was such a wonderful stay in this hotel! Even though it is without much amenities (because I'd rather go take my walks around town and go get a boat ride), I highly recommend this 2 star hotel for a simple and affordable stay in Tanjung Pinang! GGuest UserWe have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

GG_MOur family had a wonderful stay at this resort. We truly enjoyed the wide range of amenities available, which made our time together even more memorable. One of my favorite moments was playing table tennis and billiards with my father, a simple yet meaningful bonding experience. The resort also offers a karaoke area that the whole family can enjoy, adding lots of fun and laughter to our stay. The pool was well maintained and relaxing, and the beach area was equally pleasant, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the view. Having several restaurants within the resort was very convenient, giving us plenty of dining options without needing to go elsewhere. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway, and we would definitely love to come back again.
