„It was really quiet when I was there, but everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is toast with jam and instant noodles. The location is very convenient as well it's close to the train station, you can check in at the restaurant on the first level. They don't speak English but have a written instruction.”

„요를 깔아주는 3인(4인실) 방을 예약했는데 방이 충분히 넓고 캐리어를 정리할 수 있는 공간도 따로 있어서 좋았습니다. 인덕션와 주전자가 있어서 차를 끓여먹거나 간단하게 컵라면을 먹을 수 있었습니다. 방이 엄청 깨끗하고 이불도 두꺼웠어요. 3인 가족 여행으로 온다면 꼭 이 방을 추천하고 싶습니다. 걸어서 3분거리에 대형 마트가 있어서 장보기 편하고 간편식도 많습니다. 도고온천 번화가와는 걸어서 8분거리인데 지도상보다 더 가깝습니다. 밤늦게 온천하고도 부담없이 걸어올 수 있는 거리입니다. 온천이 목적이라면 적극 추천하고 싶습니다. 저는 다 걸어서 여행했는데 마츠야마 성 케이블까지는 걸어서 20분 걸리고 오카이도까지는 30분 정도 걸립니다. 단점은 역시 영어가 능통한 직원이 없다는 점인데 큰 문제는 없었습니다. 친절하셨고 영어와 일본어와 한국어를 섞어서 방을 잘 설명해주시고 노력해주셨어요. 감사했습니다! 다음에 또 방문하고 싶네요^^”

„The hotel itself feels more like a business hotel, but it's perfect for anyone just looking for a place to sleep, especially since it includes a free ticket to the Dogo Onsen main building and is very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. They also have dispensers for tea and coffee, and the location near the station was very convenient.”

„老舗の旅館で、ひなびた温泉旅館のよう。あちこちぎしぎしする廊下や木製の階段の手すり、タイル張りの洗面台など、昭和レトロ感満載でしたが、格安の素泊まりだったので全然　OKでした。 お風呂も共同で１、2人入るたびに鍵をかけて入ります。建物は古いですが、トイレはウォシュレットだったり、部屋のドライヤーやポットも新しくて、清潔でした。壁は薄いですが、周りの宿泊客が良識ある方だったようで、夜も静かで快適にすごせました。今治ハンドタオルの選べるプレゼントも嬉しいサービスです。ネット予約だったので、領収書は発行できないかと言ってみましたが、親切に発行してもらいました。立地は今治港は近いですが、今治駅からは商店街を10分くらい歩きました。”

„I was there at Jan 2024, and only stayed there for 2 days. The staff there can speak English, and were nice. The second day I stayed there, the staff offered me to have hotpot with all the other people living in Fujiya, an unforgettable experience I treasured and will forever remembered. Even though it is a proxy of a Japanese family, it did feel like I have experienced the Japanese hospitality and friendliness. There were some interesting characters, who may or may not frequented Fujiya, whom I had the pleasure to have this hotpot together. The facilities are not the best, but the basics necessities were there and no complaining from me, they have an AC there, comfortable enough for me. The staff did explain that there is only one shower, so we might have to wait for the person to finish. However, since the location is so close to Dogo Onsen, they did recommend to go there instead, and after all, it was why i chose this location in the first place. Location is really close to the Dogo Onsen and the Yuzuki-Castle ruin, which was a lifesaver for me I would say that all other sight-seeing locations are within walking distance as well since I did walk to all those interesting places. However, I do realize not all people like to walk like I do. To counter that, Fujiya is practically next to the tram station, which you can use it to go to many places in the city. tldr, would recommend”

„It is located right in front of the Dogo Onsen Main Building. It is a quiet, old building, but it is well-maintained. I don't think there is a better place to stay in Matsuyama for a solo traveler. It is a dormitory, but I couldn't sleep well because there was someone who kept coughing. I think a private room might be better for those who are very sick.”

„Excellent and affordable hotel to stay after cycling from Onomichi to Imabari. There is an onsen, breakfast included, massage chair for free and drinks from 15:00 to 21:00 . Highly recommend although the room are simple . Location is excellent, just across from the Imabari train station. It is my second time there .”

„An old school ryokan on Omishima. It’s located on the other side of the main cycling trail so it takes about half an hour detour to get to the ryokan. The staff were hospitable and the meals tasted great.”

„三連休でもとても安価で宿泊できて良かったです。車がないので駅近くのホテルを探してましたが、こちらは駅からもそんなに遠くないし、従業員も感じ良かったです 部屋も広いし、デスクも広く、最低限のアメニティもあるので、ただ寝るだけでなら申し分ないです。次回もこちらに泊まりたいです。窓から見える川之江城が素敵でした”
