Kitchen was equipped with basic condiments like soy sauce and cooking oil. There is a coin laundry facility in the adjoining building - 500 yen for wash and 100 yen per 10 mins of drying. The only concern I had was with the check in process, which luckily for me I was informed about before by reading the reviews. Check in is at Kazeto, another hotel around 5 mins walk away from Watowa. This can be troublesome for guests arriving by foot as you’ll need to backtrack to Kazeto if mistakenly arriving at Watowa first. Staff at check in were helpful and friendly (English speaking) and provided ample information about the facilities and attractions in Yunotsu and surrounds.”

„The location is excellent, which is exact as the name across Matsue station. The staff from the front desk are very nice. You can pick up some daily necessities near the front desk (e.g. toothbrush, comb, teabags). I can open a 30 inch luggage and still have reasonable space in my room. The public bath is a bit small but cosy. It is worth to give a try if you wish to stay in Matsue overnight.”

„I made a reservation and stayed without knowing that it opened just before. I knew it was breakfast, but I was very happy without knowing that it was a plan to eat curry and frozen foods instead of dinner. This time I went out by car to meet Hamada and Masuda's friends and acquaintances, but of course the parking lot was free. When staying in Masuda with a youth １８ ticket, it is on the back side of the station, but it is about １５ even if you walk.”

I often travel for nearly a month, and accommodation in outlying islands in Japan must use different app websites to find more choices and more reasonable prices. This one night in Hezhuang, the country of the West Isle of Hidden Island, is the best experience of this 19-day trip. This villa is located halfway up the mountain, overlooking the sea, the mountains and forests, the bay, the view is great! Hotel style management professional in place. I took the bus to the villa by myself. Although there is a small hillside, it is actually acceptable! If you want to take a relaxing vacation, you can also ask the hotel service staff to go to the port to connect! I live in a Japanese-style room with a large window facing the sea and a great view! The hotel staff is kind and happy to explain the nearby attractions and the breakfast meal that provides a connection service is also great.

The hotel is located near Matsue station. The front desk agents were very polite and did their best to talk to me, despite my very broken Japanese. Guests are given a locker, protected by a keycard. The locker itself was good enough for me, who took only a conventional backpack and a pair of shoes, but might not be enough for those who are not traveling light like that. The bathrooms were shared and quite clean, fully furnished with amenities for showers and personal hygiene. WiFi was included and it was quite decent for general use, even when inside the shared bedroom. The bed capsule had a pillow and a blanket, lights and power outlets for phones. I had more space than I imagined, enough for me to sit on the bed. The only downside of this room type was air circulation, probably due to the hot climate that's been the standard here in Japan lately, but I think the fans could work more efficiently or the capsules could use an AC outlet. Other than that, I recommend this location and will certainly stay with them again.

Whether it is the service or the environment, it is far beyond my expectations. The location is also very good. The station is just a little way out, and you can rent bicycles next to it. The boss and his wife of the bicycle line are also very good, allowing me to ride to the supermarket to buy things after timeout. The supermarket cashier was also super enthusiastic. When I went there at night, I gave me the jacket I left there at noon and gave me 🤭 with my children to experience the Japanese family lifestyle. The breakfast and dinner made by the proprietress were delicious and exquisite. The sashimi for dinner was very fresh, the mini sushi pot was great, and the breakfast actually ate the luxury goods in the fruit (in Japan), watermelon and net melon. It is recommended that you go on weekends, you can see the steam train, and there may be activities in the shrine.

The room is lovely, a cozy traditional tatami style. It's managed by locals, so that's really nice. I kinda regret not getting a place closer to the center. It's 30 minutes walk from the train station (with some sights along the way). There is a local bus (Google maps seems to be on point with it) but it doesn't drive all that often. There is however a great Onsen 15 minutes walk from the hotel. I do reccomend that. :)

It feels like an old inn that has been renovated for individual guests. The building may be old, but the interior is nice. The single private room is extremely small with just a bed. It's fine if you want to lie down and look at your phone, though. Even though it's a private room, you can hear everything from the next room, including snoring and the sound of someone opening a bag. It might be a good idea to bring headphones. But there is an indoor bath, the location is good, and considering the price, I was quite satisfied.

This is considered quite stingy for a budget hotel in Japan. Laundry costs extra, dryer costs extra, and laundry detergent costs 100 yen. They don't provide skincare sets, bottled water, or disposable slippers (I asked the front desk, and they said the hotel doesn't provide them). Even the public bath lacks skincare products, and there were unidentified stains on the curtains. The facilities, however, are very new and clean. Except for the curtains and slippers, everything else is very well cleaned. Check-in is self-service; you can complete the process without speaking to the front desk.

It was delicious with only breakfast. I didn't have dinner, so I went to a nearby izakaya. The owner of the izakaya used to make banquets here better. I heard that I can't cook for some reason now. The inn itself was awarded by a travel agency and had a shield. Clean and good. The hot springs are also good. I thought it would be better if there was dinner. Iwami no Kata 々, who was present at the izakaya, was very friendly and fun.

The room used the loft type. It was very beautiful and enough for us to use just to sleep. There is a unit bus, but I also got a ticket for a nearby hot spring. Because it was heavy snow, I was able to borrow brush, hot water and color 々 on my way home. The staff is kind and I would like to use it again.
