This is the best hostel I've ever been for over 10 years! I love this hostel that I can walk in the capsule without bowing down (my height is 157 cm. btw) Share space is huge and cozy, feel like at home. Wi-Fi is everywhere.

Had such a lovely stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic — super convenient yet peaceful. One of the nicest surprises was the free ramen served at night – perfect in the cold weather, warm and comforting. It really hit the spot! 💕 The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. They also offer free access to hot spring, which I was really looking forward to, but sadly I was too tired this time. Definitely a reason to come back again soon! A truly cozy and heartwarming stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and recharge!

Hotel jest w pobliżu 6-minute pieszo od centrum turystycznego Kaike Onsen (dostępny przez lokalny autobus z dworca Yonago). Znajduje się na brzegu obszaru Kaike Onsen, z pokoju hotelowego można zobaczyć fantastyczne widoki. Pracownicy byli bardzo uprzejmi i profesjonalni. Gorące źródła są bardzo dobre i posiłki były smaczne. Mieliśmy przyjemny i relaksujący pobyt tam!

The staff's kindness was evident from the moment we arrived—or, rather, from the moment we should have arrived! Allowing me to check in at 1 AM was an act of generosity and flexibility that is rarely seen and speaks volumes about their commitment to the guest. The entire team was attentive and provided the best service throughout the stay. ♨️ Misasa Onsen: A True Retreat The Misasa Onsen itself lives up to its legendary name. GGuest UserThe private bath room was booked, and the room and the pool were very clean. I made an appointment for the pick-up one day in advance, and I saw the driver when I got out of the station. It took 15 minutes from Kurayoshi Station to the hotel. The service attitude was very good, and they would lead and introduce the hotel facilities and various locations. There is a supermarket directly opposite the hotel.

GGuest UserA lovely little stay in Hawai Onsen! The local area was so quiet and peaceful, with a couple of good restaurants and a convenience store within a short walk (we were also offered assistance with an izakaya reservation, if we wanted it). The room was big and clean, with comfortable beds and a good selection of provided ameneties. Owner was also very attentive to our needs, and offered additional towels and cleaning if/when we wanted it. Bath was always warm and very relaxing, including an outdoor one. Although the rooms were clean, the shared areas could have done with some additional cleaning - the sinks were not always clean (some hair/dirt), and there were sometimes holes in the bug netting. The trip listing is a little incorrect, as the ”run of house” listing is still only a room with a shared bathroom. The ”shared bathroom” also refers to a full shared onsen experience, with no private shower cubicles etc available. There was a kettle/fridge available, but it would've been nice to have some more kitchen items (plates, chopsticks) as well as a microwave available.

VValeriaKindest staff!! Very welcoming, helpful, warm and kind^^ After climbing Mt Daisen, my legs were sore and the wonderful hot Onsen really soothed and healed my whole body. It really refreshed me:) Room was very clean, flawless, perfect air-conditioner. They have me a ride to the bus stop after check out. Overall, very satisfied. I wish I could have stayed here longer. The air was so fresh in Daisen, I already miss the air! I will definitely come back! Thank you very much for your warm hospitality ^_^

FFrostnova_6The hotel is very close to Tottori Station. From the North Exit, you just cross the underpass and pass the Maruyu Department Store. Perhaps because it's in Tottori, the single room isn't particularly small. The room facilities are typical of a Japanese business hotel. On the second floor, there's a large public bath and a relaxation area. Washing machines are free to use, and they even offer complimentary ramen at night. The breakfast is also quite substantial.
