Excellent hotel at very reasonable prices. The room and bathroom are very large. The water dispensers on every floor are really useful. It's two kilometers from the beach, but you can always use Grab or rent a scooter, even to get around the island. Excellent value for money.

Obiekt położony jest tuż przy plaży. W zależności od wybranego pokoju, można mieć balkon z widokiem na plażę. Mój pokój ma widok na drogę. Na dole znajduje się również wypożyczalnia samochodów, restauracje, sklep 7-Eleven i punkt rezerwacji wycieczek, co jest bardzo wygodne. Na początku, gdy się zameldowaliśmy, toaleta była zatkana i nie nadawała się do użytku. Personel szybko zmienił nam pokój. Byłoby dobrze, gdyby następnym razem najpierw sprawdzili, co pozwoliłoby zminimalizować konieczność zmiany pokoju. Smutnym faktem jest to, że basen jest nieczynny z powodu konserwacji podczas naszego pobytu. Należy pamiętać, że nie ma suszarki do włosów, więc trzeba ją wypożyczyć z recepcji maksymalnie na 2 godziny.

Impromptu stay in Jitra for one night. Found C Hotel to be the cheapest on Trip (under RM100 per night inc taxes). Room was decent, quite clean although there is a few dust on bed. Also gave you shower and shampoo gel so no worries. Got towels as well. The bathroom was good. Water pressure on shower, sink and toilet are running just great. Water heater was working well, as well as the aircond. Overall 4/5 star for a cheap room 👍🏻 Oh and they got swimming pool too.

I chose this guesthouse, newly opened in 2026, for my trip to Langkawi this time, and it truly exceeded my expectations! It's located above the Kawanda Billion Supermarket, so you can just head downstairs for water and snacks – super convenient. There are also tons of food options around, from restaurants to street stalls, making it easy to sort out all your meals without any worries. The owner is incredibly kind, and all the staff are super enthusiastic. They're always happy to answer questions and even recommended many fun local spots and delicious restaurants to us. The room facilities are very new, and both the bedding and the room itself are extremely clean, showing that they truly put effort into running the place. The biggest surprise was the communal kitchen! It's equipped with an air fryer and a microwave, so we could buy seafood at night and prepare a simple meal ourselves, which was incredibly convenient and saved money. The mountain view from the window is lovely; sitting there and enjoying the breeze was very comfortable. It's about five kilometers from both the airport and Cenang Beach, so a taxi ride takes about ten minutes – a very suitable location. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Langkawi; I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

bezproblemowe zameldowanie. dobra pomoc ze strony recepcjonistki. Proszę o wpłacenie depozytu rezerwacyjnego w wysokości 100 Rm i pobranie opłaty hotelowej w wysokości 6 Rm (gotówka) przy zameldowaniu. Depozyt jest zwracany po wymeldowaniu, które jest przed godziną 12:00. pokój zaledwie 10-15 metrów od recepcji. 600 metrów pieszo do plaży za ośrodkiem. Pokój był świetny jak na 2-gwiazdkową cenę. Dostaliśmy mini lodówkę, podstawowe udogodnienia, czystą pościel i ręczniki, a klimatyzacja działa dobrze. Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju, jeśli pobyt trwa dłużej niż 1 noc. 300 Rm za 3 dni i 2 noce jest przystępne. Wtyczka do gniazdka jest ograniczona, może warto rozważyć dodanie wtyczki do gniazdka obok łóżka, aby było łatwiej. Ale ogólnie było świetnie👍

There’s some areas need repainting, also smell of cigarette from previous occupants, no nearby food in same rows + point is friendly keepers that you can get water refills Good for business travellers and decent for the price and value for money

NO WIFI & PHONE SIGNAL Customer Service, Great I felt it was good, they gave me the wifi password of the lobby upon arrival. The room itself was quite basic but functional, equipped with two beds, a small fridge, and a private toilet. While it had the essentials, the overall condition could have been better particularly the fridge, which was not very clean upon arrival. One of the main downsides was the complete lack of phone signal and Wi-Fi within the room. This made it difficult to stay connected, make calls, or even use online services. The television provided also wasn’t much use, as it required Wi-Fi to function. I had to manually set it up myself, only to find that there were no available channels to watch. Because of the poor connectivity, I had to go down to the lobby for about an hour every day just to make calls and download Netflix movies so I could watch them offline later. It became quite inconvenient, especially for longer stays or for those who rely on internet access. On the positive side, the accommodation did offer washing machines and dryers onsite, which were both affordable and easy to use. The washing machine cost RM 6 per load and the dryer RM 5, making laundry quite convenient compared to most places. Overall, while the room provided the bare necessities, the lack of cleanliness and poor connectivity made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Check-in process was smooth, with RM50 deposit required. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, though the number of parking spaces is limited. The room was okay for two people but not very spacious. Amenities were very basic — towels, toothbrush, face towel, and facial tissue were not initially provided. I dont know but the towel was not prepared at check-in. After calling the receptionist, I was informed it would be ready at 4pm, but no towel was delivered even after that time. I had to call again, and only then was it sent immediately. But, its a plus point, that the location is very strategic. The hotel is within walking distance to a mall and nearby convenience marts, which is very convenient.
