2-Star hotele w: Makkah Province, Saudi Arabia

The hotel was basic. The rooms were basic, the bathroom was very tight. The location was good. The house keeping Team were brilliant they gave you what you wanted. The porters were brilliant and very helpful. The people on reception did not understand English properly and when I was communicating with them they did not understand me, that was awkward. The receptionist did not have good English. The sercurity guards were very helpful they would always help me bring the Wheelchair inside the hotel. The lifts are very good size and they came on time, did not need to wait long. Overall I had a good experience with this hotel I would book again

I really enjoyed my stay. Reception staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. It felt like home. All staff at the hotel were super supportive. Buffet was fantastic. Chef Ramadan supervised the food in a professional kitchen. He and his staff Mostafa and Abdelrahman were awesome. Food was served fresh, cooked in a way as if you were home with that delicious taste. Thanks to Chef Ramadan and his executive staff. The front desk: Mr. Sultan, Mr Loay, and all of them gave us that feeling of HOME. Appreciate their help and heartfelt work. Golf cart drivers all around the clock were working 24/7 to keep all guests happy driving them to Haram. Really appreciate their service and hard work. موظفين الفندق كانوا غاية في الذوق و ساعدونا كثير اثناء إقامتنا. بذلوا جهد كبير في راحتنا. نقدر مجهودهم بمنتهي الامتنان أرشح فندق سمامة المقام أچياد بسبب تفاني موظفيه الفائقين الذين يعملون علي مدار الساعة لراحة النزلاء. استاذ سلطان، لؤي و جميع موظفي الاستقبال كانوا غاية في الذوق و الضيافة. اشكرهم جميعا لتفانيهم في عملهم. البوفيه كان غاية في الجمال و استمتعنا بالوجبات الساخنة المتقنة تحت اشراف الشيف رمضان الذي كان يشرف علي كل صغيرة و كبيرة و تفانيه في عمله واضح. اود ان اشكر عمال النظافة بالفندق علي إتقان عملهم و ابتسامتهم التي أضفت علينا جو عائلي. اريد ان اشكر مازن الذي كان يقلنا يوميا الي الحرم بإبتسامة و ترحاب. اي وقت بأمر الله يستضيفني الله في بيته سوف أقيم في فندق سمامة المقام أچياد مكة. الف شكر لكل المقيمين علي نجاح هذا الفندق. اشكرهم من كل قلبي. هذا هو المستوي اللائق باستضافة ضيوف الرحمن🙏🙏🙏🙏😍😍

The location of the hotel was very good, especially for anyone visiting the Haram. It is located a few buildings after Le Meridien Makkah, and the walk to the Haram area was around five minutes. For those going towards the Mataf area, the walk was approximately 12 minutes. Overall, the location was one of the strongest points of the stay. The room itself was generally fine for a solo traveler. I had booked a single-bed room, and for a one-night stay it served the purpose. However, one thing that was disappointing was that the hotel did not show any bathroom pictures on the website. When I arrived, I was surprised to see that the shower area was extremely small. The shower was right beside the commode, and part of the shower area was practically overlapping with the toilet area, which made it uncomfortable to use. Another issue was that the telephone in the room was not working. Because of this, whenever I needed anything from reception, I had to go all the way down personally to ask. Also, towels were not provided in the room initially, so I had to go to reception and request them. Overall, for a single-night stay, I would say it was worth it mainly because of the excellent location and easy access to the Haram. However, the bathroom setup was disappointing, and the lack of basic room readiness, such as towels and a working telephone, could definitely be improved.

Superb location (15min walk from Haram). The room was very clean and big and the washroom was spacious and beautifully designed. Check in and check out was super smooth as well. The AC was the only thing I feel could be improved as it wasn’t super chilling, but other than that, It was a wonderful experience. I’m definitely coming back in the future!

Pleasant stay during Ramadan. The shuttle bus was available and stopped at Jamarat, but we had to transfer to another bus for 8 SAR. There was also an option to take the Makkah bus, Route 4 (Al Gazzah), from Azizia point 190 (there's a bus stop). For the return journey from Masjidil Haram, we took Makkah bus #4 again, getting off at Masjidil Haram Road point 156 (a bus stop) for 4 SAR. The staff were lovely, *************

I stayed at Fakhamat Aldyar Service Apartment during my visit to Taif. The reception staff was polite and welcoming, which made check-in smooth. The apartment had two rooms and one toilet, and everything was fine and comfortable. One of the best parts of the stay was the convenient location—restaurants were just a short walking distance away, making meals easily accessible. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

I was a bit disappointed about process check in say that I'm not booking and paid, but in trip was already book n paid. I'm advise to pay but I'm refused due to I'm already paid,coz I'm paying using credit card but already deducted in card n I got the receipt. But wht I'm impressed, tht night I lost my handbag in Uber, the staff was calm down me and helpful , other are fine for me.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel and would recommend it to everyone for the price. The room was so spacious clean and could easily fit 4 people. Would like to thank Mr Nafaz and Mr MD Almas both gave us a really nice stay and great customer service. We even where allowed to checkout late for no extra cost . Thank you for everything we stayed from 05/05/26 to 07/05/26.

Every time you see this magnificent hotel, you will feel completely satisfied. It was so clean, well arranged with this unique perfume every where in the hotel. In just a five minutes you can be at haram. I really recommend this amazing hotel

Hotel is near haram.Rooms are a bit small but ok as location is very near Google map dnt show exact location when coming from Jeddah so better to locate marakerm hotel Ajyad There is ramp which can b difficult for elderly people Overall great service specially Mr Samir and Hadi
