Podróżowanie jest łatwe dzięki hotelom z dworcem kolejowym w pobliżu. Ten hotel jest idealny. Znajduje się tuż naprzeciwko dworca kolejowego. Z wieloma atrakcjami w zasięgu spaceru i sklepami takimi jak Zara. Personel był miły. Zostawiliśmy paszport w hotelu i poszliśmy na zakupy. Zadzwoniliśmy, a recepcjoniści szybko sprawdzili nasz pokój i znaleźli paszport. Otrzymaliśmy go z powrotem dzięki miłej i przyjaznej poradzie recepcjonistów i udaliśmy się na lotnisko. Pokoje są przestronne i czyste. Świeża pościel jest bardzo ważna i była zapewniona. Bardzo bezpieczna i ładna lokalizacja. Wielkie podziękowania dla recepcjonistów. Dostępna jest przechowalnia bagażu. Winda również.

Hotel was in a great location and just outside the grand place and center square, walking distance of about 8-10mins. I walked everywhere from this location and was convenient with subway tram nearby and easy access to and from the central station. The hotel foyer and entrance was large and welcoming, service staff were helpful, there was also a gym on premise. The hotel room was a little dated and old although fairly large. The bathroom was fairly old and could need an upgrade soon although was functional and clean. The door and walls were thin and I could hear the doors slamming all the time (from guests coming in and out of their rooms) at all hours and in the morning, I got woken up by the cleaning lady vacuuming and always hitting the sides of the wall which was a little irritating. On one of the late evenings, I could hear the couple in the next room ****** *** as she was ******* ******. So yes, the walls/ceiling are thin.

Dotarliśmy do hotelu dość późno w nocy, więc musieliśmy zadzwonić dzwonkiem do drzwi. Przyjazny pracownik natychmiast podszedł i pomógł nam w procesie zameldowania. Jednym z atutów był piękny widok z pokoju — mieliśmy wyraźny widok na Dworzec Centralny w Brukseli, który był szczególnie urokliwy nocą. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, mieliśmy wspaniały pobyt. Pokój, udogodnienia i obsługa przerosły nasze oczekiwania.

Niesamowity hotel i cudowny ogród. Wszystko bardzo dobrze. Po prostu bardzo nieprzyjemne spotkanie z recepcjonistą Gomezem. Zamek w moim pokoju nie działał i sprawdziłem to w recepcji. Pan Gomez odpowiedział: „czy nie czujesz się bezpiecznie”? Dla płacącego klienta bezpieczeństwo jest najważniejsze i to nie zostało potraktowane poważnie. Następnie po prostu zaczął obsługiwać innego gościa, nie potwierdzając naszej rozmowy. Zadzwoniłem do recepcji, aby poprosić ich, aby przyszli i zajrzeli. Telefon odebrał pan Gomez, który powiedział, że będzie tam natychmiast, ale w ogóle się nie pojawił. To żałosne i niedopuszczalne zachowanie wobec gościa, który martwi się o swoje bezpieczeństwo w tak renomowanym hotelu jak Twój. Ufam, że sprawa zostanie rozpatrzona z pewnym poziomem powagi

Room and building are almost clean. It takes 10 min from La Grand Palace, It's not so far. If you want to go to the Central station, using the underground is very nice.

Strategic location. It’s within walking distance to Brussels Midi train station, where you can travel almost anywhere at your fingertips. The surrounding area is not as dangerous as many people claim. There’s a free 24-hour coffee machine, which is great for travelers like us. The only downside is that the lift is quite slow, and there aren’t many eateries nearby, at least for my taste.

This is a new and trendy hotel near Brussels North Station. It has a nice restaurant and bar in the lobby area as well as some reasonably priced room service items. This is a pretty new hotel and it opened in May 2025. The hotel is in a quiet area but there isn't a whole lot around. The main parts of Brussels are about a 15 minute walk away but being by the train station made it very convenient to make a day trip outside of the city and there is quick and frequent access to the airport. They offer breakfast at this hotel but at 25 Euros a person it is hard to justify. We also found a good self serve laundry spot nearby called Wash Club and got our laundry done halfway through our Christmas Vacation. The rooms were nicely arranged with a bench by the TV and a seating area by the window with a small table. There is a mini bar in the room but those items are pretty expensive. They have a coffee/tea station but they did not provide coffee or tea during our stay so we are happy we brought our own. The bed was pretty comfy and we got a good night's sleep each night. There are some interesting decor choices like a curtain in front of the large flat screen TV in an alcove. There is also a window for the bathroom that has blind slats on the outside of the bathroom. We felt the room was mostly fine but they didn't clean the glasses and the kettle could use some descaler. The bathroom was nice with conditioner, shampoo, body wash and body lotion. The shower provided good pressure and temperature but it had an open design and it was difficult to keep the water in the shower area. The towels provided were pretty new and soft but one had a noticeable stain and we would expect a hotel of this caliber to review the items being put in a room and bathroom. We felt we got a good rate when we booked the hotel and got to enjoy the busy city of Brussels and then relax at this hotel. We believe this hotel will improve because they have some nice facilities and good staff.

Hotel molto carino, il personale gentile e la pulizia ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Ho soggiornato per 5 giorni insieme al mio fidanzato e ci hanno sempre cambiato la biancheria piana e resettato la camera. La pecca di questo hotel è purtroppo la posizione, nonché sia una posizione comoda in fatto di vicinanza dal centro e dalla stazione di South-midi purtroppo si trova in una zona non molto raccomandabile la definirei quasi ”zona ghetto” ad una certa ora preferivamo rientrare per non dover passare in quelle strade troppo tardi, strade sporche e potevi aspettarti di tutto..

The hostel has a pretty good location, with a large shopping mall nearby and easy access to amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The room was clean, and the people I shared it with were super friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One small downside was the lack of a large locker in the room for luggage – only small lockers were available for personal items. The room also felt a bit cramped. There are free lockers available in the lobby, but you need to bring your own lock. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay and would consider coming back.

Początkowo dostaliśmy przestronny pokój, ale hałas silnika windy był uciążliwy. Poprosiliśmy o zmianę pokoju, więc dostaliśmy kolejny, bardzo mały, a problemem był zapach ścieków w łazience!!! Mamy nadzieję, że więcej uwagi poświęcą konserwacji. Recepcjonista był bardzo pomocny i dziękujemy mu.
