Helpful receptionists, possibility to have a suppper in the hotel restaurant and to buy a cold beer in the kiosk across the street and drink it in the hotel restaurant - big plus. Probably the grandest hotel on Ternate. Government owned (apparently) and it shows. Desperately needing a renovation, it is nice enough but getting rough around the edges. Friendly staff - as always. Great views of the mountain from the terrace/pool area. Food is pretty basic and below what they really should be producing. Overall, still a nice enough place to stay.
