My room is always clean and the linens are so crisp and clean - I like that a lot. The staff are always nice and polite. The location being within 5 minutes of a large shopping plaza with restaurants and stores (and COSTCO) is a big plus for me. I do use the restaurant in the casino too but there are plenty of other options conveniently nearby.

Very clean hotel and nice staff. The room was rather small (but good enough for two people) We stayed for four days in total, the nights were very quiet except for one night where we heard bar music playing from several blocks away. The hotel is close to the HMart. The lack of a kettle (in the common area or in the room) is not a deal breaker as you can use the microwave (in the common area). I wished the combination safe was larger, as neither my laptop nor tablet could fit, so we travelled with our devices which made walking very tiring. The bathrooms are nice, well-lit and spacious.

I travel a lot and this is probably one of the top few in the last 5 years. Hotel is beautiful, a nice bar, room big with a perfect floor plan and a view. I will go out of my way to stay there whenever I’m in the area. I’m a Hyatt fan again (Hilton cancelled a room on me after booking, so they’re dead to me.)

Location is great. Less than 10 minutes by car from airport. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The biggest beef I have with the service is that the reception said due to overbooking by the hotel my room type (2 queen beds) was not available anymore. I paid extra for this room type and I ended up having to take a king bed and sofa bed. I had to sleep on the sofa which was not as comfortable. I demand that the hotel refund me a part of my booking for this hotel.

Ten hotel był najtańszy spośród wszystkich, w których zatrzymywaliśmy się podczas naszej 24-dniowej podróży po USA. Nie mieliśmy wobec niego dużych oczekiwań, ale po zameldowaniu uznaliśmy, że jest całkiem w porządku, choć nie dorównywał hotelom w pozostałych sześciu miastach. Głównym problemem był niewielki rozmiar pokoju – był to najmniejszy pokój, jaki mieliśmy w siedmiu miastach. Dla dwóch osób było w nim dość ciasno, nie dało się swobodnie poruszać jednocześnie. Wystrój pokoju był prosty, ale było bardzo czysto, co jest dużym plusem. W pokoju znajdowała się mała lodówka, co było bardzo wygodne. Jedynym minusem było to, że hotel był zbyt daleko od stacji metra. W dniu przyjazdu do Chicago, ciągnięcie walizek ze stacji metra do hotelu zajęło nam ponad 10 minut i było naprawdę męczące. Dlatego w dniu wyjazdu na lotnisko, skorzystaliśmy z autobusu tuż obok hotelu, a dopiero potem przesiedliśmy się do metra. Było to o wiele wygodniejsze niż ponowne holowanie walizek na stację metra.

Qqmwhttrthe cleanliness of the room itself was fine, but the hotel seemed pretty run-down. the stairwell we took to get to our room was quite dirty (trash remained there for all five days we were there) and had a lot of cobwebs etc. the towels we got the first day had some weird dye on them? one of the days we got our room serviced but they only replaced our towels and did not reset our beds which was strange. it's also relatively far from o'hare compared to some other hotels. however, it's definitely livable and the rooms are quite large

SsknoseyThe free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating. There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm. There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

JJamesThis place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel.

TTerence CaoBe careful, there is a hidden charge ”A $25 daily urban experience fee will be charged to each room” at this hotel Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. The breakfast charge is very tricky if you have prepaid. 1st you have to argue that you have prepaid for the breakfast for each person in the room. 2nd you need to ask and confirm with the front desk how much the credit is for the breakfast you have paid (my case $38 for each person daily, covers taxes and tips). It is not buffet breakfast, you need to pay extra when you check out if you have ordered more than your credit for the breakfast. When I asked that if I missed one breakfast, can I use the extra credit for the next day. The answers were different from different staff members. A very expensive hotel focusing on big conferences, there are no microwave oven, empty refrigerator (you can request) in the room and swimming pool. Do not lift up the drinks and snacks in the box on the table (there are sensors underneath) unless you don't mind to be charged. The existing refrigerator is full of drinks. I was afraid to touch it, even the concierge didn't know how to open the refrigerator lock. But the coffee and tea are free. There is a person (not housekeeper) comes to the room to check and refill all the drinks and snacks including the free ones. We booked our room many weeks earlier, after we checked in I realized that the room prices dropped comparing our original prices, maybe not enough conference people attending. GGuest UserThe hotel is a typical airport hotel, had a very helpful shuttle driver (Ray) and the other staff interacted with were very friendly and helpful.  Located just offsite from the airport, opposite a shopping mall and had a small selection of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.  Room was clean and had everything needed. Bathroom had good water pressure and provided nice toiletries.  This was a one-night stay prior to flying home from O'Hare and met all needs.
