„The place is really close to the airport, only about a 10–15 minute ride by car, which is super convenient if you need to catch a flight. The apartment is quite big, bigger than we expected, and everything was neat and tidy. There’s a convenience store and some food places downstairs, so getting snacks at night is easy. The price is also very reasonable. Overall we were quite satisfied and would probably stay here again next time.”

„Had a smooth check in, and have around 4 levels of parking. Recommended to park at the 4th level since the space is much bigger. The room itself was really nice, had 1 king bed and 1 queen bed (4 adults can sleep comfortably there). It was such a deal to get the room for RM300 per night, with breakfast for 2 person. There’s also a passageway where you can access for Glory Beach resort and go to public the public beach.”

„This place is so amazing and very convenient to eateries places. Is totaly safe for solo travellers as when it comes to night time, is pretty happening. You can relax and chill by sitting near the rocks on the beach. The room is clean, safe and it comes with good partial sea view (sunset and sunrise). The room is fully equipped with basic needs including hair dryer and the TV comes with Netflix. I will definitely come back again.”

„I think i wasn't given the Superior Room as depicted when i made the reservation. But somehow i didn't make a fuss as the room was still spacious & comfortable, and i was given a room early at 1pm & was just staying for 1 night. The location was good, close to eateries & amenities, and walkable to the public beach. Breakfast was so so & held in a temporary function room as the Coffee House was undergoing a renovation. But they started serving only at 7.45am even though the official time was 7.00am. Overall, a satisfactory stay.”

„This was my first time staying at Nilai Springs Resort, and I already expected it to be an old resort. However, the experience was a bit disappointing, especially upon arrival at night. The road leading to the hotel after the guard house was very dark, with no clear signage and no street lights, making it difficult to find the entrance. When I arrived at the lobby, it looked quite nice and well-presented, possibly refurbished, which gave a better first impression. Check-in was smooth, and although I initially booked a Superior room, I upgraded to a Deluxe room because I wanted a bathtub. Walking to the room, the hallway was very dimly lit, with only faint lighting, giving a rather gloomy feeling. Once inside the room, it was clear that the resort is very old. The furniture looked extremely outdated, the bathroom fixtures were worn out, some pipes looked like they were about to break, and the bathtub was not clean. The drain for the bathtub was also broken and could not be turned properly. The room lighting was very dull, and the room was not soundproof at all—I could clearly hear other guests opening and closing doors and talking. That said, the room was very spacious, which was a plus, especially since my child could run around comfortably. Still, the overall atmosphere at night felt dark and deserted, making the hotel feel rather eerie, as if not many guests were staying there. In my opinion, the rooms really need a full refurbishment. The next morning during breakfast, I finally saw many guests around, mostly foreigners, including Chinese and Korean tourists. The breakfast was good and delicious, especially the pastries. All the pastries tasted excellent—honestly better than some five-star hotels. The swimming pool area was another highlight. The pools are huge and there are several of them. The kids really enjoyed playing there. However, part of the children’s pool looked dirty and clearly needs better maintenance. Only during the daytime did I fully appreciate the surroundings of the hotel. The view was beautiful, as the resort is surrounded by a golf course. Unfortunately, at night, the area feels very dark and gloomy. Adding more lighting around the hotel would greatly improve the overall experience. Overall, this hotel has so much potential. With proper refurbishment and better maintenance, especially in the rooms and lighting, it could be a really great resort.”

„We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was nice and comfortable, and staying in the water chalet was a lovely experience. Although the chalet is quite a distance from the main lobby, it was very convenient as we could drive and park right in front of the chalet. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. One area that could be improved is the breakfast — the variety was acceptable, but the taste could be better.”
