„To naprawdę wyjątkowy hotel w niezwykłej lokalizacji. Sieć ścieżek i szlaków prowadzących w górę i w dół góry oraz na jej szczycie jest cudowna do zwiedzania i mimo że jest dość zajęta, jest kilka miejsc, w których można się zatrzymać i spokojnie cieszyć się widokiem. Mój pokój w hotelu był bardzo dobrze wyposażony, miał wszystko, czego potrzebowałem - szczoteczkę do zębów itp., Nawet ciepły płaszcz do pożyczenia na wędrówkę we mgle o wschodzie słońca! Obsługa QinQina (którego przydzielono do pomocy) była doskonała — przemyślana i uważna. Podobał mi się również urozmaicony i pyszny bufet w porze kolacji i śniadania. Hotel jest drogi w porównaniu do hotelu w bardziej konwencjonalnej lokalizacji, ale rozumiem powód, biorąc pod uwagę, że wszystko do hotelu przynoszą tragarze na piechotę! Poczułem, że warto było spędzić cały dzień na szczycie góry, co w innym przypadku nie byłoby możliwe.”

„Very satisfied with our stay at Xihai Hotel. We booked a suite room (Area B) for a family, but I think because of off peak season, they have the capacity to upgrade us to two bedrooms in the main building (area A) and we are very grateful for that. From the beginning the service was excellent, we were taken to our room and showed what was available. Everything in the room can be used without extra charge and can call to ask for more. Amenities and toiletries are available, room is very clean and breakfast buffet is included. Buffet dinner was ¥180 per person and it has enough varieties (mainly chinese food with some pasta, pizza, cakes). The front view of the hotel is amazing, overlooking Huangshan Mountain. The staff also very informative to guests about sunset and sunrise for the day. There were also a performance after dinner at the lobby for hotel guests. The hotel also provides two hiking jackets and a torch to help hotel guests to go out and about to hike the mountain. Our family has had the best time at Xihai Hotel and highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wish to stay overnight at Xihai Hotel. You won’t disappointed.”

„The hotel was extremely nice, and good value for money as it is really comparable to any other high end hotels. The common areas and the bedrooms were well heated (it was freezing cold outside), only the corridors between the bedrooms and the common areas were very cold. We stayed one night and had the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. It was a good variety overall, and of good quality. The staff was super nice, very attentive, and communicated through wechat for weather updates and hotel happenings (such as movie screenings). The only thing that it could miss is a spa/massage area, which would be really enjoyable after a cold day of walking in HuangShan. The location is perfect if you come from the East side (Yungu cableway), with many accessible views for sunset and sunrise.”

„Super spacious room. Very clean. Within walking distance from high speed rail station. About 1.5km. Bathtub for a romantic tyrst. A cute AI assistant to open/close curtains, lights and air conditioning. Can even call front desk via AI assistant. Only one small drawback. Breakfast a bit too Chinese style.”

Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚. A goodbye gift for us as we leaving. We are having a great time staying in the hotel. The view from our room is fantastic, lake view and part city view. This hotel will be our first choice if we visit Hefei in the future.”

The style is also the only one in Jiuhuashan. The room also has a small terrace and arranged for me Jiuhua Street pick-up service. The bartender is also very handsome. „Negative: - staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation - response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow - you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there - in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor - waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water. - hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step Positive: - got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell - breakfast is great - elevators are arriving fast - view is great Have not tried the pool or gym.”
