- staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation
- response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow
- you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there
- in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor
- waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water.
- hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step

Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services.
We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder.
The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines.
Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚.

„The hotel was extremely nice, and good value for money as it is really comparable to any other high end hotels.
The common areas and the bedrooms were well heated (it was freezing cold outside), only the corridors between the bedrooms and the common areas were very cold. We stayed one night and had the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. It was a good variety overall, and of good quality. The staff was super nice, very attentive, and communicated through wechat for weather updates and hotel happenings (such as movie screenings).
The only thing that it could miss is a spa/massage area, which would be really enjoyable after a cold day of walking in HuangShan.
The location is perfect if you come from the East side (Yungu cableway), with many accessible views for sunset and sunrise.”

„We loved this beautiful hotel. The service is personal and the atmosphere is great. Feng shui on point. The staff helped us to plan our trip and answered every question patiently. The hotel room was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. Great location with places nearby for dinner and breakfast before hiking mount huangshan. Took 10 mins to walk to the bus station, then 15 mins on the bus to the cable car station. Breakfast next door is simple and sufficient. I recommend the halal beef noodles place along the strip for dinner. We wished we could stay for longer! So many small details made the room feel like a home away from home.”

從拿行李入住到離店，廬舍的服務態度是一流的。房間大小布局合理，整潔温馨。陽台前的一棵香樟樹讓我想起上一次住在陽台有樹伸手可觸的場景還是在十幾年前的斯里蘭卡北部，那種感覺非常舒適難忘。
酒店位置位於龐大的藝術園區，靠近市區較中心，外賣很方便，但安靜不雜亂。如果時間充足便有很多可以逛逛的地方。
如果一定要説些缺點，那就是房間再多點條案或桌台就更好了，誰讓女士東西較多呢😂

GGuest UserGreat location! It was easy to find, not far after entering Mount Jiuhua, and very close to the Baisuigong cable car and other attractions. The parking lot is also spacious. We stayed for two nights and received complimentary fruit each day. The service was excellent; they even helped us with our luggage. If I visit Mount Jiuhua again, I would definitely choose this hotel. It's really good.

XXixuexueThe best decision I made on this trip was choosing this B&B! It completely exceeded my expectations; the actual place is even better than the photos. The location is very convenient, offering a quiet escape despite being in a bustling area. Every detail in the room showcases the owner's taste, from the quality of the furniture to the lighting of the bedside lamp, everything felt incredibly comfortable. The bedding was also very carefully chosen; even I, someone who usually has trouble sleeping in new places, slept wonderfully. Plus, the entire B&B is very photogenic; every snap turns out like a magazine shot.
The owner (landlady) and the front desk staff were incredibly nice, everyone at the B&B was friendly and welcoming! The breakfast at the B&B was especially delicious, and you can also order lunch and dinner there. They offer noodles and home-cooked dishes, prepared by local aunties, and they're much tastier than what you'd find in outside restaurants – absolutely no regrets. I highly recommend this place to anyone who values quality accommodation!

GGuest UserThis is my second time staying at this hotel, purely because of its location. For its spot, the amenities still offer great value for money. However, this time I booked a king room and was given one facing the street. My much-anticipated holiday, a relaxing mountain escape in southern Anhui, was ruined by a night of noise. I understand that the Yellow Mountain entrance/exit sees a lot of traffic, but the reality is I didn't sleep a wink. I'd suggest upgrading the windows on the street-facing side to high-standard, soundproof ones – it would make a real difference. The breakfast selection also seemed a bit limited. Overall though, it's still consistently good and remains one of the top-tier options in this town. These are my honest thoughts, hope they're helpful.

Ccandysun1127For the May Day holiday, I decided to visit some less crowded attractions and it was my first time in Hefei, the capital of Anhui. I chose a hotel on Huaihe Road for its convenient dining options. It's next to Intime, but a separate building. I checked in on time. The staff were efficient, and my child received a lollipop, plus they provided children's amenities. As for facilities, it has an old-fashioned vibe but is reasonably clean. Each room provides four bottles of water (only four, extra bottles cost money). The air conditioning was odd; I couldn't intuitively turn it off, and it was noisy. The only way to shut it down was to remove the key card. Also, the soundproofing was terrible. In the middle of the night, I could clearly hear renovation-like noises and people talking, which disturbed my sleep. They also offer afternoon tea and a late-night snack, which are available for a short period and not very elaborate; there aren't many options. Upon checkout, my child received a small snack gift bag, which was a nice gesture!

The front desk was very efficient with check-in and check-out, and the staff were gentle and patient, answering all our questions about travel and local attractions with great professionalism. The room was clean and tidy. From arrival to departure, the entire experience was very comfortable and made us feel right at home. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time, highly recommended.

GGuest UserCame to Jiuhua Mountain with my mom to pay respects to the Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha, and we stayed at this hotel for two nights. We had our New Year's Eve dinner here, and they even had someone dedicated to picking us up and dropping us off at the entrance. Every staff member greeted us warmly with ”Happy New Year.” On the first day of the ***** New Year, we prayed, enjoyed the snow, and did some scripture copying – it was a truly fulfilling experience! This hotel is trustworthy and comes highly recommended.

The location is excellent, no doubt, suitable for the elderly and children, not tiring. It is also convenient to go to the lake, but the traffic is a bit unfavorable, and there is no diversion road for people and cars.

The manager and aunt in the store are very kind and friendly, and the cat is also very cute and gentle and will take the initiative to come and post. You can eat in the store. The overall environment of the store is very good, the garden is very beautiful, and there is its own small vegetable garden. It takes 15 minutes to drive up from the bottom, and the winding mountain road of more than ten kilometers is quite thrilling. The hotel is just above Fengle Lake, with a very wide view and a panoramic view of the lake. However, the hotel should be a bit old, and the furniture is still a little old. Because it is in the mountains, there are sometimes some small insects such as spiders in the room, but don't worry too much. The service of the hotel is average, and it is quite satisfactory. There are some drinks provided on the first day of check-in, which is still good. The breakfast is actually very average, there are not many dishes, a little more than the express hotel, but there are still noodles and wontons.
