The resort boasts a secluded private bay, with hardly any outside visitors. The sunsets over the ocean in the evening were romantic and therapeutic, and the happy hour at the beach bar created a fantastic atmosphere. Every room is equipped with Banyan Tree's signature aromatherapy toiletries, and upon check-in, we received a special welcome gift and fresh fruit. The floating afternoon tea experience was exceptional. The resort's buggies are available for pick-up and drop-off at any time, ensuring a smooth and uncrowded experience. It's truly a luxurious choice for couples on their honeymoon or anyone looking for a relaxing escape, far from the hustle and bustle of crowds.

The famous infinity pool is fantastic for photos, and honestly, every spot here offers a beautiful view. The golf carts make getting around super convenient. The hotel provides 24-hour room service and even gave us a welcome gift, showing how much they care about our stay. I really appreciate their thoughtful and consistent service from start to finish. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance. The surroundings are lovely! Because of the great environment, guests are all very friendly with each other, and it's particularly convenient for self-driving tours. The hotel's rainforest setting is truly unique. I loved the room design; it was spacious and bright, with a great sense of openness. The hotel offers a variety of facilities: the kids adored the water park, while I really enjoyed the hot springs – so many different types to choose from! A soak in the evening helped me sleep so much better. The recreation center also had plenty to do, like ping pong, billiards, and an indoor pool, which are great options for a rainy day. I didn't get a chance to visit the card and chess room this time, but I'll definitely check it out next time. The service was excellent, with smiling staff everywhere I went. They even provided thoughtful welcome fruit and bedtime desserts. I also tried the Jiyuan travel photography service. The makeup, styling, and photography were all top-notch; I'm very happy with the results.

Many guests complained about outdated room facilities and the tedious process of booking water activities. This made me a bit nervous, worrying that my vacation experience wouldn't meet expectations. However, after actually staying here, I found the experience to be completely different and exceptionally good throughout the trip. I especially want to commend my dedicated butler, Chris. The hotel's environment itself is truly outstanding. The sunken garden design features lawns, pools, and a beach laid out in sequence. In the evening, the saber-opening champagne ritual at the sixth-floor lobby creates an incredible atmosphere. Strolling through the grounds with the sea breeze, slowly enjoying the relaxed vibe of a seaside vacation, every view is picture-perfect. The most pleasant surprise was the service provided by Chris, our butler. It was far from a simple, by-the-book reception. Many people say that booking activities at the hotel is troublesome, requiring guests to communicate and confirm each item themselves. But Chris helped us coordinate and book all the leisure activities and experiences in advance, and even sent me a complete itinerary. When to gather, what time to go out to sea, what time to experience each activity – it was all clear at a glance. We didn't have to worry about coordinating or repeatedly confirming anything, saving us a lot of communication hassle. The level of effortlessness exceeded my imagination. Midway through our stay, we had some small requests that went beyond standard service, and she did her best to help communicate and coordinate them. She was meticulous, thoughtful, responded promptly, and maintained the perfect balance – enthusiastic and attentive without being intrusive. It's truly difficult for any hotel to be 100% perfect, and online reviews are just for reference. A dedicated and responsible butler can genuinely elevate the happiness of an entire trip. We felt secure and relaxed throughout our stay, without having to worry about trivial matters, and could simply enjoy our vacation. We stayed at the Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay with two adults and two children in a Luxury Pool Twin Room. The overall ambiance was fantastic, with a strong Southeast Asian tropical vibe. The 48㎡ room with two queen-sized beds was spacious and comfortable. After communicating in advance, the hotel thoughtfully provided children's toiletries and slippers, perfectly meeting the needs of our family of four. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows opened directly to the public pool, so we could step out and swim immediately. The pool had lifeguards, making it safe and convenient for kids to play in the water. The resort grounds were lush with greenery, featuring an indoor kids' club and a shallow wading pool. There were daily family activities like bubble parties, and the children absolutely loved it. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options catering to both young and old tastes. The hotel's buggy service provided convenient transfers to and from the beach. Housekeeping was prompt, and the staff offered attentive service. The strong sense of privacy, coupled with all the amenities for kids, made it a one-stop, worry-free vacation. It's a highly recommended family-friendly resort with great value for money in Yalong Bay.

The hotel upgraded our room, and it was spacious and beautifully decorated. My kids especially loved the bunk beds and the projector. The hotel is very close to the beach and offers a shuttle service to the pier, which is super convenient. Breakfast was delicious too! We'll definitely stay here again next time. Wuzhizhou Island is stunning, and we had a fantastic time there.

The villa is beautiful and the pool water is very clean. The hotel is right next to the beach, so you can walk over and dip your toes in the water. The rooms are large and plentiful, and I got a bit disoriented when I first checked in. Unlike other standalone villa hotels I've stayed at, this one doesn't have a butler service; you need to call the front desk for any requests. It also felt like the hotel was understaffed. We checked in during peak hours, and the front desk staff looked very tired and overwhelmed. They didn't even guide guests queuing up in an orderly fashion. The experience in this regard was quite poor compared to the Hilton we stayed at two days ago. If you're staying in a villa, you'll need to bring your own mosquito repellent. Because the rooms are so large and there's a lot of greenery, even electric mosquito coils were largely ineffective. I didn't see any mosquito traps or similar facilities outside either. We were almost carried away by Sanya's mosquitoes!

The hotel is nestled at the foot of Qixianling Mountain, boasting a superb environment. The main building is ideal for wheelchair users, and the receptionist was very helpful, upgrading my room. The room even had its own hot spring, which was very convenient and comfortable. The restaurant manager was very welcoming and greeted us proactively; the food was also of good quality. A truly wonderful trip, I would definitely stay here again.

Service: The overall service level is decent. The first day's service was the best, but in the subsequent two days, the wait time for the buggy was quite long.
