When we checked out, a cleaning lady greeted us with a cheerful hello, which was a lovely start to the day! 🥳 Environment: Quiet floor, very conveniently located near the elevator. We tried a popular local internet-famous restaurant, and the food was delicious 😋 No bad dishes at all! We highly recommend 'Hui Shen's Canteen' for a successful and clean plate experience! #

I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄

This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

I stayed in the Twin Superior Room for four nights and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the basic amenities. The beds were comfortable and housekeeping did a great job maintaining the room daily. The hotel staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay.

This place is located in the village mountain where we can explore the village conveniently especially during early morning and evening where almost all people have already gone down the mountain which is quite peaceful and less crowded. Guests can also go up the mountain by cable car for free and get to the lobby by a small coach service. Hotel staff are helpful and always share useful information via WeChat. Just one advice, more various vegetables for breakfast should be added to make the meal more appealing.

The sheets and towels looked freshly laundered, completely spotless, and the bed was so neatly made that you just wanted to lie down and have a wonderful sleep. In the bathroom, the sink, bathtub, and toilet were sparkling clean, and the toiletries were neatly arranged, creating a very comfortable and reassuring feeling. Overall, this hotel's performance in terms of hygiene is definitely commendable. Environment: The environment at this hotel is truly impressive. From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the exquisite decor and warm atmosphere. The green plants are tastefully arranged, adding vitality without being cluttered. The common areas are spacious and bright, with modern and comfortable furniture, making you feel relaxed as soon as you enter. The guest room areas also maintain a high standard of environmental quality. The room interiors are clean and tidy, the beds are soft and comfortable, and the texture and color coordination of the bedding show the hotel's meticulous attention to detail. The bathroom facilities are complete, and the toiletries are of excellent quality and very convenient to use. The hotel's public facilities are also a highlight. Whether it's the gym or the lounge areas, everything is well-organized with advanced equipment, allowing guests to fully relax and unwind while enjoying their stay. Overall, the environment at this hotel is very satisfying, making it an ideal choice for both business trips and leisure travel.

I stayed at the Taoshe Resort Hotel (Taoyangli Scenic Area Branch) in December, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel's location is superb, nestled within the Yuyao Jing Alley, right next to the Changjiang River. The surrounding area has an ancient charm, and it's very close to attractions like the Imperial Kiln Museum and Taoyangli Historical District, all within walking distance. The hotel environment offers a quiet retreat amidst the bustling area, blending Huizhou architecture with modern design, giving it a very artistic feel. The rooms are well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and they even offer free Hanfu and pottery experiences, which are quite unique. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the freshly ground coffee was also excellent. The staff were enthusiastic and proactively helped me upgrade my room, and even thoughtfully provided recommendations for exploring the surrounding area. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jingdezhen!
