Stayed in a Delux Renovated Room which was still pretty rough for being vlassed as 'renovated' including a worn out seat, worn woodwork and a very old and mouldy fridge. The Wifi was also very slow and the TV was not smart so you could not use your own streaming services or youtube. Arrived about 4pm to be told that the restaurant closes at 6pm and does not reopen until breakfast when we were hoping to get an evening meal. Lastly the cleaning was not great as the shower had a big hair ball on the floor!

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Raia Hotel Alor Setar. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good night’s rest after a long drive. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in, and the overall environment felt safe and welcoming. The hotel’s location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and food options. Overall, a good value stay and I wouldn’t mind returning in the future.

🌿 A Truly Memorable Holiday at The Jerai Hill 🌿 Our family getaway to The Jerai Hill was simply unforgettable. I went with my mother, my husband, and our children — and from the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene beauty of this place. The atmosphere throughout the day — morning, evening, and night — was incredibly refreshing. With a cool temperature of around 24°C, it truly felt like we were on holiday abroad! 🍽 The food was another highlight of our stay. Dinner was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to suit everyone’s taste. Breakfast was just as delightful — the hash browns were perfectly crispy, and both the pasta and macaroni were full of flavour. We really looked forward to every meal! 🏡 Our room was spotless and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and the water pressure was strong — making showers a real pleasure. 🌟 Activities and surroundings added to the magic. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, and my children had so much fun splashing around in the pool provided. One of the highlights was the strawberry farm, which was so close that we could see it right from our room window. 💖 Overall, our stay at The Jerai Hill felt peaceful, refreshing, and filled with joy. It was a perfect escape for our family, and we can’t wait to return!

We were very happy and comfortable throughout our stay there We just wanted to gently highlight one small thing — the air conditioner was very cold, which was good, but the sound was a bit loud (bunyi terlalu kuat). Other than that, everything was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and truly appreciate the excellent service.

Za tę cenę, standardowy pokój z widokiem na morze jest dobry. Dostaliśmy pokój łączony z rodzicami. Meble są trochę stare, a pościel trochę poplamiona. Czystość jest akceptowalna, brak gniazdek przy łóżku. Prysznice są w porządku, trzeba czekać na ciepłą wodę, a łazienka moich rodziców ma problemy z zatkaniem. Klimatyzacja jest świetna. Obsługa jest dobra, a personel przyjazny. Ogólnie jest cicho i relaksująco. Wrócę następnym razem ☀️

Oceniam ten hotel na 4/5. Pokój nie był idealnie czysty, ale jak na tę cenę był dobry. Łóżko było bardzo wygodne. Prysznic był świetny. Zameldowanie, a zwłaszcza wymeldowanie, były nieco uciążliwe ze względu na długie oczekiwanie. Park wodny jest świetny i dzieci były nim zachwycone. Restauracja była dobra, z jedzeniem w rozsądnej cenie i wspaniałym widokiem na zachód słońca. Śniadanie było najsłabszym punktem, z ograniczonym wyborem, takim jak jajka, pieczywo i makaron.

Pobyt był przyjemny. Personel był przyjazny i uprzejmy, basen był wystarczająco duży, aby pomieścić wszystkich, a plaża znajduje się tuż przy ośrodku. Podobało nam się, że ośrodek znajduje się z dala od plaży Cenang, która jest bardzo zatłoczona. W pobliżu znajdują się kawiarnie, restauracje, minimarket i spa. Bardzo wygodne.

Obiekt położony jest tuż przy plaży. W zależności od wybranego pokoju, można mieć balkon z widokiem na plażę. Mój pokój ma widok na drogę. Na dole znajduje się również wypożyczalnia samochodów, restauracje, sklep 7-Eleven i punkt rezerwacji wycieczek, co jest bardzo wygodne. Na początku, gdy się zameldowaliśmy, toaleta była zatkana i nie nadawała się do użytku. Personel szybko zmienił nam pokój. Byłoby dobrze, gdyby następnym razem najpierw sprawdzili, co pozwoliłoby zminimalizować konieczność zmiany pokoju. Smutnym faktem jest to, że basen jest nieczynny z powodu konserwacji podczas naszego pobytu. Należy pamiętać, że nie ma suszarki do włosów, więc trzeba ją wypożyczyć z recepcji maksymalnie na 2 godziny.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful view, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Parking was very convenient and easily accessible for customers, which is a big plus. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and professional, always ready to assist with any questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Pokój jest przestronny, łóżko jest w porządku. Największym problemem jest jednak to, że pokój nie jest dźwiękoszczelny – słychać nawet rozmowy osób z przodu. Dodatkowo, pokoje są połączone, a drzwi w ogóle nie są dźwiękoszczelne, więc wyraźnie słychać rozmowy w sąsiednim pokoju. Nawet gdy rozmawiają normalnym tonem. Poza tym, nie ma zbyt wielu miejsc parkingowych i trzeba parkować na tyłach hotelu. Poza tym hotel jest w porządku.
