5-Star hotele w: Queensland, Australia

I booked for a seaview room but was given a carpark and a corner bit of seaview. Felt ripped off. I was staying in 1061. Pls avoid this if you have booked for seaview room. This room should not be sold as a sea view room. We certainly got a lot of tree views!

The location of the hotel is very convenient - 10 min walk away from the convention centre. The train station and bus station is nearby and the walk to the nearby turbocat makes the hotel in a prime location for transport. The front desk was efficient and pleasant. Although I check in early and the rooms were not ready, they were nice to allow us to use the facilites on the 21st floor to relax and shower. Also on the 21st floor is the rooftop bar which has the best views of South bank and the skyline. The Vista King Suite was a huge room with large bathroom sitting area and the bed was super comfortable. It took me awhile to find the door, which was hidden behind a glass door enclosure to block out noise. Housekeeping was efficient and meticulous. Breakfast was either in the cafe on G/F or the 21st floor. Servings were hearty and filling from the a la carte menu.

We stayed in an executive room on the eighth (of nine) floors in mid-July.  The executive lounge was generally poorly stocked and food and drinks often unavailable with no staff around for over a couple of hours at a time. We were here for seven nights, so have a reasonably good time frame to judge.  The swimming pool is surprisingly frigid in July, actually unpleasantly cold when there was any kind of breeze or cloud cover.  The bathroom shower drainage was not ideal: every short shower resulted in puddles on the bathroom floor; long showers meant the whole floor was covered in standing water.  Every time the neighbors used the spa or coffee machine, the noises were very loudly transmitted into our room.  The balcony was very nice and the wicker furniture comfortable.

Wyposażenie jest wspaniałe, mają basen i spa! Gimnazja jest również miła z widokiem na morze ~ Dla pokoju widok jest spontaniczny! Kocham ich balkon, że można cieszyć widok na morze :) Otwarta kuchnia jest ładna, że nawet sól i pieprz! Zrobiliśmy ładne makaron i śniadanie w hotelu! jednak, koc i poduszka jest dość stara i ma trochę krwi na nim . Miło tam pozostać, ponieważ jest tak blisko zajętej przestrzeni - surferów Raj!

The service was excellent. Check-in was at 3pm, but we managed to get into the room at 2pm. The concierge carried the bags directly to our rooms while we were out having lunch and waiting to check in. The bed is incredibly comfortable. My only complaint would be the pillow and the need for more electrical points, especially at the bedside table, so we can charge and check our phones. The current outlets are too low and hidden behind furniture. Location is superb..

Everything was clean and perfect. The service, location and, food was amazing 👏. I can't recommend this hotel enough. 5 stars for me .

The location is superb. It located right at the CBD. Very easy to get around. The service was fast especially the check in process. We arrived early and got check in very fast. We complain about the cleanliness and staff was attentive upon the request we made. The staff were very nice.We got a free upgrade from 13th floor to 21st floor. The downside is that the bedsheet and pillowcase change was very slow and we waited until 11 pm even though we made request before 4 pm. The free buffet is also very average.

Przede wszystkim lokalizacja jest świetna. Jest dogodnie blisko, gdziekolwiek chcesz się udać. Zameldowanie odbywa się o 14:00, czyli wcześniej niż w innych hotelach, ale kiedy przyjechałem do Cairns wcześnie rano i zostawiłem bagaż, recepcja poinformowała mnie, że mogę zameldować się wcześniej. Poprosiłem o to recepcjonistę około południa i powiedziano mi, żebym poczekał w holu, a oni zadzwonią do mnie, kiedy będzie czas na zameldowanie. Udało mi się zameldować tuż po 13:00. Myślę, że nawet osoby przyjeżdżające wcześnie rano mogą tu spać spokojnie.

We couldn’t fault the point hotel. The staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful even at busy times like New Years. The rooms are clean, well equipped and very comfortable and the roof top bar and restaurant were lovely. We will absolutely stay again. The only feedback I’d mention is the toiletries provided (soap/ hand wash and shampoo/conditioner combined were pretty average and not what was pictured in the advertisement. Otherwise this was an incredible stay.

Bar salonowy jest koniecznością odwiedzić !! Tony i jego koledzy byli super gościnni, mieszali nas większość elementów menu, a naszymi ulubionymi były Beet-ness i Espresso 2.0. Pobyliśmy tylko jedną noc na 19-tym piętrze i myśleliśmy, że widok w nocy był świetny. Opcje menu Buffet śniadanie były ogromne, jednak wybraliśmy z à la carte menu parowane z niektóre fantastyczne kawy, aby rozpocząć dzień.
